I have purchased 4 car starters from the Auto Specialist, as well as a heated seat. I have had no complaints in the past, the work was clean and quality and all of the products worked well for as long as I owned the vehicles. I just had a car starter installed, and after installation there was an issue with the vehicle. Dominick told me to come in to have it looked over, and immediately was on the phone with the Ford dealers to resolve the issue. Dominick paid for fix at the dealer, and even offered to take it to the dealer himself to get it taken care of correctly for me. It's so encouraging to see how Dominick stood behind his products and services to make it right. I have sent many people to the Auto Specialist for starters, and I will continue to do so, they are the best. Beware..Beware..talked to the owner Dominick Corelli about replacing fenders for my Jeep. That is where the nightmare begins. Installs them a day later a bolt is off. Bought steppers for the Jeep installed damaged ones after I paid for them. Told me no problem new ones be here in a couple days. Called in a couple days he said he will order them now. Called in a couple more days to tell him the flashers to the fender is now hanging (which he told me to fix it myself) and that I want my money back for the damaged stepper. Owner screaming on the phone to my husband "if you were in front of me I would take care of business ". Screaming telling us not to come on his property or he will call the police. BUYER BE WARE!!!! I was most impressed with the new young owner! While I was in the line waiting to purchase a gift certificate a young lady entered the facility to advise her starter remote handheld was broken. The owner asked her where the starter was so he could look at it. She said it was broken. I would of send how would you expect us to warranty something that you didn't even bring in. But, I would have been wrong as this young man asked her to show him her car/car starter and he advised her it was indeed an Auto Specialist Install. So he advised the young lady that the cost of the remote .. his cost was $20.. so if he she would like he would be happy to reprogram another starter for $20.. and everyone was happy! Terrible customer service! I went in to get a remote starter and a new sound system installed. I got nothing but a run around. We took quite a drive to get there, was told Dominic would meet with us, we got there at the agreed upon time. He never came out. I was told they work with progressive leasing. Had a quote and all. Never heard back from them until months later I did a google review and Dominic called to ask us why the low rating. He then replies to my rating saying sorry he couldn't finance me. Well, you never were financing me. You just couldn't properly figure out how to use the progressive system. He blamed it on the previous owner. Be wary of this shop. Customer service isn't their thing. read more

I bought a car off of ebay from them and had it shipped to my home in VA. When the car was delivered I was so shocked and angry. In the ebay add they described the "undercarriage and frame rails as solid". What a freaking LIE!!!!! The chassis is so badly rusted that the body is cracking and it would not pass state inspection. The mechanic said the car is extremely dangerous and could break in half at any time. I was so stupid in trusting them. They are not willing to take the car back. Don't you be stupid! read more
