As the co-founder of KPD (Kaveh Performance Driving), I can't recommend SS Customs enough. They helped bring our vision to life on both of our KPD cars, including the custom livery design on our competition S14 and our KPD #2 training car. The attention to detail throughout the entire process was incredible, and the finished product looks even better than we imagined. One thing that really stood out was their commitment to helping us and all other businesses succeed. Right before a major competition weekend, they were already busy wrapping one of our KPD cars, yet they still found time to help us with last-minute details, including the PPF installation on our forged carbon hood for KPD #2. Like many car enthusiasts, I've done plenty of things myself over the years. I've wrapped parts, installed parts, and always thought I could get things "good enough." Working with SS Customs showed me the difference between doing something yourself and having it done right. The final result on my drift car exceeded every expectation I had. I'm extremely particular and pay attention to every detail, but the team at SS Customs took things to a level I never would have achieved on my own. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the wrap itself. It was the process. Panels were removed, cleaned properly, wrapped correctly, and reinstalled with care. This isn't a shop that wraps over dirt, cuts corners, and sends you on your way. Their attention to detail is what separates them from the rest. I've seen plenty of shops claim they're the best. After seeing how SS Customs operates, I can honestly say they're in a league of their own. Their work isn't designed to look good for a few months--it's designed to last for years. Whether it's a drift car, a street car, or a high-end exotic, they bring the same level of craftsmanship, pride, and professionalism to every project. Their philosophy of design, protection, and performance shows in everything they do. If you want the job done right the first time, there's only one place I'd recommend: SS Customs. Truly amazing people, incredible craftsmanship, and in my opinion, the West Coast original.

I ordered my cyber wrap from ss custom. It was a very unique and beautiful wrap which made heads turn. Had it installed by a professional company. 14 months after the fact, the wrap started changing color and looked burnt. I never car washed the car. It was always hand washed so the issue wasnt washing it. When I contacted them, they told me in southern California they warranty covers only 13 months and they its due to sun and how I park my car possibly The offered to reprint the panel and charge me again for it although it would be a different color and mis matched w rhe rest since It would be a new print. Products sometimes goes bad absolutely understandable but for something that would cost u north of 5k to last only a year and then they resell u the same thing rather than taking responsibility I was trully disappointed. I have other wraps on my other cars from other comapnies and non have changed color even after 3 years so it cant be the area rather the quality of the material. I wish someone would tell me this before I would spend so much money on it. Hope this would be a eye opener for others thinking of it. I took more pictures and this is in a span of 2 weeks. the deteriations is significant and the companies claim of this being due to the heat is not true since Los angeles hasnt even been hot yet.

I had come back A LOT (at least 4 times) in the past for this due to lifting. Come to find out adhesive was used here too

What I initially thought was a great project eventually turned into a nightmare. As my wrap started to lift from wear / tear / sun, I opted to try a more local shop. SSCustoms was located across the San Mateo bridge and with my experience of traveling back and forth to fix small problems with them in the past, I didn't want to potentially encounter that again. The first step? Remove the previous wrap and I opted for a local shop. What I found was extremely disappointing. There was extra adhesive used... for a vinyl wrap. In the front bumper, on the side mirror, and multiple areas in the back of the car. I consulted with 3 other places and they all confirmed, there was extra adhesive used. Which was unnecessary because all vinyl wrap is has its own adhesive side. Inevitably, this caused certain parts to peel off the paint, despite how much heat was used (other shops confirmed as well, more heat would have damaged the paint underneath). I even contacted SSCustoms and they brushed it aside, told me how to remove it myself (by purchasing something on amazon and using a plastic razor... MIND you, there should have never been extra adhesive to begin with). Then came the removal of bumpers. Clips broken, several missing pieces, missing housing for sensor, previous wrap still on inner bumper, side camera housing broken, etc. Disappointing. I never took time to inspect every piece of my car. I just assumed that if it looked great and my car ran the way it did before I dropped it off, then it was fine. AND I don't think to take off the bumper at home to deeply inspect it. That's not something an everyday person does. So I would have never caught all of these problems without taking it to another shop. I don't know if there were shortcuts, if they were rushed or what. This caused my car to be delayed further. Fixing and replacing these missing pieces. From my recollection, it was my second time at SSCustoms. I had planned for vinyl wrap (Satin Flip Psychedelic) and a ceramic coating. They had estimated to have my car for almost two weeks. Three days before I was to receive my car back, I had my friend drop off the emblems to put on the car. He called me to tell me that the wrap on the car (Ghost Pearl -- white) was not what I had asked for. I called SSCustoms and they told me that they will remove the wrap, get it right and back to me in the same time originally estimated. I was out of a car for almost two weeks and was desperate to get it back. I should have pushed for them to keep it longer. I feel this is where they rushed and caused all of these issues. I would caution others, the wrap may come on nice. I would suggest taking the car to another place to remove the wrap and inspect before taking back here. I hope they don't find what they found with mine. Quality of wrap is great. Just poor installation and quality of work.

Stopped by SS Customs today to get my windows tinted and had a great experience. I went with the 70% uniform ceramic tint (street legal)--mainly for the UV protection to help keep my seats in good shape and add a little extra UV protection. It came out super clean. AJ, Sharif, and Tanya were all awesome. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and the car was actually ready an hour earlier than expected. Pick-up was quick and easy, no hassle at all. I'm already planning to come back soon to get my wheels powder coated. Definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for solid work and good service.

I recently took my Porsche Turbo S to SS Custom for PPF, ceramic coating, and tint. I'm very satisfied! Before choosing this shop, I visited more than six other places, and without a doubt, this one was on a higher level. They have a completely professional team with high-end equipment. At the beginning, Shereef thoroughly explained all the available options, allowing me to make an informed decision. He is very passionate about his work and he has a lot of experience. The pricing was absolutely fair, and the work was excellent. While my car was there, they kept me updated in a friendly manner, explaining what had been done and what was left. At the end, they delivered the car without bubbles or defects. The rear section of a Porsche is quite challenging for PPF, but they executed it perfectly with no issues. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work, the reception time, the delivery time, the price, and especially the professional and friendly attitude of the team.

Huge Mahalo to Shareef and the team at SS Customs. I came in for some PPF and vinyl-- they did a fantastic job, especially with wrapping the stanchion. There was an issue with stretching on a small portion of the PPF, but came in for a follow-up and they replaced the entire piece. Truly great service, will definitely be returning for future projects.

SS Customs is truly the best at what they do in the bay area. As a repeat customer, I came in with a high bar and they still managed to blow me away with their levels of knowledge, customization, and attention to detail. I ended up going for a full body PPF and ceramic coating, and the results were impeccable (see attached pictures). I can't imagine the expertise required to wrap my car's tough angles/crevices with such intricacy, but they were able to pull it off flawlessly. Can't wait to have my car looking fresh for years to come and I will certainly be back to SSC with all of my future cars. Also, AJ is the man and is genuinely fun to talk to and work on projects with.

Took my new car to SS Customs to be wrapped immediately after taking possession in 2018. Had a fender bender recently with required taking the wrap off. I know wraps are sold as protection for paint but it wasn't until after taking it off did a truly realize how pristine the car was underneath. It's really showroom condition, makes me more satisfied with the initial installation and more likely to get another car wrapped. read more

I brought my wife's 2016 Audi Q5 to SS Customs for a 'Chrome Delete' to improve the look of her car and ended up adding painted brake calipers and having her wheels powder coated. I cannot say enough about Tanya's support from the time I first contacted them to discuss the project all the way to the insanely meticulous work they put in to transform my wife's car from a fairly basic grocery getter to an aggressive, head turning SUV. Shareef, Tesh and their team at SS Customs are masters of their craft. I recently got the following services for my Model 3: - Chrome Delete - Powder Coating - 20% Ceramic Window Tint - Center Console Wrap These guy really know how to treat their customers. I experienced a small hiccup after getting my wheels powder coated. My front passenger side wheel developed a leave between my tire and the rim. Tesh and the team provided me with loaner wheels while they inspected my leaky tire and managed to resolve the problem. I love the new look of my Model 3, I'm sure illl be back at SS Customs for any future work on my cars. read more

If I'm going to spend a considerable amount of money at a business, I usually make that call following my interaction with them on the phone or via email. If their correspondence game is on point, then it bodes well for their customers service as well. Tesh reached out to me after I made a post in an online forum in which i asked about a place in the area to get a protective film and a ceramic coating for my new Model S. Tesh's emails were detailed and timely, and he was easy to talk to on the phone and never made me feel as if he was tired of answering my many random questions, or was rushing to get me off the phone and get me into the shop to take my money. Once the appointment was made, I dropped my car off at the shop, and got a call to pick it up *sooner* than they said it would be done - NICE. I followed up with him a few weeks later to inspect the work they had done (it takes a couple of weeks for everything to "settle in") and they made it a point to make a few fixes in order to make it perfect - NICE x2 I eventually came back to do a chrome delete, and when i brought that back for a minor touch up, they thoroughly inspected their work and also addressed something thy thought was less than perfect - NICE AF It's that level of attention to detail and perfectionism that makes me feel good about spending money with a local business. Knowing that they care about their work as much as i care about my car is a recipe for a healthy business relationship moving forward. There's no way I would've taken the time to write this review on my iPhone while my half naked wife is laying next to me looking all sexy if i didn't think these guys were top-notch :-) read more

I got the following done on my car: - Powder coated wheels - XPEL Clear Bra, full vehicle - Red Calipers - Gloss Black handles - De-badge rear - Tinting front windows The guys had the car for 8 days and I couldn't be happier with the results. Hate to give a sub-par review, as it seems this place does excellent work based off of their YouTube videos and my visit to the shop. While at the shop, Tanya was very helpful and walked me through all the choices for my wrap, tint, powder-coating, and chrome delete. I would've gotten my wrap done here, but they were booked until November! No problem--it seems they really take a lot of time with the cars which is great. I decided that I wanted to get my windows tinted and wheels powder coated here and called on 3 occasions. Each time, I was promised a call back to schedule. Never heard from them. Perhaps they are just too busy and have enough business, but I ended up going elsewhere. If you can get them to call you back, definitely consider taking your car to SS Customs. read more

Went in to see if they could install my carbon fiber trunk and spoiler on my 2017 ecoboost mustang and see what kind of protection they recommended. Everything went very smoothly and they were able to schedule me a date to get everything installed with a clear bra on all of the parts added. When i went to pick up the car everything was just how i imagined, couldn't have been happier with the work. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The guys at SS Customs are the only shop I'll ever take a car to. Great customer service, great work on the actual job, and great at consultation too - I knew I wanted my car blacked out, but wasn't sure exactly what finishes I wanted on a chrome delete or my tires, and they walked me through all of it step by step and helped me feel confident in my choices. The vinyl wrap over the chrome on my Tesla looks like it was done in factory, and even better than that is the powder coating they did to turn my standard Tesla rims black for me. That option is about 5K with Tesla (rims do get bigger with the option, but then more road noise), and with any luck, someone will read this review before buying that upgrade strictly for the color, and let the team at SS help you out instead of giving Elon a few extra grand. They look terrific. It wasn't what I had done, but even the Tesla color upgrade costs, say to red, is super expensive - SS was doing multiple full body wraps at the shop when I picked up my car that looked fantastic and gave a matte option for your finish, so you could go with something like a base black, get it wrapped whatever color you want, and then have a less expensive car that looks the way you want, with de-facto protection against scratches for when you sell it years down the road. On price, calling around to different shops recommended to me by the Tesla dealer (yes, even Tesla unofficially said to go see SS), SS was best on this front too. read more

This is the best car shop in the Bay Area if you are looking to do a vinyl, tint, ceramic pro, detailing etc. for your car. Took my brand new 2020 Ram Rebel night edition here for some custom work. Rob helped me and was super helpful the entire time as well as the rest of the team. They switched out my stock exhaust for a Magnaflow system, installed a cold-air intake, as well as window tints, a clear coat protective wrap, some de-badging, tires flipped, and black lug nuts. It was everything I imagined without any problems and the truck looks phenomenol. I get tons of compliments wherever I go! I highly recommend SS customs to realize your car's full potential. read more

Great team at SS. The entire process was positive, no beating around the bush or stringing you along. I initially reached out for a quote through Yelp and eventually made an appointment prior to taking delivery of my Tesla Model 3. They showed me their work, discussed my options, and didn't pressure us in anyway. We eventually settled on a tint, clear wrap for certain areas, chrome delete and ceramic coating. We were able to bring the car in early for the tint and front bumper to be covered which was much appreciated. They're typically 3 months out for appointments. Eventually our appointment arrived and they did an excellent job. There were a few quality issues discovered on our follow up but they were quickly addressed. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Tesh communicated effectively through the entire process and there were never any surprises. Highly recommend. read more

Contacted SS Customs for a quote and heard back within 24 hours. Antonio was great at explaining how they would work on each project I needed to get done and gave me an estimate on pricing and also the time it would take to get done. Since it was my first time customizing my car, I wanted to look around but I was really happy with the service. Antonio and I went back and forth as I added more projects I wanted done to my car and had more questions. Again, he always got back to me within 24 hours. When he didn't hear back from me for awhile (my car was in the shop getting a new alternator and I was waiting on other quotes), he followed up. I really wanted to give them my business just because they were so great! At the end of the day, a family friend who also owns a highly rated custom auto shop quoted me a lower price and could get the job done one day sooner (it's my commuter car so the sooner I can get it, the better). I let Antonio know and he tried his best to work with me on pricing even though I totally understood if they couldn't budge. If it wasn't a family friend, I would have totally went with SS Customs! I still wish I could go with them but for now, happy to write a glowing review and refer people their way! read more

I am a pediatric anesthesiologist which requires me to pay a lot of attention to tiny details. These guys are even more careful than I am, and I will for sure be coming back. Shareef (owner) and his team greatly exceeded my expectations and the price was so fair I think he might have lost money on the project. They are the most COVID aware and disinfecting place I have ever seen. Expect to see cars, pens, and credit cards cleaned like they mean it. This was turning a white Tesla Model X into a Buzz Lightyear spaceship which required innovative art work and design. Shareef answered all my emails back and forth right away, made sure in advance he could read my art files, and his artistic design guy understood everything I wanted to do when I got there right away. Everyone was very friendly and super-competent in all respects. I was really stunned that Shareef personally put on the finishing touches and was able to print 30 mm colored "navigation lights" as soon as I asked for them. Shareef used his own artistic talent and experience to make this far better than I could have imagined. It was all technically perfect - which I could really appreciate having made a mock up for them with Amazon vinyl and my color laser printer. Their work was roughly 1,000,000 times better! With all the hot cars in Silicon Valley to keep it busy, I would not be surprised if this is the best vinyl wrapping/customizing establishment on the planet. read more

This is the place to go for all your car customizations! Saw seriously high end vehicles getting wraps, tints, paint protection, ceramic, electronic plates, etc. Tesh (the owner) is a standup guy. Got my Tesla Model 3 tinted and paint protected. He did an amazing job. What sets him apart from other shops is that he removes cameras, etc. to make sure he wraps the film on the inside of the holes rather than cutting around. That ensures the best fit without lifting. Although my parts were delayed and the work on my car could not be finished in the time frame that was given, the work done was still amazing and was well worth the wait. The whole entire staff was nice and friendly. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Great job on my car but they didn't do a follow up on the job like they're suppose to. There was one area in the chrome deletion by the left passenger window that was bubbling. Overall it was a good job and I'm happy with it but per the cost I paid I expected a lot more from them, that's why I giving them 4 stars. read more

From the moment I called SS Customs to the end of my transaction, AJ and Shareef were extremely professional, courteous, accommodating, and exhibited great customer service skills. I first called for a quote to take some ppf off my car as it was cracking and dirty. I went in on Saturday morning for an estimate only, and left with them agreeing to take off the ppf on my car THAT VERY DAY, with a great price. They usually don't "do jobs" on the weekends, but they didn't want to lose my service. Compared to some of the thousands of dollars of service they provide for most of their customers, they treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel valued. Thank you, again, AJ and Shareef! Brought my new red model Y in for a ceramic coat. They did an awesome job. However, when I picked up the car, there was a new scratch on the back. It looks like it was keyed while parked out front the shop. It definitely wasn't there before because we walked all around the car together at dropoff, and I also took photographs at dropoff. You might ask why I am giving a 5 star review for ending up with a large scratch on my new car. Here's why: #1) They pointed the scratch out right away when I picked it up, and agreed it wasn't there before. They offered to check their security footage as well (the one time I had Sentry mode off, go figure). #2) They are planning on repainting that area of the car and reapplying the ceramic coat at no charge. #3) They also didn't charge me the remaining 50% balance until the paint is fixed. They could've just not pointed the scratch out or tried to say it was there from the beginning, but they didn't. That is the mark of an honest and stand-up company and largely echoes the other reviews on here. So, definitely 5 stars, and I will be bringing them more business in the future. I will update this review after the paint is fixed (with before and after pics) and ceramic coat is reapplied for completeness sake. Unfortunately they said they can't do it for a couple weeks, but again I am more than happy to wait given the great service thus far. read more

SS customs will take care of you hands down. Their quality is excellent, precise, and surgical. They will discuss with you the plan and come up with a creative project. I had my Tesla chrome deleted with glossy black and had the wheels powder coated same. The side cameras were done in carbon fiber. The car came out absolutely sick. And I get compliments at the charging stations all the time. If there are any imperfections, they will take care of you right away. Tesh was a wonderful person to work with. I recently took delivery of a Tesla Model 3, and was looking to get a Satin/Matte wrap for it, after seeing the Matte black that Tesla demo'd when they announced the car. I called around, read some reviews and requested some quotes. Shareef at SS Customs stood out from the crowd immediately with his willingness to answer all of my questions quickly (I had a LOT, since this was a first for me), and his transparent pricing. Everything about the scheduling, color selection, and drop off was easy. I just got the car back yesterday and OMG it looks amazing. The color, attention to detail; everything just pops. I was a little nervous between dropping the car off and seeing it in person, but all of that was turned immediately into excitement when I saw the car. As I was driving home, another driver literally flagged me down on the freeway to give me a thumbs up. In hindsight I maybe should have had them tint the windows a little darker because every other driver is looking at me. :) These guys are the real deal. Even if you're just considering a vinyl/PPF wrap, talk to them and go see their work. My wife is already asking when we can do her car... I'm sure I'll be talking to SS Customs again soon. Founder, Shareef Khan, started SS Customs in 2005 and has been customizing cars since the age of 16. He is a Bay Area Native. SS Customs in Menlo Park is hands down the place to go if you care about quality, detail, and true car culture. This is now the third car I've brought to Shareef Khan and his team, and once again, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Shareef runs a great crew, and you can feel it the moment you walk in. The new shop location is awesome, the energy is great, and everyone there genuinely cares about the work and the people behind the cars. I recently brought in my 2025 Audi SQ7 to have it completely smoked out, and they turned it into the SUV version of the Batmobile. They handled everything: tint, PPF, front grille, smoked headlights, taillights, rear brake light, smoked Audi badges, blacked-out wheels, rear tailpipes, and all the fine details that make the whole build feel complete. The fit and finish came out perfect. They had the car for about two weeks, and I appreciated that they took their time to make sure everything was right before I picked it up. Good work takes time, and SS Customs clearly cares more about doing it right than rushing it out the door. AJ was super helpful this time around. He was always on it, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth. Tayna also jumped in to help with the little details and adjustments that needed to be corrected, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. SS Customs recently wrapped my Tesla. In addition to covering the body in a satin grey, they blacked-out my chrome and tail lights. I couldn't be happier with the result. I've shown the car to a lot of people and no one can tell that it's a wrap. The corners and edges were all expertly covered. Even the retractable door handles were completely covered. They had me return about a week after the install to check out the vehicle and make any adjustments to ensure that everything was perfect. Shareef and Antonio provided input on my design and their recommendations turned out great. A few weeks after the installation, I accidentally damaged a small section of the wrap near the rear of the car. They had me bring the car in to look at it. Chris, one of the expert installers, was able to quickly repair it so that the damage is no longer visible. I attempted to give him a tip, but he would not accept it. Doing quality work to make the customer happy was his job and he didn't want anything extra for it. Very refreshing attitude. I recommend SS Customs to anyone who wants a job done the right way with great service. read more

I have been a customer of Sharif and SS Customs for more than 10 years. They have performed work on my last five cars including a total wrap of my 2018 BMW M4 that lasted more than 6 plus years before I decided to remove the wrap, detail the car to original color and applying front and rear bumper PPF and ceramic coating to the car. It looked like it did off the showroom floor in 2018. They have performed PPF, ceramic coating, window tinting as well as some after market parts to my vehicles. I brought my 2014 Lexus ISF to SS Customs to have the roof rewrapped and the wheels painted gloss black, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The old roof wrap ended up being difficult to remove, but Tanya called me right away to explain what was going on and let me know the car would need to stay an extra day. I took my car to Unique Auto Films for PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting. Their prices…read moreseemed good, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I had to bring the car back three separate times to correct problems with either the PPF or window tint. To their credit, they were accommodating and eventually completed those repairs. However, two years later, the ceramic coating is virtually gone--even though I have always hand-washed the car. Unique Auto Films tested the coating by pouring water on the fender. The water showed no noticeable beading or repellency, yet they told me the coating was still good and only needed a $200 refresh. I agreed to the refresh and was told they would order the kit and contact me when it arrived. Nearly three months later, I still have not been able to reach them to schedule the appointment. I contacted XPEL, and they referred me to BSB Tint & Wrap in Morgan Hill, an authorized XPEL installer. BSB performed the same water test and told me there was virtually no ceramic coating remaining and that the vehicle would need to be completely redone. I paid Unique Auto Films $1,200 for three coats of XPEL ceramic coating that I was told should last seven years. By comparison, BSB charges approximately $850 for a seven-year XPEL ceramic coating and only $150 for a refresh, compared with the $200 Unique Auto Films quoted me. Given the condition of the coating after only two years, I now question whether the correct XPEL products and application process were used on my vehicle. Based on my experience, I recommend choosing a more established and reputable XPEL-certified shop. You may pay a little more upfront--or, in this case, possibly even less--but it could save you significant time, frustration, and expense later.

I've had some bad experiences in the past with PPF. I once had a shop knife the entire front end of…read morea brand new C2. Another installed incorrectly sized PPF, which later resulted in significant paint damage that would have otherwise been protected on a GT3. I swore off PPF on my last three cars... until now. I had to learn the hard way that the installer matters more than the product. I've lived it. Each car I've bought from new has been paint corrected & ceramic coated but I avoided PPF altogether due to PTSD. I'd pick up a few stone chips & live with it... I figured that's a much better alternative than risking another knife job. Looking back, it was more of a compromise than a solution. Fast forward & a few weeks back, I took delivery of my PTS 992.2 Carrera T & started to seriously consider giving PPF another chance. Especially since I also have a 991.2 GT3 Touring that has been fully wrapped from new, & the quality of that work has been flawless. 7+ years later. So, I really wanted the same protection & quality on my PTS T. Try to lock in as much of the factory fresh paint as possible for long term ownership. I researched & visited dozens of shops around the Bay Area. Along the way, I discovered that the shop I ultimately chose was the same company that wrapped my GT3 at their Orange County location... Protective Film Solutions NorCal Lorenzo (manager) & his team; Rafael, who handled the paint correction, & Jeff, who installed the Xpel ultimate plus PPF & applied the Xpel fusion plus premium ceramic coating, delivered exactly what I was hoping for. They guaranteed their installs would never cut into the paint & the results would be perfect! I was able to visit the facility a few times to see their finished work & was invited back during the PPF process. The install was completely seamless, & Jeff walked me through his install process. The attention to detail & level of craftsmanship is genuinely impressive. It's an artform! That transparency went a long way in rebuilding my confidence. Lorenzo has stayed in touch throughout the entire process, coordinated timing while the car was in transit, & even held an opening over the holidays so I could drop the car off the same day I took delivery. First class service from start to finish. They've documented the entire process, from factory paint issues at drop-off (etching, scratches, etc.), to the PPF install & ceramic coating application. For a PTS car I plan to hold onto like my GT3, having the documentation & knowing the paint was properly corrected & protected from day one means a lot. Huge thanks to Lorenzo & the team at PFS NorCal. I'm back to believing in PPF again & there's no other shop I trust more with my Porsches at this point. I went to AutoXpert to get my car wrapped and window tinted. The team seemed knowledgeable when I first came in and made recommendations on wrap type and brand to select from. I already had my mind set on the KPMF Matte Purple Black Iridescent (K75565) and didn't mind it wouldn't likely last more than ~3ys, which is what they estimate, even less if parking outside. My full service list included window tinting, paint correction, wrap and ceramic treatment. The ceramic treatment was added per their recommendation and I wanted the paint correction to ensure top notch look. They were very reasonable and competitive on the price, best yet for the region! They gave me a discount all around since I was doing so much work with them. The service took 2 weeks and i wasn't in a rush. They shared updated with me regularly, which was nice. Mohshin was leading the service execution and was always in close communication with me confirming my requests and giving me detailed advice to help me select trim wrap choices. We used matte black for the trims and i wasn't always sure what to pick so his help was VERY appreciated! At the end, they added a bonus wrap with black matte of the plastic panels between the windows since they were scratched. Now the whole thing looks perfect!!! The last final cool bit is how they make your cal feel special: the instagram posts , the cool movie they made and awesome final pictures really get you excited for the final product. Such a nice touch! We have already been back to fix an old wrap in my partner's car. The spoiler wrap in his Porsche got damaged (it is old, not done by AutoXpert) and we took it there to get fixed. They prepared us saying it might look different from the rest of the car (transparent matte) and was very reasonable cost and tat same day. The service looked perfect, we can't tell any difference! I brought my 2011 Camaro to…read morehave old tint removed and new tint installed thinking this would be a seamless experience, but absolutely nothing went as expected. When I went to have the windows tinted, they mentioned they could also do reflectors and back lights for $150 which I definitely had thought about and gave the okay to do. Later that day when I came to pick it up, the back lights weren't tinted, only the reflectors were... i brought this up and they said the back lights would be even more money. This seemed rather expensive, but I figured I'm already here so I guess I'll just get it done. I also had to go back to have the tint fixed on the driver side window due to a major gap at the top. The spacing didn't match the gap on the passenger window, which was slightly less of a gap. When I went to discuss this with their team, I was consistently talked out of having it fixed with the excuse that "the tint films are pre-cut and a gap is normal". While a gap is normal, it shouldn't be as large as it was. This was 100% an install issue. I ended up needing to bring my dad with me to talk to these guys. It didn't seem like they wanted to remedy the situation, and I didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I have a hard time speaking up for myself, and I felt that was taken advantage of. Finally they agreed to fix it after quite a bit of discussion with my dad. A few days later, I noticed a rattle in my rear speaker that I went to check out, and that's when I saw a bunch of tiny flakes from my old tint all over the place. On the floor, behind the back seat, on the back seats... just a mess. I took out a flashlight to clean this up myself, and noticed that there were water marks dripping all down the sides of both the inside and outside of my car below the windows from the install. I would expect both the old tint and all watermarks to be properly cleaned up, and this wasn't the case. I paid $100 for the old tint to be removed, $300 for new ceramic tint installed, $150 for 4 reflectors to be tinted, and another $100 for rear lights to be tinted. For $650, you'd think you'd get more professional and overall better service. This is not the place for that. I'm really disappointed with my experience. I will not be back and do not recommend this business.

When I returned for the car, the car was immaculate, so clean you'd think you don't even need to buy a car for the next 25 years. We also have a dog that drives in the car frequently, not to mention whatever stains and since we're in the car from the previous owner, and even then, the car looked fantastic, the rugs look like freshly mowed lawn, and it was just spotless. He was quick, but very thorough! We will be using them again for our regular washes at the house as you cannot get this kind of attention to detail at the local busy car wash.

After a lot of research, I found that STEK is the top PPF, and that's exactly what they use. They also gave me recommendations on some of the other products they use to keep my paint pristine. Most importantly, the work is amazing, crystal clear, can't tell the PPF is on the car and windows tint is perfect. It has been just a few weeks, so I hope it holds up well since this is my first ever PPF, but Josh assured me the job and the film is guaranteed for 10 years, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. A couple days later and my beater/go kart i3 has a beautiful roof again that should last years to come while getting beat down by UV outside. Folks with BMWs that have carbon fiber roofs (i3, m3, m4) may see this happen in 7-8 years if the car sees a lot of sun. It's a common problem where the epoxy coating layer starts to delaminate from the CF. It's further expedited with moisture (rain and sun cycles). Getting the roof prepped then PPF'ed with the right material restores the aesthetic of the car and protects it from recurring. I'm happy with the work and will keep AV in mind for any future wrap needs I may have.

I ended up getting both PPF and ceramic coating done at Stardust Auto Spa and I'm really happy with how everything came out.
