I brought my Lexus ES350 into Stardust They didn't "detail" my car -- they performed automotive plastic surgery. Paint Protection Film on the front bumper so precise it felt surgical, and a steam interior detail that erased years of history I didn't even know were there. 10/10.

I came back for a 2 step paint correction, since I thought it was worth having them do it again after they did 1 step a few weeks ago. It took them a little bit longer, but it was worth the wait. Pricing for paint correction is unbeatable, and probably the best pricing you can find in the Bay Area. William and his team did an amazing job by getting all the deep scratches removed. I highly recommend getting your paint correction done here if you're looking to restore your paint's shine and clarity. I look forward for coming back for other services soon! 10/10 service.

I had my Lexus ES300 treated with full ceramic coating inside and out, plus PPF applied to the entire front, and the results are absolutely outstanding. The exterior has a mirror-like gloss now, and the ceramic makes cleaning so much easier. Every time I walk up to the car, it feels like the first day I drove it off the lot -- maybe even better! The PPF on the front end was installed flawlessly -- no bubbles, no peeling edges, and it's virtually invisible. It's great knowing the paint is protected from rock chips and daily wear. The interior coating was equally impressive -- surfaces look fresh, repel dust and smudges, and have a noticeably premium feel. Huge shoutout to William and his team for their exceptional workmanship and professionalism. They walked me through every step, delivered on time, and clearly take pride in what they do. Highly recommend if you want to protect and elevate your vehicle!

I took my 2000 Lexus GS 400 here to get it ceramic coated after getting a cheap paint job in redwood city that did not turn out the way I had hoped. The owner was super nice and took the time to inspect the car and chat with me, I could tell he wanted to help and not just sell me a bunch of stuff. I ended up getting the system X 10 year ceramic coating and wow! the color really pops and it has a nice glossy shine to it, it looks like a brand new car. They also cleaned the interior of my car for free and threw in a paint correction on the house! the level of service here is 10/10. I will only be coming here from now on for ceramic coatings, waxing and any paint corrections. They have very competitive prices and you will get the best bang for your buck here. The photos don't do it justice, The paint before was terrible this really made a huge difference I wish I had before and after.

Will did a great job doing a full detail on my 2006 Acura TSX. He was very patience describing the process on what he will be doing to the car. Check out the pictures, it looks amazing and water slides off from the full ceramic coating. Highly recommended. Will definitely return for my other cars.

He pointed out that my…read moreroof was already starting to break down: patchy, worn, almost like these "salt-burn" marks across the paint of the roof. I'll be honest, I'm still learning about paint health but I know enough to recognize when something needs attention. I love my car, it's reliable, it supports everything I need to do in my life--and since I fully own it, I wanted to do something meaningful for it for my birthday. They walked me through two options: vinyl vs. PPF. And the way they explained PPF just made sense. It wasn't just about aesthetics, it was about peace of mind. Protection from all the elements this car goes through daily. Longevity. Something that holds integrity over time, not just a quick fix. That mattered to me. The owner was incredibly informative. You can tell there's intention behind everything here: not just the service, but the design, the experience, the way they think. As a designer, I pick up on that immediately. It doesn't feel random...it feels considered. And the front desk, she was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. But you know when someone's vibe is just genuine? Not performative, not transactional--just kind, attentive, and actually caring about helping you? That was her. It makes a difference. What really surprised me was the turnaround. Same day. I wasn't expecting that at all! They finished the roof in a black gloss PPF, and it completely transformed the car. It looks like a panoramic roof now--clean, elevated, honestly more expensive. It was such a strong recommendation, and I'm really glad I trusted it. We also talked about window tinting, and after this experience, I'm already planning to come back. The level of professionalism, the clarity, the care--it's consistent across everything they do. When you get PPF you get a followup appointment to ensure everything is curing properly. You can tell they work on luxury vehicles, there's a precision to their standards. But what stood out to me is that they bring that same level of care to anyone who walks in. No matter your vehicle, they are dedicated to making it feel top notch. That matters. I highly recommend them. Truly. Thank you Graphix Lab! Attaching photos of how shiny black gloss PPF looks.

I dropped off the car on the 26th with an expected pickup date of the 29th. There was a communication gap during the process, especially with the Labor Day weekend approaching, and I received the car the following Friday. The work itself was excellent and clearer updates would have made the experience even smoother. The work: Graphix Lab is top tier when it comes to bulk PPF fitting. To the untrained eye, you cannot tell the vehicle has film applied. They wrap edges to create a true full coverage install. The recommended ceramic tint matches perfectly with the factory Lexus tint. During my post-inspection I noticed a small issue with one panel and Leo helped resolve it immediately at no charge. I completed the two week check up and wash and received the car back the same day. Final thoughts: The craftsmanship is exceptional and the team's commitment to standing behind their work gave me great confidence in choosing Graphix Lab.

You can tell right away he's super passionate about cars and really cares about doing things right. Total perfectionist (which I appreciate, because I'm the same way). I got the full front PPF and the install is super clean--no weird cuts or visible edges. It looks amazing. He uses Suntek if I recall correctly. The price was also really fair, especially compared to some of the fancier shops that were quoting way more. If you love your car and want to protect it the right way, I'd 100% recommend going to Rob. Great work, great guy. Highly recommend.

I went to AutoXpert to get my car wrapped and window tinted. The team seemed knowledgeable when I first came in and made recommendations on wrap type and brand to select from. I already had my mind set on the KPMF Matte Purple Black Iridescent (K75565) and didn't mind it wouldn't likely last more than ~3ys, which is what they estimate, even less if parking outside. My full service list included window tinting, paint correction, wrap and ceramic treatment. The ceramic treatment was added per their recommendation and I wanted the paint correction to ensure top notch look. They were very reasonable and competitive on the price, best yet for the region! They gave me a discount all around since I was doing so much work with them. The service took 2 weeks and i wasn't in a rush. They shared updated with me regularly, which was nice. Mohshin was leading the service execution and was always in close communication with me confirming my requests and giving me detailed advice to help me select trim wrap choices. We used matte black for the trims and i wasn't always sure what to pick so his help was VERY appreciated! At the end, they added a bonus wrap with black matte of the plastic panels between the windows since they were scratched. Now the whole thing looks perfect!!! The last final cool bit is how they make your cal feel special: the instagram posts , the cool movie they made and awesome final pictures really get you excited for the final product. Such a nice touch! We have already been back to fix an old wrap in my partner's car. The spoiler wrap in his Porsche got damaged (it is old, not done by AutoXpert) and we took it there to get fixed. They prepared us saying it might look different from the rest of the car (transparent matte) and was very reasonable cost and tat same day. The service looked perfect, we can't tell any difference! Thank you AutoXpert team for the awesome service! We will def continue to come back for all wrapping needs!

When I went to have the windows tinted, they mentioned they could also do reflectors and back lights for $150 which I definitely had thought about and gave the okay to do. Later that day when I came to pick it up, the back lights weren't tinted, only the reflectors were... i brought this up and they said the back lights would be even more money. This seemed rather expensive, but I figured I'm already here so I guess I'll just get it done. I also had to go back to have the tint fixed on the driver side window due to a major gap at the top. The spacing didn't match the gap on the passenger window, which was slightly less of a gap. When I went to discuss this with their team, I was consistently talked out of having it fixed with the excuse that "the tint films are pre-cut and a gap is normal". While a gap is normal, it shouldn't be as large as it was. This was 100% an install issue. I ended up needing to bring my dad with me to talk to these guys. It didn't seem like they wanted to remedy the situation, and I didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I have a hard time speaking up for myself, and I felt that was taken advantage of. Finally they agreed to fix it after quite a bit of discussion with my dad. A few days later, I noticed a rattle in my rear speaker that I went to check out, and that's when I saw a bunch of tiny flakes from my old tint all over the place. On the floor, behind the back seat, on the back seats... just a mess. I took out a flashlight to clean this up myself, and noticed that there were water marks dripping all down the sides of both the inside and outside of my car below the windows from the install. I would expect both the old tint and all watermarks to be properly cleaned up, and this wasn't the case. I paid $100 for the old tint to be removed, $300 for new ceramic tint installed, $150 for 4 reflectors to be tinted, and another $100 for rear lights to be tinted. For $650, you'd think you'd get more professional and overall better service. This is not the place for that. I'm really disappointed with my experience. I will not be back and do not recommend this business.

I recently had to get some warranty work done on my ID.4 as the back window started "rippling" and distorting after only a couple of years, making rearview mirror images harder to see. Gena was able to get the work approved under warranty (it was an adhesive defect), made an appointment and brought the car in and the work was done in about an hour -- I can see clearly out the back window again. Had LLumar ceramic film installed on all of my brand-new car's windows in June. I let the film cure for a couple of weeks. Time passes, and on my back left window, I noticed a tiny bubble around what appeared to be lint trapped between the glass and the film. Thinking this would be covered under warranty as an installation flaw, I brought it back to Grizzly. The installer removed the film and located the "defect." It wasn't lint, but rather a deep scratch. The installer then claimed the scratch was already there when I brought the car in, said he "forgot" to tell me about it after the initial install, and claimed it must have come like that from the factory. He told me to take the car back to the dealership to get the glass replaced under warranty--and added that if I didn't get it replaced, / would have to pay them labor costs to reinstall the tint on that window. I brought the car back to the dealership. The master technician inspected it and confirmed the deep scratch was caused by a third party using a razor blade. The installer scratched my brand-new window during prep, didn't own up to his mistake, purposefully hid it from me, and then tried to charge me extra labor when I brought it to his attention. Unbelievable dishonesty. I will never step foot in this shop again.
