My friend has been dealing with Toms for a while now, so I followed his recommendation and took the car there. I supplied the new tank and gaskets. I honestly figured at least 3 or 4 hours labor, but they got it done in 2! Kia dealers charge well over $1000 to replace tank. Add the price of the tank and labor, it cost me about $400 in total. Fast work, well done. They deserve 10 stars, and I think I've found a new mechanic.

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. If I could give Sedam Tire 500 stars instead of 5, I would…read more Last Friday, my wife, my daughter, and I were driving to Niagara Falls for a short family trip when one of our rear tires suddenly went completely flat around 4:40 PM. We were stranded on the shoulder of a quiet rural two-lane road, far from home, and honestly didn't know what to do. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance, but they told me it would take about 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. After that, the car would have to be towed all the way to Rochester and left there until the next day. Since we were only on a 2-night, 3-day trip, it looked like our entire family vacation might be ruined. Then we found Sedam Tire, only a few miles away. Even though it was already near the end of their business day, the owner, Greg, and one of his staff members, Travis, actually came out to where we were stranded. The damaged tire was in a very difficult position near the edge of the pavement, but Travis literally got down on the ground and worked on the tire while sweating heavily in the heat. He worked incredibly hard to make a temporary repair and put enough air in the tire so that we could safely get the car to their shop. Once we arrived, they stayed and helped us replace the tire so we could continue our trip to Niagara Falls that same evening. What I will never forget is something Greg said: "I don't want anybody stranded." That one sentence tells you everything you need to know about Greg and the kind of business Sedam Tire is. And I especially want to thank Travis. Watching him lie down on the roadside, working on our tire and sweating through the whole process just to get our family safely back on the road is something I will never forget. Greg and Travis could easily have told us they were closing and that there was nothing they could do. Instead, they went out of their way to help a family of complete strangers who were stranded far from home. Because of Sedam Tire, what could have been a ruined family vacation became a wonderful trip that we were still able to enjoy. This was far beyond normal customer service. It was genuine kindness, compassion, and humanity when we desperately needed help. Greg and Travis, my family and I will never forget what you did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you ever need tire service anywhere near Perry, NY, I cannot recommend Sedam Tire highly enough. Five stars simply aren't enough.

On 12/20/2025 I had an appointment to swap 4 mounted tires on my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 (Factory…read moreRims and Sensers). The appointment was 30 min. late to start. I was told i had a bad senser but received a notification on my Chev App the tire was low when I gave the OK to change the senser. According to Google this could not occur if a sensers battery was dead as I was led to believe. Also there is a 13 lb. difference between left front (45) tire pressure and right rear tire pressure (32) when I left and also after driving on Rt 490 at 70 MPH. for 60 miles. Mfg. recommend 35 PSI. I will never do business with Saddam's in Perry again!!!! Note: I am sharing my dissatisfaction of my experience with everyone i come in contact with because I have been financially taken advantage of and miss lead.
