They didn't file the permit in the right town and therefore didn't setup an inspection. We called over and over again for months and were given countless excuses around the admin being on vacation, someone was busy and would call us back, etc. The paperwork was never filed and the house was never inspected which has now prevented us from switching the electric over to a new tenant. The electrical work may be decent quality but their office staff is completely incompetent which affects scheduling, permitting, billing, etc. Edited to add: we had this work done over 8 months ago and have contacted the office over 10 times to get them to file the correct paperwork and schedule the inspection. They never did it. We scheduled it ourselves within 5 minutes on Thursday with the village of Kenmore and they came by the next day. Skip over this electrician.
