Place does terrible work.I had 2 cars here before and wasn't happy about my Honda.First time I brought the car in was for hail damage and when I picked up the car it was dirty inside from the dust and the headliner was missing the plugs .The second time my Honda was in was to fix a dent in the side door and the paint work is terrible and I have a picture to prove it.I would recommend anyone to take their car to Royal Coach instead they are the best in the biz. read more

Recently, we noticed the paint on that bumper was starting to chip. Without hesitation, they ordered a new part and replaced it completely free of charge, standing by their work years later. Quick, accurate, quality body work and painting. Fair value. I brought my 2024 SUV in for an estimate on two repairs. The hood had a dent and the undercarriage had some damage from running over a large rock. They put the SUV on a lift to look at the undercarriage. They fixed the undercarriage damage on the spot for no charge and quoted me a very fair price to fix the hood damage. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I reached out to St. Charles Collision after I filed an insurance claim due to vandalism. My car was scratched deep enough that it needed professional repair done and Pete was super helpful during my initial call to the shop. My auto insurance, Metlife, uses the same software for repair estimates as this shop, so the process was already off to a great start. Pete looked over my car, at the shop, and was able to get the estimate to Metlife, quickly. I had my approval, within hours. Once I got the insurance claim check, I brought my car in and worked out the repair time frame with Pete.The car rental place was just down the way and they met me at the shop, which made the drop-off even easier. My car was ready within the discussed time frame and when I picked it up, I was thrilled to see the scratches were expertly filled, repainted and invisible to the eye. I misjudged the width of my car as I was pulling into my garage and completely shattered my headlight. I had heard really good things about this place and let me tell you they're all true. Pete did an awesome job making my car look like I hadn't done a really dumb thing. I was recommended by the Toyota dealership to go here for some paint work. When I walked in, there wasn't a reception desk, so I looked in the first office and saw a man working there. I said I needed an estimate and waited for a response. He never looked up from his paperwork nor acknowledged that he even saw me. Since I was unsure if he knew I was talking to him, I asked again at which point he YELLED at me that he was doing something. I asked if he was serious (about yelling at me) and he asked me if I thought he was blind. I said no, I just wasn't sure if he saw me since he didn't acknowledge my presence.
