I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO THERAPY!! I can't say enough good things about Auto Therapy and it 's owner David. He might be the nicest and most honest Auto Shop Owner with which I have done business. When I moved to Geneva year ago I was looking for a new auto shop because I was now too far away from the one I used the most. I thankfully found Auto Therapy and David. My car has never run better. It is always washed, inside cleaned and smells amazing each time I have picked up my car from him. He's honest, reasonably priced and incredibly nice. On 2 occasions when I had dropped off my car at the shop, didn't have a ride and was going to take an Uber, David offered to drive me home so I didn't have to pay for an Uber and he also picked me up once so I didn't have to get an Uber. (I live like 5-7 min from the shop so it's not far....I'm not saying this so you ask him for rides, I'm saying this to show hoe NICE he is). HIGHLY recommend David and his team!! The entire experience was exceptional from drop off/pick up to the service itself. I am thoroughly impressed, and will be back for my ALL my oil changes/services!! I work at Delnor, but live just outside the city. David was SO accommodating with my schedule for my recent oil change. I called on Wednesday, and was able to easily drop my car off at 7:30am the next morning. He was so kind and offered to drive me to work so I didn't have to walk, but, if you work at Delnor, the walk is just 5-10 minutes - SO convenient! After work, I just hopped back over to pick it up. My car came back hand-washed, with a vacuumed and cleaned interior, sparkling windows, and fresh tire shine!! Not to mention..he didn't charge me full price, because I work at the hospital. I have a 2008 Chevy Impala. It's ran great for years but the combination of its age and miles have taken a toll on it. I brought it into AutoTherapy because it was leaking oil and alignment issues. David and his crew went above and beyond what I was expecting. After the repair was complete, they walked through the shop and showed me all the parts they replaced and clearly explained what they did and why. On top of all that David cleaned up my engine, the outside, and inside of my car (free of charge). Once again David and his team came through for us. I had a check engine light and trouble starting my car. My husband dropped it off at Auto Therapy and they even drove him home. They did a thorough diagnostics check on the car and found a battery issue, FOB issue and fuse issue. They even fixed my speaker which hasn't worked right since I bought the car. My car was returned to me with a full interior and exterior cleaning. They always go above and beyond in service and quality. They don't try to sell you what you don't need but do let you know the condition of your car and when you should have it serviced. Unbelievably prompt, reliable, quality service shop. I've been there with both of my vehicles and intend on making Tony my "go to" mechanic for years to come. It's difficult to find both an honest and affordable company when it comes to auto repair. This shop sets the high standard for both.
