During the process, the manager called to say my car needed additional work and quoted me $2,092 -- which I agreed to. When I went to pick up my vehicle , the total was over $2,900. When I questioned the price difference, I was told they would "pull the call" to prove I agreed to it -- but I know I never did. On top of that, the free tire rotation discount plus discount oil change for $49.99 that was supposed to be included with my oil change never showed up anywhere on the invoice. Nothing about the pricing or discounts added up. The whole experience felt shady and misleading, and it's made me lose trust in this location. I won't be getting any major work done here again unless I have the full quote in writing beforehand. I'm sharing this so others can be aware before doing business here.

Didn't touch the mat in the back (SUV), car covered in drops and water spots and tires untouched. When I asked the attendant if my car was "done" he nodded. When I remarked "$48 for a wash, car not dry and no tire shine?", he shrugged. I used to go here for washes, detailing, oil changes, but no more. How many times should I get poor service and keep coming back? I don't have that magic number. Lots of places wash cars in this area.
