He immediately called his " boss" to ask what he'd be paid to remove the bat, " I know I'll get bit" Like he was worried, in his tee shirt, no gloves. He told my son he would not remove unless he got paid first. I arrived home, and this guy rudely demanded $499.00 to remove. I tried to ask why, this isn't an emergency off hours call, and he smirked at me and said pay me or I'm leaving, enjoy your bat. I reminded him there's such a thing as customer reviews, he said fine post your review, I'm outta here, and then he had the nerve to accuse me of being rude! So I went and got some gloves for me and my son, we opened a window, and closed off the room, got a garbage bag held it close to the bat, my son gave it a little poke into the bag, I closed up the bag and the bat is no longer in my house. Literally all I have asked for is tracking info or the ITEL report that I was told had been sent in for the 3rd time in April.
