We ended up going in person today and were honestly blown away by the selection. It's a smaller retail shop, but they seem to have every color, pattern, and style imaginable. The owner, Mac, was there and shared that it's a family business passed down from his dad. He was incredibly helpful, looking at photos of the color of the dress and suit my son and his girlfriend were wearing, showing us different patterns of solid color ties, showing us swatches, then the full ties themselves. He was so patient and took so much time and it's unfortunately the day before Senior Ball and thus very stressful, Mac helped make the entire experience a calm, fun event. They sell online as well, but if you need something last minute and want to shop in person like we did, that's an option. They have regular ties, skinny ties, bow ties, suspenders, cuff links, socks, matching pocket squares, and more. Attaching a few photos because the selection really was impressive.

Its just a matter of checking in from time to time. I bought a black vest that was $68 and after christmas it dropped down to $40. I've been looking for that type of vest and asked one of the staff members if the price will drop and he said no. Luckily, I stopped by a week later and discovered that it did drop! I was very thankful for Niko who is the store manager to accommodate my request and price match what I originally paid for to the marked down price. He was very friendly and understanding. I had seen some clearance and sale suits online and wanted to reference those options in-store.   Unfortunately, the initial service I received was very disappointing. The first associate(blonde dyed hair asian worker) I worked with discouraged me from the clearance/sale options by saying they were all made from "cheap" linen material that creases easily, which he said explained the discount. That seemed odd to me, especially since these were Indochino's own products. I later noticed that the sale and clearance options included other fabric blends as well, so the information I was given did not appear to be accurate.   Because I did not feel I was getting helpful guidance, I ended up sitting in the store and placing my order online myself. I purchased approximately $2,000 worth of suits before discounts. During that process, the same associate also suggested that I should buy "nicer" suits because of the job I was starting, which came across as judgmental, unprofessional, and inappropriate.   After I completed the online purchase, he helped me schedule a measuring appointment for 3:00 PM. At that point, another associate assisted me, but the experience still felt disengaged and unhelpful. It seemed like the level of interest dropped once the purchase had already been made online.   The reason I am still giving 2 stars is because another gentleman later stepped in and completely changed the experience. He seemed to recognize that the visit had not gone smoothly, took over the appointment, measured me efficiently, offered helpful insight, and explained how the customizations would affect the final suit. His professionalism and service were excellent and were night-and-day compared to the earlier part of the visit.   Overall, the branding is what made me walk in through the door and I have yet to receive the final product but the customer service experience was very inconsistent. The final associate was great, but the earlier interactions made the visit awkward and frustrating.
