We were told to wait (about 30-40 min.) and then told to come back to fill out forms. I was in for major oak pollen problems and, instead of treating me for that, they insisted on a "full workup." When I asked why and that it seemed complete overkill to attach heart monitors, etc. (esp. since I had zero individual or family history of heart or lung problems), they acted surprised/offended. I was finally discharged after about 6 hours with scripts for 3 meds. The meds didn't work and I returned Thursday about midnight. The ER lights were all off and it was dark inside. My wife ran inside and got someone telling them I needed a wheelchair. They brought us in right away and then wanted to do a full history. I told them NO - I JUST GAVE ONE HERE JUST A FEW HOURS AGO SO LOOK IT UP. The ER person said they couldn't look up records; her machine would only take me in as a new patient So there I saw, panting to catch my breath, trying to give them info they already had. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. It went downhill from there so, for brevity, I'll stop here. Will NEVER use again.

My baby is my everything, and this has been one of the most difficult times of my life. The staff has been very patient with my thousands of questions, constant annoying phone calls, and general sleep-deprived worrywart self. Really, REALLY grateful I can still continue to cuddle and hug my precious Lyric. He's still got a long healing journey ahead, but I am finally able to get some sleep after two months. Thanks again!

No one ever wants the phone call telling them that their dog is dying. My sweet boy, Diesel, was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and hearing that there was nothing more we could do was one of the hardest moments of my life. Even in that heartbreaking conversation, Dr. Mitchell met me with incredible compassion. When I asked if I could bring Diesel home for one last night together before saying goodbye the next morning, he understood how important that time was to me. I'll always be thankful for that grace. Losing a pet is devastating. You know they'll never live forever, but nothing truly prepares you for the day you have to let them go. Throughout the entire process, I never felt alone. Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Morehead, and the entire team treated Diesel with dignity, kindness, and genuine love. They answered every question, never rushed me, and helped me make the hardest decision I've ever had to make. What stands out most about this clinic is that they care. They celebrate the good days with you, and they walk through the hardest days with you too. You can tell they became veterinarians because they love animals and the people who love them. They are thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly compassionate. Diesel was my best friend. We navigated my twenties together, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss him. Knowing he was cared for by people who loved him too brings me an incredible amount of peace. On a lighter note, I also love their rewards program. While I'm not ready for another dog anytime soon, it makes me smile knowing those points will be there if that day ever comes. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that will care for your pet as if they were their own, whether it's for a routine visit or the hardest day you'll ever face, I cannot recommend Leander Vet Clinic enough. Thank you for loving Diesel so well and for giving me the confidence that I did everything I could for my boy. That gift is something I'll carry with me forever.

Scott & White had me checked in and sitting in a very comfortable ER room within 5-7 mins of walking in the door. They let me fill out my paperwork as I sat in the room and waited for the doctor. Doctor was awesome- prompt, matter-of-fact, and gave me options. But he also took time to just chat with me. Everyone was very friendly. Now- some reviews mention billing and they did not take my copay up front. Maybe the billing side will be less of a great experience but for now I'm feeling great about my visit and treatment plan. It's nice to know caring doctors, nurses, and support staff still exist out there.

I have been going here for years and am so tired of the terrible customer service. They never follow thru and do what they are supposed to do. I could go into detail but to spare you all my personal deets I will say that I've been waiting over 2 weeks to hear back from them regarding a referral. The check out lady had zero clue what she was doing and I had to walk her through the process and she still didn't get it right. In the meantime I have been dealing with a painful injury that requires physical therapy and I can't get the help I need. After not hearing back I called in only to be told they would call me back. They tried to blame my insurance company and then came clean and blamed it on a co-worked who didn't do their job. The guy even laughed about it... what's so funny dude? This is people's lives you're dealing with. My husband works his butt off and pays for insurance that we can't even utilize if this place does not do their job. There has to be some system in place to FOLLOW THROUGH until each patient is taken care of. When I have a task to complete I dot cross it out until it is done. Try that Scott & White! I am switching my Primary Care Provider to a new location and then having my son do the same so we don't ever have to deal with this place again. It's sad because I really liked you Dr. Patel & Dr. Gulgoski but service doesn't stop in the patient rooms.. it has to continue on after we exit the room, to check out and follow up....

My ultrasound-guided IV infiltrated, causing unnecessary pain and frustration. Rather than acknowledging what had happened or showing empathy, I felt dismissed throughout my visit. After the IV failed, another senior nurse repeatedly pressured me to undergo another ultrasound-guided IV placement. I respectfully declined, but I was asked again and again despite my answer. By the fourth time I said no, the nurse responded with noticeable attitude before leaving the room. As a patient, I felt that my decision was not being respected and I was being marginalized. I understand that emergency departments are busy and stressful, but kindness, professionalism, and respect for a patient's choices should never be optional. Patients come to the ER feeling scared, vulnerable, and in need of compassionate care. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication, patient care, and respect for patient autonomy so others receive the compassion and dignity every patient deserves.
