It's important to note they are an urgent care, not an emergency room. The staff is attentive and friendly, with genuine concern for your malady. I can note all the times my family has visited they will see a nurse practitioner. To some that may be a sticking point, but if you need to be seen for something minor this urgent care is great. I'd definitely make an appointment online for times sake, but the onboarding is easy and you can establish an account if you need to go back. I can even say cash pay prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location for your minor care needs during the week and weekends if you can't get to your normal doctor.

Their billing person confirmed this. Their website has a lot of info about the billing process as well. -They are flexible and will work with you to negotiate your dues to get the accounts closed out. I was stressing about the bills but their super nice billing lady helped us out. -Open 24/7. I looked at other options that were technically deemed in-network for my insurance plan and some were closed on Sunday. One of our visits was on Easter too. Why even bother with another ER when this place will bill in-network anyway? -Amazing nurses and doctors. Everyone is really nice and patient and takes great care of you. We've been there 3 times since November. Twice for my little guy (he was 1 during our first visit). Nurses and doctors were so nice and patient with him (and he definitely screamed a lot). -It's never crowded or full of sickly people. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We were overcharged, and when we calmly asked for clarification, the staff member threatened to call the police. This situation was especially distressing because it happened in front of our sick child. As a result of the threats, our child became very frightened and experienced significant stress. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in a medical facility, particularly when dealing with families and children. We also felt that the treatment we received was biased and differed based on nationality, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We expected care, understanding, and professionalism, but instead we left feeling disrespected and deeply upset. Scott & White had me checked in and sitting in a very comfortable ER room within 5-7 mins of walking in the door. They let me fill out my paperwork as I sat in the room and waited for the doctor. Doctor was awesome- prompt, matter-of-fact, and gave me options. But he also took time to just chat with me. Everyone was very friendly. Now- some reviews mention billing and they did not take my copay up front. Maybe the billing side will be less of a great experience but for now I'm feeling great about my visit and treatment plan.
