We've come to this urgent care on two separate occasions and have appreciated the experience as much as you can given that it's urgent care. The care team was different for each visit but everyone we came in contact with was friendly and engaging. We dealt with an ankle fracture on one visit and an arm injury on another. Both were handled with care and treated quickly. Our second visit was a walk-in and it became apparent that making an appt (even after walking in) was needed because we kept getting bumped as the appts were coming in. My primary care doctor was booked out for weeks, so I decided to give Next Level Urgent Care a try. Even without an appointment, I was immediately helped by Shakemma, Tiff. She was wonderful! Friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I was then seen by Gad, who was also great. He quickly assessed what was going on, prescribed some allergy medication, and had me on my way. The entire visit took less than 35 minutes, which is amazing. Although they didn't accept our insurance the cost was very reasonable for a walk-in visit. The people in the office and the doctor were very pleasant and accommodating. When we do decide to move down here we will definitely use them for any issues we have and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with a child for sure. We are rather new to Leander and Cedar Park so I was looking for a good urgent care and I've found it. Three members of my family have visited this location and we get seen right away. It's important to note they are an urgent care, not an emergency room. The staff is attentive and friendly, with genuine concern for your malady. I can note all the times my family has visited they will see a nurse practitioner. To some that may be a sticking point, but if you need to be seen for something minor this urgent care is great. I'd definitely make an appointment online for times sake, but the onboarding is easy and you can establish an account if you need to go back. I can even say cash pay prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location for your minor care needs during the week and weekends if you can't get to your normal doctor. read more

The NP was fantastic. The gal at the front was rude. I entered with an appointment 2 minutes before 9:00. The gal hollered we are Not open yet. I said do you want me to stand outside she said yes. I felt really bad with my respiratory and ear infection. 2 minutes later at exactly 9:00 I re entered and she stated have a seat I need to turn on the computers apx. 5 minutes later she was ready for me to pay. I had completed all of the online check in process she had my credit card Information to charge my card. This employee had arrived by 8:45 I don't understand her not being ready to go by 9:00. I found her to be rude insensitive to be welcoming any patient. There is to much competition in the area to ruin first impressions. This gal doesn't need to be welcoming any patient. I traveled from South Austin to here because of their reviews and they were right! This was the smoothest, most painless experience I've ever had. I made an appointment on their site and then checked in when I arrived. I was seen immediately, didn't even need to sit down in the waiting room! I had been dealing with a great bit of pain and swelling in my left foot and decided to go here. They took a couple of x-rays and decided it was not broken which I had already known. They were just willing to send me home with an ace bandage even with as much pain as I was in: had I not advocated for myself and asked for a boot I would've walked away with the foot just wrapped. Well I decided to get another appointment with someone else and it turns out they completely missed a fracture on the top of my foot which was the reason the pain was there in the first place. I don't recommend going here if you think for even a second any bone is broken or fractured. I will add the office staff was AMAZING and very gentle! Props to them!!!! I just think they should go a little more in depth especially when someone's foot looks like they way it did read more

I went to urgent care on December 31st because I had a low oxygen level, a cough, and was feeling generally unwell. The nurse practitioner performed COVID and strep tests, prescribed steroids, cough medicine, and an inhaler, and then let me go. However, she didn't think to order an X-ray. After a few days at home, I felt worse and had trouble breathing, with my oxygen level dropping even further. I was admitted to the hospital on January 3rd with pneumonia. I spent several days in the hospital, and my recovery will take several more weeks if not months. If the urgent care nurse practitioner had raised concerns, ordered an X-ray, or even sent me to the ER on December 31st, I might have been able to avoid hospitalization. Definitely I won't recommend this facility! read more

But I registered online yesterday, checked in, and was immediately asked to pay $205 (my insurance copay for urgent care is $10, with an additional copay of $10 for xrays if needed, regardless of deductible or out of pocket status - and they're listed as in network with Aetna). Despite being checked in and paid, it's almost 24 hours later, and I still haven't heard anything. Waited for about 4 hours at CareNow to get seen, finally got my xrays. Again, I did check in online, paid the cash pay fee (despite having insurance), but haven't heard back in over 24 hours. Supposedly there was only 1 person ahead of me. Tried calling several times, but every time I was stuck on hold (listening to the same ~45 second clip of one song) for 5+ minutes before the call would either drop or go silent. Their phone number has a Houston area code too, so probably using a call center instead of routing to the local facility. :( read more

I had to visit this urgent care for an emergency and I genuinely would go to an emergency room and pay that ridiculous bill instead of coming here again. The staff was not only inattentive, they were completely inappropriate from shoulder rubbing to pet names like honey and baby from multiple people. It made me extremely uncomfortable and you could visibly see that from backing away and my face getting red, even my husband noticed! It took them 30 mins to get me to a room even though I had an appointment and showed up on time, and there was never another person in the lobby. It then took them ONE AND A HALF HOURS just to get a nurse practi into my room. I didn't even get seen by a doctor. Ridiculous. read more

Outstanding urgent care! Brought my 16 & 2 year old in for testing- they got us in quickly and were so great! The nurse was so awesome with my kids and the receptionist was incredibly helpful as well. They even let me run my toddler in and out to the car (she can be temperamental lol). Tests done quickly, meds prescribed and we were good to go! Had to call back later as our pharmacy closed and they immediately transferred the meds to another location I requested. The staff was amazing from the moment we parked. Tiffany rushed out as my bf picked me up to the door because of my foot injury and was also very attentive. Asked if we wanted ice for my foot and waters! Shortly after I was called back and Sydnye was so personably and made me feel real comfy.
