I was not given a call by staff and at pick up they tried to minimize his injury even though his tongue was still bleeding. The staff didn't seem to think this was a big deal. They were very nonchalant and not able to see why notifying the parent immediately is important. Very dissapointed by their negligence and nonchalant attitude. The teacher was Claudia in the toddler room. Don't take your kids here. I also heard teachers in the background yelling at kids. Told a child "if you pee yourself that's your problem" sickening. This was the older kids classroom and I was just in the lobby hearing that. Don't leave your children here. Wouldn't trust it.

She heavily discriminates against single households as well as young mothers. She gave strong insinuations about my morals and principles being a reason my child could not be enrolled speaking as though i should be disgraced for my family because it did not fit her guidelines as "this is a FAMILY daycare." Maam my child very much well should not be treated differently because of your uncomfortable nature with young or single moms! Very gross unprofessional behavior that has left a scar over several months. The employee i worked previously with was Abagail. Overall very relieved my daughter did not end up enrolled here given the nature of the director and questionable morals.

Ms. Mary comes off as very sweet, fun, and godly until she is having a bad day and wants to target you and your child which will result in you receiving multiple phone calls throughout the week saying that your child is misbehaving. Ms. Mary asks a lot of personal questions and has a very high turnover rate with staff, she gossips about her staff's business and is just overall messy. She brags about having different professional connections within different state departments which can be very threatening. I later found several reviews on yelp from other mothers expressing their concerns about Ms. Mary's behavior. I tried very hard to work with Mary, wanted things to work out for my child, and even asked if the daycare was a good fit for us. Ms. Mary avoided being honest and continued trying to give me a hard time even after I expressed my desperate need for childcare and work. I pulled my child from the daycare after my father passed away and Ms. Mary took advantage of that sensitive moment and called for my child to be picked up early after she had just been dropped off at daycare. With very low vibrational energy, she uses God as a cover-up for her dark behavior. Think hard, don't lie to yourself... Does your child need a bit of support academically? Do you…read morethink they might? Do you want small class sizes? Are they on meds that need to be administered at school? Are they Neurodiverse (Dyslexic, Anxiety, ADHD, Autistic, Dyscalculia, etc.)? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, this school probably isn't for you. We really loved the school when the kid was younger. But, partway through the lower school, supports and amenities suddenly got a lot more scarce! The Middle School is even worse. Were the staff at fault? Usually not. Decisions were made and the kids that needed a bit of help paid the price. There isn't a school nurse. They have remodeled some of the specialist-type classrooms to convert them into classrooms. There has been quite a bit of staff leaving in the last 5 years. There isn't a real 9:1 kid to teacher ratio in practice, they use alternative accounting practices including counting staff members like the librarian (kids see the librarian for an hour or less per week while most teachers rush back to their rooms for preparation time leaving the librarian often alone with the kids). Teacher assistants in the lower school are not necessarily full time and are often pulled from class to cover teachers and things like playground duties. The administration is actively trying to add more students per class, and more classes overall, as all administrators are prone to do. In short, while it is a beautiful school, it isn't for everyone. Try not to be dazzled and ask the hard questions. See if this is right for your family. It is an expensive question to get wrong.

The staff were nice about it but just be very careful in the hot tub. I hope management is able to fix the safety issue. I would love to leave a better review if this is resolved
