I finally had a chance when my travel slowed enough to book the session and haven't looked back since. My first session was 60 minutes and the level of relaxation I reached was something I hadn't been able to obtain in any massage or self-care in ages. The atmosphere is wonderful and fosters the unwinding and letting Teresa work her magic. Since my first session I see Teresa at least once-a-month for 90-minute sessions as my schedule (and income) allow and they continue to be amazing. I've gone in thinking my tension was one area to learn there was an area much worse that Teresa works the tension from. I leave every session refreshed and always am looking forward to the next one...to the extent that my husband knows when "massage day" is coming and reminds me on days I feel worn out or stressed.
