You can come on your own when they are parked in various locations in Indianapolis or at local events, or come in with a group of friends! Best of all, you can book them for private events. Take your time; take in the beautiful, clean architecture of a renovated school bus, the new scenery (you have lovely views from the sauna!) - and a cold shower to shock your system. Music was so relaxing and peaceful. Madison was at the desk and she told me to help myself to some tea or water. She was very helpful and very informative so I really did appreciate that especially this being my first visit. She showed me to my room where I was to do the 45 min infrared sauna. She helped me with my Bluetooth connection. I was ready to go after a quick trip to the ladies room. The 45 min was exactly what I needed. It felt so good and so amazing to have that time to myself. I doxed off for a few.. I love that the sauna beeps very mildly to let you know there's 5 min left. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit most especially because it was a wonderful surprise that they had Easter eggs hidden and the sign said to find one so I did and it said my next appointment was free! I'll definitely be purchasing some more after that! I definitely recommend giving this a try. Self care is so important. The ambiance of the entire environment is very serene and calming. I am only a basic member, so I can't vouch for the extra features like the pool and the sauna and the other classes. I go mainly for the weightlifting equipment and the open spaces. I like how there are two fitness greens in the gym which both offer plenty of room to exercise. The variety of weightlifting equipment is also pretty good, with a lot of different machines and cable stacks. The free weights are also pretty well stocked. My favorite area is the Olympic weightlifting area, which has four platforms and six squat racks which also have platforms. This area has a lot of mirrors so it's easy to keep your form in check. I have never used any of the class spaces but they all look really well kept from what I can see. They even recently updated one of their studios for weightlifting classes! I've been going there so you know I'll be back again!

Never have trouble finding one. I haven't used the weights much but in the morning there always seems to be enough. I really joined for the pool. It's always almost empty from 5-7 am and it is just really nice to be able to swim in a clean pool. I wear goggles, would highly recommend them. Hot tub is a plus as are the steam room and sauna. My fave part is using the massage chairs after my workouts. I pay 25 a month for everything. The lower membership doesn't have pool included. Fair price for what I use the gym for. Clean place, good music and good people.
