If you're looking for people who once they get your card information, they take money out of your account WITHOUT permission. This is the company for you. If you do them a FAVOR and drop a few hundred bucks on getting a car PPI'd by a certified dealership and it turns out the $6,000 car needs almost $9,000 worth of repairs and all they do is snake the car back on to the lot FOR THE SAME PRICE as what they were trying to sell to me..... If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me a truck that had mechanical issues from the start. They tried to repair some before finalizing the sale and I was told they were fixed, however they were no. To top it off they drove it another 100+ miles during the time they were "repairing" it. If I were you, New Customer, I would NOT buy from these lackadaisical, inconsiderate and down right LAZY used car dealership. As a wholesale car dealer myself, owning well over 100 vehicles over 25 years, this dealership takes the cake! I agreed to purchase a used Ram 2500 Diesel with moderate mileage and by the outset, it looked clean. They had the truck supposedly "detailed" completely forgetting about the bed with caked on dirt, leaves, 2x4 scraps and an old flat tire still in the back. Yes, folks, THIS is actually how these knuckleheads presented a new customer with one of their truck inventories. Prior to finalizing the sale, I paid my personal mechanic to make a trip to the potential purchase for mechanical defects. The mechanic's review was not good. There were leaks amongst other issues. I explained the issues and Dixie agreed to fix them to which they did; replaced the water pump and oil pan gasket. Ryan, at Dixie Motors, assured me all was well and to come pick up the truck. I did but guess what? The bed was just as dirty as it was prior minus that old flat tire. Yep, they didn't even have the decency to change the oil, replace the air or fuel filters--which were badly needed--replace the worn out wiper blades or even sweep out the filth left in the bed liner from before. I was aghast! This lack in attention resulted in my having them rewrite the contract and subtracting $500 off the price for stupidity and laziness. They're lucky I am a reasonable man and didn't add more. As the VP of Sales & Marketing for a Commercial Finance company for 14 years, in my opinion, Ryan the manager and Solomon the sales guy, need either firing or retraining in customer satisfaction. Bought a used truck that was never looked over by their mechanic. Turns out the radiator had a leak and broke down while towing a trailer. In addition, the heating core was faulty but we would not have known since we bought it in middle of summer. Needless to say we had to take the truck into a dealership to be serviced and it costs an additional $2,300 just to get our (new to us) truck drivable. The managment team avoided our phone calls, messages, and personal visits for weeks. (I swear they were hiding in the back room till we left). They should have looked the truck over before offering it out to the public and at the very least attempted to make things right with us their valued customer. read more

They sold us a lemon. The truck needed parts and work done within the first 30 days. It had an exhaust manifold leak, the oil pump had to be replaced, and the turbos needed to be replaced. They sold us a warranty, and made it sound like it covered a lot of things including the turbos. When we called the warranty holder they didn't cover any of the work that needed to be done. It all had to come out of pocket. Had to have the truck towed, as it wouldn't turn over. You can tell they just buy vehicles and flip them. The truck hadn't even been cleaned out. There was French fries under the seats. The oil had to be changed the week we bought it. They bought our old truck as a down payment, and said it had be painted and so they gave us a lower value for the older truck. I then saw our old truck being driven by a new owner and it wasn't painted. Just proving they buy and flip vehicle. Do not give them your business read more

I wanted to buy a car and the owner wasn't very friendly to my husband. ALSO I was gonna come and talk to on my lunch but the meeting was so short that didnt happen. We had an appointment to go talk to the salesman about a vehicle on their lot. We liked it but it seemed to be overpriced based on the year and mileage for the vehicle. But I really was interested in the car so we were going to see if they were firm on the price or not. So when my hub got there the original guy was not there and did not tell anyone he had an appointment set up. There was a man who had just walked in with his lunch who "helped" him. He seemed very irritated - we are not sure if its because he didn't want to be interrupted(maybe hangry?) or because his salesman didn't tell him that he had an appointment that he was going to miss. So my hub found out it was the owner and told him that we had found similar vehicles for less and we looked it up on KBB and that site said it wasn't worth that much. I was still willing to pay over that price just not what they were asking. They were not willing to negotiate on price which in it's self is not a problem because I understand at the end of the day, its a business and they are there to make money. He was just SO unfriendly and made my husband uncomfortable. Based off of our customer service experience I am not going to purchase a car from them ever. Even though I did really like the car and probably would have went back to talk to the original guy. but I just think it is SO rude to have the reply "well go buy that car then" when saying we found a few in Las Vegas with a lower price. It seemed like he was just bugged his lunch was getting interrupted. Totally turned me off from the whole dealership, and we will be going to buy a new version of the car with less miles from Las Vegas instead of supporting this local business because of their attitude. Dishonest people. I test drove a Toyota Tundra on their lot and found that it has significant mechanical problems. I tried to the salesman, Harrison Labrum, about the issues and he was disrespectful and walked away from me. I wouldn't trust any vehicle coming off of their lot. read more
