I have been a customer since 2006 when I moved to Washington. This car wash has been through a…read morebunch of different owners. However, it has always been a dependable, quality, detailed car wash. Vehicles sparkle and shine inside and out, top to bottom. St George/Washington has no shortage of car washes. Customers become loyal to establishments that pamper their vehicles (their pride and joy and second most expensive purchase) and go out of their way, driving whatever distance to show their support. I've given gift cards and many washes of my own. Platinum has stood behind their washes and details. Customers leave with a smile and no hesitancy to tip for jobs well done. As of late, we've had crazy price packages, adjustments hours of operations reduced (for whose convenience?), staff reductions, and the sloppiest car washing I've seen in a long time. Automation is definitely coming to both the interior* and exterior of car washing. What the automatic robotic mechanisms washed (exterior) was satisfactory. The drying by the humans was NOT. Outside windows were streaked, smudged, and smeared. But the body and tires sparkled. The chrome was still dusty and dirty. *Now to the interior. Nothing happened at all. Nothing. Nada. Nope. It's not gonna happen. No rugs, no inside windows, no dashboard. The dirt and dust I came in with, I started to leave with. When I approached one of the two attendants to ask for a rag and why it wasn't done. I was told where the rags/cloths were and that they did not do interiors. $19 for this? (I opted to omit the ceramic coating so $19 instead of $25). Plus, I gave a $7 tip. I'm done. Whether work has suffered because Rowley's (the owners) don't want to pay for more employees and operate when the public wants them or whatever crazy excuse they can use. I'm gone. Car washes are profitable businesses. Mostly cash with little overhead. That car wash poperly operated could carry the fruit stand. The fruit stand will never carry the carwash. Bring on the robots to do the interiors. Heck, fire everybody. The bots are sure to win. Most compliant employees you can find. Bots won't tell customers where rags are or what you can do with them. There are other car washes, some long-standing...Freddies, Quick Kwack.... Bye-bye Premiere.

First car I bought Nissan 240 SX, Honda Civic. Toyota Tacoma. And a couple more that I can't remember. Every car has been excellent. With routine maintenance. When I…read morewent and looked at the truck they claimed that a 3rd party, BlueStar Inspections, has looked over 200 mechanical and maintenance components and said this truck was in great condition. That was a lie. The transmission fluid, engine oil, front differential oil and rear differential fluid were all old and over worked. When I went to have that work done I had to pay for it. Just days after buying the truck . The worst part is when they serviced my front differential and found metal shavings. I had my guy open it up and sure enough it's damaged. The front differential gear is ruined. Replacing that will now cost me over 2,000$ after owning the truck a month. I've texted them explaining this and was told "sorry for your frustrations." Team D can't be trusted. If you buy a car from them have a mechanic check it out first. Don't get screwed over.

You knew the car was a POS and still decided to sell it so you wouldnt have a loss on your hands you guys just wanted to make your money and not care about what you sell people and in fact I was asked several times to leave a good review.. it didn't go just as you described. The customer service outstanding. Mike, Scott, Mateo, were such a joy throughout my issue with my car. They open at 8:00 AM. I was there at 7:58 AM. I knew in my spirit that they would be busy and I needed to get on the road back to California ASAP. I was greeted by Mike with Good morning, how can we help you with a smile. that made me feel less stressed. I told him and with no hesitation Mike was on the job. Quickly he came and gave me an itemized list of what he was doing. Loved that. Then he was back to working on my car, ordering parts. While he was working, I had the opportunity to have a great conversation with Scott. Who has been in the auto mechanic industry for 17 years. So, I knew that I was in good hands. Scott's customer care and understanding of the customer care issues he definitely addressed them accordingly. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to assist each customer that walked through the door. I was in awe and wished that we had mechanics that care for the person and then they handled the car issues. I see why they're one of the best; if not the best in their industry. Thank you Mike, Scott, and Mateo for being so helpful and nice while I was at your establishment . Mikes main priority was to get me safely on the road. And he did. I made it safely back to California. Which was a 5 hour drive. I highly recommend this awesome shop for anyone looking for a well trusted and respected mechanics thank you Masters Autotech you all are amazing continued success ‼

Horrible, horrible experience from this company. It's been a nightmare…read more Ive really been on the fence about writing this because I truly want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot in this situation. Bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra from Second Chance Auto. I was told the only thing wrong was the collision sensor was on and all that ment was the lane assist and cruise control wouldn't work and it also had a recall for tie rods that would be done free of charge thru Nissan Dealership. I thought okay, no problem. I purchased the car with no issues. The negligence on my part was not taking it on the freeway before purchasing or reading up on collision sensors. Fast forward, I drive it home to Cedar and it shakes violently when going over 70. I call them the next working day and let the lady who answered the phone know and I tell her I believe it's the 2 bald tires and an alignment and maybe they can help purchase that. She informs me that she needs to ask the manager and she will get back to me. I said okay great. Nobody got back to me the next day so i called. And called. And called. And left voicemails and texts. Nothing. So come Friday, i call a few more times and nothing. So I call again using a different person's number and they pick up right away. (Insane. Right?) They agree to do the tires and alignment. Great. It doesn't fix the violent shaking. I thought, okay, it's probably tie rods. I go to Nissan for the tie rod recall and after 6 hours and 190 dollars later, they let me know my car is a road hazard and absolutely cannot be driven. They said all of the things wrong with it caused by an accident made it illegal to sell to a consumer. (See paperwork in pictures.) The dealership advised me to take the car back and get my money back so this is what I did. Jose was hesitant at first to reverse anything because the carfax on the report showed no accidents. He also stated that the car went through 3 inspections and "couldn't believe" it would pass through so many of his people without it failing. He agreed to reverse the loan and give me my Jeep and money back. I told him I wanted a reimbursement for the 190 I spent at Nissan. He said no. I left it at that after he wouldn't give me an answer. Later in a phone call he tells me yes. He will reimburse the 190 dollars but it has to be done before Wednesday, May 28. I said okay great. Doable. He said he would be there to help me and give me back the jeep on Tuesday. We both agreed on this. I come to Second Chance on Tuesday, like agreed upon. He is not there. The woman said he's not working today. I got my jeep back and then asked her for the reimbursement. She said she doesn't know about it and she doesn't cut checks. She also stated I have to go to Premier Car and Truck to get my check from a Laura. I'm like this is really inconvenient but okay. We take the 30 second trip to Premier during business hours. And they're closed and locked up. I call Second Chance. No answer. I call again, no answer. Left message, no call back. Mind you, the place was empty with no customers when we left 30 seconds ago. A man pulls up smoking a cigarette and fiddling with the keys to the building. I politely ask him if Laura was there so I could get my reimbursement. He says she's not there and doesn't know anything about a reimbursement. Tells me to write down my name and number so he can tell Laura to mail a check. .... okay. So I did and left. And it is now Friday the 30th. I have called multiple times but they will not pick up the phone. I have left numerous voicemails and follow up. They won't respond. Just ghosting me for 190 dollars. Checked the mail, no check. Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had with a business and I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Please, go somewhere else for a vehicle. This has been nothing but a nightmare.
