This specific theater has a lot of great qualities. If you're intrigued about what makes this theater great, keep reading, I dare you. It's heavenly. Heavenly because it is clean and we all know Who is next to cleanliness. Seriously though, the seats and aisles are always swept and organized AND the bathrooms are pristine! They have strategically placed trash cans at the proper places to allow you to open the door when you leave, with a paper towel, and throw it away. Not only that, but if you forget to nab a towel, you can actually open it with your FOOT. Catering to the germ-a-phobes like me, now that's top notch service. Options. They have plenty of movies and times to choose from. You can purchase your tickets online, outside at the kiosks, or inside face-to-face. They also have great popcorn, and nachos, and treats, and beverages. Who doesn't love a good flick with an ice cold soda pop in your right and your lover's hand in your left? (Still working on filling my left hand, until then I'll stick some junior mints in it). There is always plenty of parking, even though it shares a lot with other businesses. The very very best part of it all? $5 Tuesday's. Popcorn, nachos, and drinks are also cheaper on that day too. You could literally live there and just binge on all the new movies . #YOLO TIPS & TRICKS: * If you want a delicious snack, buy some popcorn and junior mints. You wouldn't really think, but those two flavors go great together. * The seats are so comfy, but try to purchase one without someone sitting in front of you so you can stretch out. Ambiance: there is a "vip" check in area if you buy vip tickets, and they will deliver snacks to you with this package. Perks: unlike "chain" movie places I was pleasantly surprised at the lack or millions of commercials before the movie. Our movie (the odyssey) started within 10 minutes of published showtime AND we got a 5 min "intermission break" that my friends who watched at a Regal/AMC definitely did not (and wish they had, it was a long movie). They also seem to have their own points/rewards program if you frequent.

We visited the St. George Children's Museum during our family trip, and overall it was a decent one…read moretime experience. One thing to note is that it didn't seem very stroller friendly from the main entrance. There were stairs right away, and unless we missed another accessible entrance, it made getting in with a stroller a bit challenging. The museum was smaller than we expected. We explored the second and third floors, but the first floor was closed during our visit due to renovations. We're not sure exactly what they were updating, but hopefully it adds even more to the experience once completed. A nice bonus was the WIC discount. My cousin showed her WIC card, and admission was only $3 per person for up to five people. Children under 2 were free, which made it very affordable for families. Our kids, ages 10, 5, and 2, all found something they enjoyed. Their favorite exhibits were the airport area and the dinosaur ride. We spent about 1 1/2 hours there before heading out. Since we're from Las Vegas, we're used to visiting the Discovery Children's Museum, which is much larger and offers more exhibits. Because of that, it's hard not to compare the two. That said, we understand every city has different resources and budgets, so we tried to judge this museum on its own. Overall, it was a fun place to visit once, especially for younger children. We probably wouldn't return unless they expand the museum or complete the renovations, but we're glad we checked it out while visiting St. George.

Wow. I can't believe that this place is free…read more Parking is sparce, especially when they have the holiday lights at night. But there is overflow parking down by pioneer park. We wandered through for about 45 minutes, mostly because I was taking so many pictures. There are several different areas, types of plants, etc. I didn't get to see it during the day, but from what I saw at night there is a nice mixture. Review of the Christmas lights…read more Really enjoyed this place. And it's free! St. George, you're doing it right. It's a family affair here. Chilly and all, we bundle up, pack the car and head to Red Hills Desert Garden for the Christmas light. It's transformed into a beautifully lit park for the holidays where we can walk around and enjoy the lights with the family. There's an area where you can go a floor below and see a small aquarium/ fish tank area. The kids enjoyed it here. Christmas lights really get us in the spirits and this place really does. Parking at night can be challenging and the drive to go park is quite dark. I suggest you bring a good flashlight to help the family walk from the parking to the garden.
