Board members found them to be VERY uncommunicative ... they don't respond to e-mails ... residents even contacted me and other Board members to complain that nobody would answer their phone. Before they were hired, they specifically promised to let the Board see and approve violation letters before they went out ... but they proceeded to disregard that and sent out 81 such letters (out of only 108 homes!) without even letting us know they were doing it, let alone see and approve them ... and for reasons that were not even an actual violation! The response of the boss at the last meeting? "Oops." I won't deal with people like this, which is why I chose not to run for the Board again. NOTE: Almost all the excellent reviews here mention "Michelle Howard" by name. Michelle Howard must have been a really good manager, but SHE DOESN'T WORK FOR THEM ANYMORE.
