I just arrived in Cedar City with my camper and some of my gear had shifted in the back of my truck, and I was unable to open the lock/latch into my topper where much of what I needed stored. He literally dropped everything and in about 15-20 minutes he was able to gain access where he then tuned up the locking system to avoid this problem in the future. If I could Kyle 10 stars I would. From top to bottom Kyle and Andy gave us the most thorough service imaginable. I had a tow hitch installed on my car and attached a small cargo carrier for a road trip. It became very evident very early into my trip that the carrier was too low to the ground and we had to find other options. We yelped St George Topper and gave them a call asking about a roof rack. Kyle sat with us in his office for hours going through options and finding out the quickest way to ship the parts so we could get back on the road. Truly a wonderful human being. I didn't think this type of service existed anymore. These guys were honest, very informative, and treated us like family. I can't express how much I appreciated the experience I had with purchasing my topper through Andy and Kyle. I live in las vegas and there are plenty of places I could have taken my business too, but I chose st George topper because of the customer service and the time Andy took to explain every little detail and price not only to me, but my wife as well when she later called to verify my info.
