My prior visit Doctor Patel had pulled three, and it was done before I knew it. In fact I made a smart-ass remark about him taking the easy ones first and he looked at me and said quote I am done unquote. I have nothing but price. Today's was painless. Dr. Patel is a badass. Your mama is a wonderful assistant who helps you relax. And Lee, walking into the room making wise ass comment, well that almost led to a disaster of me laughing my ass off while I had hands and tools in my mouth. It was great. I went for the first appointment, and they do not do a full exam; you must go back a few times for a full set of X-Rays. I was advised that I needed to have two teeth pulled, and implants were needed, which they do not do. Because of having dental insurance, they don't use Ryan White, and I would be charged excessive fees. It was a poor experience. read more

Honestly the dentist was horrible. Not only was my appointment at 2:30 and I got there at 2:15. I wasn't seen til 3:05 he stuck a mirror in my mouth and that was it. Cool over. Said he was sending the antibiotics to their pharmacy which is on site. This was at 3:20. I left to go get my son got back at 4:30. Still wasn't sent. They told me he was doing right then so wait 15mins. Waited til 5. Pharmacy lady didnt get it. So she was like over there. It's 5:20. When she comes back. Not only did he not send the antibiotics he left. They close at 6. So why would he leave. The nurses super nice thou. That dentist Dr. ASA is why I will never go back or refer anyone. read more

I waited 45 minutes for the front office (reception) person to verify my insurance. She was never able to and I was told I would have to pay the full fee or not be seen. Then when I tried to pay the fee I was told there wasn't enough time to be seen at all, as if the 45 minutes wasted was my fault. She told me I could come back in the morning as they had an 8am appt open. As if I didn't already schedule this appt according to my work schedule. It's not so easy to just get out of work last minute. I have used my insurance there before and was told it was fine when I called to schedule the appt in the first place. I could tell she was annoyed and I'll admit I began to cry due to the pain I was in and the toll my dental issue has taken on my health. I saw a light at the end of the tunnel going through St. Hope, or so I thought. I was just feeling over whelmed and all of a sudden I was back at square one. My becoming emotional upset her even more and she began to be rude. Her tone became very condescending as if I was just wasting her time. She said, "I told you we have an opening at 8 am tomorrow, do you want the appt?" As I mentioned, I had been to the Conroe location before and felt safe there, I felt as if they actually cared about me and my situation, that was not the case this time. It had been two years since I had been there and a lot had changed, especially the level of concern for the patients. She had zero concern for me and just wanted me out of the office. I went to the location in Conroe, Tx. I was appauled to find out they wanted to charge me $725.00 per Denture not a set $725.00 each for a basic Denture. That was quoted to me if you do not have Insurance. I know I looked at the workers and said what that can't be correct. I was shocked. Also they told me they did have a sliding scale but it did NOT apply to me apparently. When you make an appointment they tell you how they go by your income LISTEN UP THEY DIDN'T EVEN MENTION SLIDING SCALE. I couldn't get outta there fast enough. So go to Affordable Dentures $375.00 ea. so that is a no brainer. $375.00 for top Denture and $375.00 for bottom. read more

This place is the worst establishment for teeth I've ever been to! They used to be awesome until they changed their front desk receptionist for the dental side who is the EXACT OPPOSITE of friendly, helpful, considerate! She pretends to try to be helpful, but she doesn't even TRY to help you find solutions to your real life problems in regards to scheduling, etc. To top it off, there is only ONE dentist who works at the Conroe St. Hope dental location, and that dentist is only at the Conroe location ONE DAY a week (Thursdays), which makes it near impossible to see the dentist or get dental work done within any decent time frame. If you can afford to go somewhere else, which I can not, I highly suggest you go somewhere else. The St. Hope Greenspoint dental office is AWESOME, so if you can get them to see you over there, instead, I say do it!!! The front desk receptionist is friendly, as are the dental assistants and everyone else. Just stay away from the Conroe location, if you can afford to do so! read more

Veteran's Affairs set up appointment for mental health treatment, after waiting weeks for an appointment, I showed up to be denied services for something that they should have made me aware of. CEO requires all patients regardless of disabilities to wear a mask, when I explained my situation they still refused treatment. I offered suggestions for a work around, but they refused. Not a good place or a good people in my opinion. Who turns away a Disabled Veteran when the VA is paying you to treat him. One star is to good for these people. read more

This is Elmer Velasquez and I'm just doing a review for my records okay the only person there that is actually nice and willing to help and do that extra mile is Tony other than that that clinic it's a peace of shit unfortunately I don't have no choice to go anywhere else because my insurance refusing for me to go somewhere else because I live on a rural area psychologist sucks PCP is good but if you cannot get to her because of the way stuff or billing department works you cannot see you PCP I had a fire my psychologist because first of all she was 2 hours late then she wants to come on the phone with an attitude towards me I suffered for PTSD which I don't want to make no friends I have no family but I'm good with that but she wants to keep the pushing the issue that I should get up there and make friends and make people to be in my life what kind of psychologist is this instead of helping me it's making me more distressed so how to fire her then I had an appointments that they were just canceled out of the blues without even calling me letting me know hey something came up I'm very sorry we're going to have to cancel you up appointment and reschedule it or there is a problem with billing no they just cancel that appointment without any calling without any effort to let me know what's going on and then they expect me not to be mad like I told the front lady when I call her I say I hate getting upset because I suffer from PTSD and I saw her from anger management so I tried to stay calm but little things like that makes me upset I'm just writing this for my records at this point in my life I just feel like giving up on doctors get you s*** together If you're not able to keep up with your clientele then just let us know so we can go somewhere hopefully soon I will be getting a car so I can go somewhere else and just leave this alone cuz this clinic is a piece of s*** read more

I brought my fiancé here because he had no insurance. The therapist saw him for 5 minutes and prescribed him Zoloft. Now 2 months later he has killed himself. I disagree with the way this company deals with their patients in not asking about their background and dealing with their current feelings. Their interaction with new patients is not acceptable. I was seeing the dietician/ nutritionist Meghan at the St Hope location in Bellaire TX but scheduled the follow up appointment in Conroe due to distance. Meghan was nice and informative however both visits have been a huge headache. I'm talking about an hr wait just to verify insurance. That's not including time to be seen or the time it took to even book an appointment with her (1 month wait each time). Because she's a specialist I was told at booking the first appointment i would need a referral from my PCP. Went through a few days of back and forth hassle from my PCP communicating with St. Hope only to discover I DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL. My PCP confirmed with my insurance that because Meghan is listed as a provider with my insurance i did not need a referral. I had them confirm this before the appt and told ST HOPE. When i got there (Bellaire location) front desk requested referral in order to be seen. 1 hr later after contacting my PCP and insurance he got the reference #/referral code whatever he called it that he needed to plug in the computer in order for me to be seen that day. He apologized and said this should have been verified earlier prior to my visit especially being that they had a month to do so. Meghan was also apologetic. Come my second visit with her the same issue occurred. Only this time after 1 hr i decided to walk out and find a different clinic and dietician with less hassle and inconvenience. Its very unfortunate because i would have very much like to develop a good relationship with her and get my health on the right track. Your staff should have verified this information prior to my appt and or saved the referral/ reference number on file to prevent this from happening again. Front desk said she couldn't find any info in the system. She should have called the BELLAIRE location to get that info and verified with my insurance company. It shouldn't have taken an hour to do so either. Overall, bad experience and would not recommend. Sorry! read more

I would give it 5 stars for how fast you can get in for a Psychiatry appointment considering in Ohio you have to wait two months to get into a Psychologist go to them twice then be referred to a Psychiatrist and wait another two months. So it was shocking for an immediate appointment available. Usually isn't a long wait either so another plus. Dr. has a lifetime of experience. The only thing was getting meds from there is usually more expensive than going to another pharmacy using online coupons. Just found this out unfortunately. What you get there for $80.00 you can get anywhere with online coupon for $7.00. Could have saved me a lot of money and this being a clinic I feel I should have been told. Surely they are aware of those coupons for people without insurance. read more
