I went to the location in Conroe, Tx. I was appauled to find out they wanted to charge me $725.00 per Denture not a set $725.00 each for a basic Denture. That was quoted to me if you do not have Insurance. I know I looked at the workers and said what that can't be correct. I was shocked. Also they told me they did have a sliding scale but it did NOT apply to me apparently. When you make an appointment they tell you how they go by your income LISTEN UP THEY DIDN'T EVEN MENTION SLIDING SCALE. I couldn't get outta there fast enough. So go to Affordable Dentures $375.00 ea. so that is a no brainer. $375.00 for top Denture and $375.00 for bottom.

This is an upper partial, which is missing a tooth that broke off. St. Hope refused to fix it because it kept breaking.

More concerning was that my ability to receive care appeared to be influenced by my husband's account status rather than my individual medical needs. This raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient-centered care. Additionally, the billing practices were excessive and unexpected. Appointments routinely exceeded $550, and I was charged at a rate of approximately $175-350 per hour for every minute of time spent, similar to an attorney's billing structure. Because there is no support staff, any time spent outside of scheduled appointments--regardless of how brief--was also billed by the minute. This was not clearly communicated upfront and felt unreasonable given the already high cost per visit. Patients deserve transparent communication, ethical decision-making, and care based on medical need rather than financial considerations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this practice.

I appreciate Dr. Yelin's directness as well as how informed she is. I applaud her for her charging as it makes it clear that she values her own time as well as the time of the patients that have later appointments. I saw two other doctors in Houston specializing in women's hormones before finding Dr. Yelin. I feel far healthier and more balanced under Dr. Yelin's care than those prior two. I love that she allows visits by video conference after the initial visit and is very clear on what I am to do based on her analysis of my blood work. Thank you, Dr. Yelin!

We came to the Conroe Surgery Center because my husband was having cataract surgery here. Communication is sometimes over-the-top with the number of text messages I received regarding appointment time, forms to fill out and directions here. I'll let that slide, since things went a whole lot smoother since we had all paperwork done prior to even walking into the center, we knew exactly when to be here and clear directions were provided. We've been here twice in a two-week period, since cataract surgery requires that only one eye be done at a time. Both times, check in was a snap. Waiting area is comfortable - clean, nice chairs and it doesn't have a lingering odor of stale coffee (in fact, complimentary coffee is provided). My husband was called in within 10 minutes of us arriving. Incoming patients are staggered, so there is never a packed room or a huge line of people waiting to check in. Office staff was very nice. Hubby said the nurses here were also very good. All around, a good experience for both of us. Yeah, it's a drive from anywhere south of The Woodlands, but access is so easy off of I45. Also, if you have a procedure scheduled here and someone will be waiting to drive you home - bring a sweater or jacket. It is COLD inside. I learned my lesson after literally shivering the first time around, so the second time I was much more comfy with my sweatshirt on.

I started receiving statements from US Anesthesia Partners. Why? Memorial Conroe Surgery Center contracted out this anesthesia provider without notifying me -prior to my surgeries- that they were out of network. My sister arrived at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe on May 16, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM. As of May 17, 2026, at 3:33 PM, she has not received a single meal tray from the dietary department. This means she has gone more than 24 hours without being provided food, despite being an admitted patient under your care. I am deeply concerned, as this is not only inappropriate but also a violation of basic patient care standards. Hospitals are required to ensure timely nutrition, provide late trays for new admissions, and respond promptly when a patient has missed a scheduled meal. A delay of this length is neither normal nor acceptable. I am requesting the following: 1. Immediate investigation into why no dietary trays were delivered. 2. Confirmation that corrective action has been taken to ensure she receives meals without further delay. 3. Assurance that this issue will be addressed so that no other patient experiences this level of neglect. Please respond promptly, as this matter directly affects patient health and safety. Thank you for your immediate attention.
