Personally I have no problem with finding a parking space because of the location of the building I live in, however the rest of the neighbors on other buildings would complain a lot about it. Only complain I have is my dryer, I've called about 5 times in one month to get it fixed, they "fix" it and it works one time then break again. We'll see what they do about that. They have a fitness center, a swimming pool, car wash area, clubhouse and playground. Overall I would rate this a very good place to live in!

The staff is really friendly, and they are always helpful whenever we need them. I cannot say the same for dolben though, l don't find the company professional. They make false advertisement on their website; we don't have a rooftop, our courtyard is under construction since a while. The gym equipment is new and nice but was ready a few months later than we moved. Overall, the apartments are better in looks than they are in quality. To compare prices, the apartments are slightly bigger than the ones in Union Wharf (we have seen 1bedrooms) but the facilities are poorer. Also, they were open before things were ready (back garage door didn't have a lock for a few months (on our first week l got my brand new bike's seat stolen, recently they broke into some peoples cars etc.), our trash chute is broken since we moved and we are paying $25 monthly for trash, some courtyard flats were flooded after heavy rain ect.). Not to forget, parking isn't included.

When I mentioned it they made me feel stupid & said we were suppose to pay it. The 3D tours & photos online look a million times better than the actual apartments. Appliances are very outdated. You will get not only get a white refrigerator but a white dishwasher & microwave to match. The bright side is it's a nice shade of yellow from the God only knows how many tenants before me. Also I can't get this apartment clean for the life of me. Every time I mop the water & mop head is black. EVERY SINGLE TIME. There was some damage to the apartment when we moved in. We brought it up to the office almost 4 weeks ago. The maintenance man just came this week to fix the issues. You will have mice & Silverfish roommates that don't pay rent. The mice literally are in your walls scratching. Also the parking situation here is a nightmare if you have more than one car. Only one car gets a tag to park in the parking lot because there isn't enough spots. On street parking is a nightmare after 6pm. You will literally have to park 2 or 3 streets over.

Edward showed us about 7 apartments, almost weekly, and was extremely accommodating and patient with us each visit. Myrna in the leasing office was very helpful when we had questions. We finally decided on a really cool unit in a renovated mansion in Mount Washington and we couldn't be happier. The entire process from viewing rentals to communicating with Edward, Myrna and Leslie went smoothly and continued throughout the application and approval process. We moved in yesterday and they had cleaned and spruced up the place and left us a bag full of move in goodies with a welcome note. How nice! So far things have been ideal. I will update this review in 6 months to rate the place, management and maintenance but I expect it will still be five-stars if my first impression is any indication of how this company does business.

The registration, check-in, and monthly payments were all automated and easy to use and navigate. The space was cosy but roomy enough for two of us, and the place was fully furnished with an outfitted kitchen so we could easily cook any meal if we wanted to. I recommend Mt Vernon Flats for anyone needing a furnished place for a week or months.

I'm not even sure where I can begin this review because I have so many issues with 611. So, I've…read moredecided the best way to communicate all the ways this place screwed me and other residents over is in bullet point. Brittany, Sattie - eat your heart out. - Makes the rent look cheap for the area but with the massive utility fee not worth it. Utilities are supposed to be taken as a percentage of the full bill based on square footage. Which doesn't sound bad until your gone for a summer and are still paying $250 in addition to your $1300 rent. (My apartment was 455 sqft btw) - The building smells at all hours of urine and rotting trash. So much so that flies are attracted to the lobby. This is odd considering there should be maintenance people there all day. - The building consistently has animals urinating in the elevators and the only way it is handled in by sending a less than stern email saying to not let your animals do that followed by a febreez spray to clean the elevator. - Maintenance men overshare an egregious amount about their personal lives while they are in your home. I've heard comments like "Damn, Durran (our old maintenance man) really messed this up now when I take this cap off water is going to spray everywhere." and "Sattie is a very abrasive woman." Always a good sign when the maintenance men complain to you about their boss. - My sink backed up and flooded 5 times in the YEAR AND A HALF that I was a resident. The result was black water with food particles and grease which I had to full up buckets and flush down the toilet just to keep it all at bay while maintenance showed up. Contractors showed up to tell me that I "Needed to scrub good because that was sewer water." When I mentioned this to Sattie she said he was "being dramatic". The water damage was so bad that my downstairs neighbor told me her ceiling tiles fell down and ruined her couch. When I asked Brittany how "(redacted) was doing downstairs with her ceiling?", she replied, "The flood didn't effect anyone else in the building." - Sattie is the most manipulative property manager I have ever met. She not only bullies her residents when they come to her with an issue but speaks to them in the rudest tones and never actually fixes anything. When many of my personal belongings were ruined for the second time because of the sink, I was informed that I would not be reimbursed even though the issue was not my fault. And the insurance company wouldn't reimburse me because it didn't meet my deductible. - I came down with welts on my body from using the pool when the lifeguard stopped maintaining the pool levels. He also asked me "do you mind if I smoke a blunt?" The day later I had welts on my skin and the day after the pool was closed because it had turned green. - The front door of the building was replaced in January and it is open for a hilariously long amount of time in which anyone can follow you into the building. Between January 2025- April 2025 I saw the following: a homeless man sitting in the lobby screaming to himself, multiple nonresidents come inside the building, and was also stalked to my apartment. Do I really have to explain why I don't feel safe as a young woman? - On April 27th 2025 I came home late at night and found a man suspiciously lurking in the lobby. When I went upstairs in the elevator he followed me to my floor and loitered to see which apartment I went to. He then proceeded to ring not just mine but numerous residents' doorbells between the hours of 1am-8am (and yes he came back to ring mine again at 8am). When I called the front desk, I was told he had done this to numerous residents and that Brittany had "asked him to leave" to which I said "have the police been called because I thought I was going to get murdered" to which she said "oh he left before they could get here" No email alert was sent out to the community in response- obvi because it's Brittany and Sattie... - My floor neighbor had a situation where a man followed me again into the building and pounded on my neighbors door using force and body slammed the door multiple times intermittently between the hours of 10am-3pm. I called the police because it sounded like someone was breaking in and then was later questioned by the police. **He indeed break in and the man's dog was absolutely traumatized** You may be asking yourself "why does it seem like so many things go past the front desk? Where are the full time staff" well great question because no one is ever there. And they probably aren't because it smells like piss and trash. Living here for almost 3 months I can say I'm happy with my apartment, and the service I receive here . My apartment was clean and certain aspects of it was brand new which was a nice touch upon moving in. The building has an elevator, laundry, pool, fitness center and optional pay parking which makes life easier. It's also centrally located to restaurants,Museums, downtown, the inner harbor and the monument/ park. The monument is around the corner and is a great place to sit outside or walk the dog. What I like about the building besides the amenities is that it gets involved in the community and sometimes host fun festivities in the lobby for the holidays. 611 also keeps us posted on what's going on around the neighbor which is nice. I'm forever grateful to the staff. Brittany is such a gem and was helpful through the whole process from applying for the apartment to assisting onsite with any questions or concerns since I've been here. The staff including maintenance is usually available during business hours and responds quickly to request. Everything has been easy for me here and I appreciate that being new to town and all. I also want to mention I feel safe inside and outside the building which is often quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend 611 for the good location, nice apartment with amenities and friendly staff.
