Great flavors, very friendly staff. The soft ice cream is picked up at window on the left-hand side and hard ice cream you get from a store on the right side. Very expensive. $14 a pint. But everything on this island is expensive.

Scoops is a perineal favorite on our USVI vacations, with multiple visits during the week. It's a great way to cool off after an afternoon on the beach! The service is quick and they have all the favorite flavors.

This was SO GOOD. Idk what is going on with the texture of this icecream, but it's different than most icecream i've had - and i mean this in a good way. I can't describe it but it is super good. I got the vanilla bean bourbon flavor and it was insaaaane. Idk how they got the aftertaste to be such a subtle sweet flavor of bourbon, but it's so awesome. I'd definitely recommend.

Sooo good. You can smell the fresh waffle cones from a block away. Excellent service.

Yummy ice cream across the street from the visitor center - perfect for after a hike! Got the mint n chip and toasted coconut. Adult alcoholic flavors and vegan sorbets available too!

Not Bad, but Not impressed. Of course, there are people trying to take advantage of anything, potentially free. But seriously, they do not allow you to taste anything for free. So happens I personally almost never ask, but I was with my wife and two other adults, and at least one if not more wanted to try something, the girl nicely said I'm sorry, but we can't do that. Then it was the price, if anything, it was slightly pricey. But even worse, they among other places now charge 3% extra charge for using a credit card. I went to the St John market and purchased Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The tasted every bit as good, if not better than what this place has. Five dollars per small scoop, no AMEX allowed, but a 3% charge for a credit card, such as Visa or MasterCard Tight on allowing tasting but even tighter on the 3% credit charge. it's not terrible, but I'm in no rush to go there again

We went to STJ Scoops a couple times on our recent trip (Dec, '23 - Jan, '24). It's a great place. The variety of ice creams, both hard and soft serve, was impressive, and the "adult" flavors taste legitimately like what they say they are. Painkiller ice cream for me, please! STJ Scoops is located at the far east corner of Mongoose Junction. There's outdoor seating, if you want to stick around, which we did (1/3/24). It's great for couples like us, but it's PERFECT for families! We saw so many families there, probably after a full day on the beach, and what better way to finish your day on St. John than with some ice cream? Great service, too. Confession: One night, we went there BEFORE DINNER! Hey, it's vacation! On the island! Don't miss St. John Scoops!

The people are so nice and helpful. The girl helped us find a vegan restaurant close by. It'll be in my VI vegan collection. The sorbet is fabulous!! When you get the flavor you taste what you get! I got strawberries and mango and with every bite I tasted the fruit. And I got a brain freeze because I ate too fast. It was fun sitting outside enjoy the view and people watching.

A perfect place to come cool off at after sitting out in the sun all day. Get a fresh waffle cone and delicious flavors such as: Mint Chocolate Chip, Guava, Coconut Chocolate Chip, and even a Painkiller flavor that has alcohol in it. This place used to be only a walk up window, but now they have a full store front with candy, flavored popcorn, and merchandise like shirts and hats. Don't worry about making a mess with the waffle cones because the wild chickens that roam around there will pick up the crumbs for you!

The ice cream and waffle cones are so good. Refreshing on the hot days of summer here on the island.

Fresh waffle cones smell delicious. Sadly the ice cream tasted watered down. For the price I was expecting better quality.

A little tricky to find, don't pay attention to the location on Yelp, just look for Mongoose Junction and it's on the far end away from the city.
