Coffee was pretty good but service seems to be hit or miss. There were a ton of school kids who ordered before me & my husband. He got his drink in what seemed to be order or when he ordered & we sat & waited and waited on mine. A local came and got several coffees and they helped her & prepared them while I was sitting and waiting and my frozen drink was getting warm (this is outdoors). Eventually my husband went up and asked & they had completely forgotten about us and my drink was just sitting in the blender, if he hadn't said anything they probably wouldn't have realized until they made another frozen drink. I had the Delicious creamy Salty Seas hot latte. Had all the right ingredients. The crumb cake was moist and had NO nuts in the crumble which is perfect for me because I'm not a nut person. Grabbed a quick lunch at this cute spot in Red Hook. We needed a refreshing drink and both the frozen lemonade and the pineapple mango smoothie hit the spot. We shared a club sandwich which was piled with meat and a nice light sandwich before getting back to our beach activities. Lattes, etc. we had the 3 shot 20oz lattes, great to find a larger cup with that third shot! The coffee was really good. We didn't order any food (breakfast sandwiches, wraps), but all food we saw coming out looked good The staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. The Rasta Hummus Pita sandwich is delicious! The Sweet ting and the salty kiss coffee drinks are Starbucks worthy. The line can get long and the parking is challenging but coffee options on island are limited. This is located in red hook in the strip mall next to Bernie's Bar and below ITP (pizza place) It's pricey and they charge a fee for using your credit card so use cash if you can! read more

Such a cute little vibe tucked away beside the canal. It was a little hard to find- stay on the front of the second floor and go to the center of the building. This gem is located sort of in the breezeway. Plenty of seating, nice breeze. Really nice staff. read more

As always, a great coffee/breakfast stop. One of the few coffee shops on island, you can find a decent variety of coffee drinks from hot, iced, blended to teas and even cocktails. Open 6:00 am - 3:00 pm everyday, with hardly ever a long line, it's a must stop before any of your island adventures or starting a workday. We ordered iced oat milk lattes both of which were more coffee than milk, the espresso definitely had a strong almost fruity flavor (not for everyone) as well as a breakfast burrito (quite small but packed full and very delicious). We love stopping here when on St. Thomas and enjoying our lattes with views of paradise. read more

We visited Lattes in Paradise almost every day. Food and drinks were fantastic. Lattes, Mochas, Smoothies, and a wide variety of sandwiches made fresh. I like to try different drinks and the staff were friendly and happy to recommend options. There is seating with shade that overlooks catamarans, the water, palm trees and chirping birds. We went here a couple of times. The first time we had an excellent cappuccino. The second time it was terrible. You could tell the barista hated her job (or was having a bad day); so busy yelling at people instead of making coffee. Anyways, angry cappuccinos are never very good. Would give this place more stars if I could. This shop is located on the back side of the American Yacht Harbor. I had the iced Salty Seas and an Asiago bagel bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I had THE YUMMIEST turkey, egg, and cheese sandwich from here. They're a little pricey but SO worth it. I also got their mocha latte (100% needed for the crazy day ahead) and it was so good. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast - especially if you're about to take the ferry to St. John in the morning. They're a literal 5 minute walk from the terminal (if you park there) but they have limited parking in front as well. Also, they have the view of the piers which is nice so grab a table and enjoy your sandwiches overlooking the boats and water. Perfect place for a quick breakfast! We came here two mornings in a row before catching the ferry to St John's and it was a great pick. We tried the GF veggie quiche (the "crust" is potatoes), breakfast burrito, egg & cheese sandwich, and everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. All of the food was delicious. The egg & cheese sandwich came on a plain bagel and the egg patty was nice and thick. The veggie cream cheese had jalapeños which gave it a good kick. Their breakfast burritos come pre-rolled so we couldn't modify to order with no meat. Both days we got an iced latte with almond milk which was delicious. I love that they don't give out straws as the default & they have iced drink lids with a mouth hole so no need for a straw at all. They have a few tables outside right next to a dock so you can eat your breakfast in the island breeze. read more

You might even run into some chickens walking around trying to get some leftover bacon egg and cheese. They also have a beverage called the Starbucks which I did not order considering I love Starbucks and I felt personally targeted by that one LOL. I notice a lot of people ordering their iced lattes and the cashier The barista's alike are able to make beverages half sweet or customize the way you would likeTheir smoothies are made with fresh frozen fruit you can add Chia for a dollar or even protein if you're on a health kick. We also got their quiche one morning which was incredible the vegetable one had an incredible flavor even without the meat in the meat one was also great with some sausage both of them are gluten-free! I noticed that they have Puerto Rican kombucha which was fun to try and definitely tasted very gingery and raw. They have some rolled oats they make which may be my next go to!! We were staying the night in AYC and this coffee/breakfast was once of the highlights of our trip! Their coffee beats the instant we had onboard by a long shot, and they had a variety of fun specialty drinks (my parents got iced mocha lattes and loved them).
