We tried cookies and cream, dulce de leche, and rocky road. All were good, but our favorite was the cookies and cream. We also got a brownie and a piece of red velvet cake for later. The brownie was good, moist and chocolaty. The red velvet cake had been cut earlier in the day and was a bit dried out. The brownie was definitely better. Good ice cream and baked goods in Red Hook. Overall, this was a profoundly disappointing experience that I would not repeat. If you are looking for a good brownie here, save yourself the trouble. Especially for a small piece that costs $8, the value is insulting. The one I had was shockingly dry, hard, and almost completely tasteless--I needed a lot of water to wash it down. It tasted either heavily overcooked or like stale leftovers. The effort it took to dig a fork into it was absolutely not worth the regret of buying it. Beyond the brownie disaster, the service was only mildly acceptable, and the ambiance was nothing to rave about. Be aware that they have a $10 minimum for credit cards and only notify you of this rule when you are checking out, which is frustratingly inconvenient. The selection and options are not as expansive as places like Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone, but there is a solid selection of classic ice creams you can order, like Fudge Brownie, Cookie Dough, Pistachio, Moose Trail, to the ultra classic Chocolate and Vanilla. This place offers a waffle cone and waffle bowl to add a nice compliment to the ice cream. Delicious. The parking, depending on when you visit, could be challenging. However, there is more parking below. So while an ice cream shop that is surrounded by bars and late night restaurants, this ice cream shop really sort of stands out and blends in well because it also offers a nice selection of "adult" ice cream and milkshake beverages. Oh my Gawd! This was a gem hidden in the Island of beauty! The owner was so so soooo! Sweet, her service was outstanding and her shop has all the flavors you can find under the beautiful island sun. She was even so nice to accommodate my ice cream in my Marlin cup from Duffeys love shack. My boyfriend recommended this place and we're so happy we strolled in. We were looking for an ice cream spot after dinner and it's pretty limited as to what's open after a certain hour. This is located in Red Hook so it's difficult to find parking these days especially at night since it's hopping. Also, they tend to have less waffle cones available at night we were lucky we got the last two. There's a little corner bench area you can seat and eat your ice cream if it's available which in both instances of our visit, was. The spot is small, there's a chalkboard menu, some merch, they have vegan options as well as ice cream bars Jen a mini fridge and also rum cake thats homemade and runs out early as well. They don't have a huge number of ice cream selections but a good amount for sure. I think we got a fudge brownie, oreo and birthday cake within our group. There's also an option to make the ice cream boozy or as a shake. They had some basic toppings too. The owners seemed nice and friendly, not super authentic and somewhat rushed but nothing out of the ordinary I think they just get a lot of foot traffic. It's a very California feel in there with surfboards and decor. The prices definitely seemed steep too, a one scoop with toppings, a two scoop with toppings and a two scoop with booze was $35. And the following visit was two one scoops with toppings, a three scoop with toppings, two scoop, a slice of ice cream and two pints of vegan that was about $56. All in all, the ice creams good and the homemade waffle cones are as well. Looking forward to trying out some rum cake next visit! read more

I will start this by saying, I am not a big milkshake person, ice cream, yes, but I usually do not order milkshakes. However, seeing they had boozy milkshakes, I definitely had to have one! I had the "Walk the Plank" milkshake, which included vanilla ice cream, banana, & rum. Oh my goodness, it was SO GOOD! Delicious banana flavor, pretty strong on the alcohol, but not overpowering. It was so great with the hot island weather & I couldn't stop drinking it! My husband had the "Scallywag" milkshake, which was strawberry ice cream, vodka, & Godiva. It was great as well, but nowhere near as good as my banana! Of course, it is all a matter of your personal preference. For those who don't drink, they also have Virgin shakes, plain ice cream, waffle cones or bowls, & smoothies. I would never normally spend almost $30 on two milkshakes, but these were definitely worth it! If we are ever back in St. Thomas, we will definitely stop in for another boozy milkshake! read more

Stopped in into check this place out although on some other sites, this place gets some poor reviews. 4 of us walked in and I had forgot my mask. The owner turned and said "put a mask on or leave". I almost always had my mask as I travelled thru St. Thomas. It is a strict rule. I reached in my pocket to get the mask and he said some other rude comments. I told him "Hey you can ask nicely..... it doesn't cost anything". He then said "I need to learn to read" This guy has the worst attitude of and owner I have seen. I own 3 pizza places in Cincinnati. I would never talk to my customers like that! He lost 4 customers that night. He knows he has mostly a transient clientele, so I think he believes he can treat people poorly. which he does! I would put no star if it were available. They only allow 1 sampling per customer. They're so strict about their rule that even when my boyfriend asked for a sample, the Caucasian owner went and denied us because I had already asked for one.
