I was disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate their kindness. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist who performed my deep cleaning was not positive. The procedure felt very rushed. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m., and I was out by 4:24 p.m. During the cleaning, the dentist was rough, seemed impatient, and wasn't very friendly. At one point, I almost choked on my own saliva because I didn't feel like enough attention was being given to my comfort. I also felt significant pain while my bottom teeth were being cleaned. When the appointment was over, I wasn't given any gauze or aftercare supplies. By the time I reached my car, I had to spit out a mouthful of blood, which was upsetting and unexpected. Another thing that disappointed me was that my polishing wasn't scheduled until September, even though my deep cleaning was completed on July 28. During my previous visit to this office, I had a completely different experience. That dentist was professional, gentle, informative, and completed my cleaning and polishing in one visit. I left feeling well cared for. Based on this recent experience, I don't feel comfortable returning to this provider for future dental work. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. As a concerned parent, I am extremely disappointed with the way my daughter's appointments were handled. I brought her to this location not once, but twice, and both times her appointment was delayed by three hours. Making families wait that long, especially with a child, is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the security staff was rude and was making unnecessary side comments instead of treating patients and their families with respect. No parent should have to deal with that while trying to get care for their child. Juan's handling of the situation was unprofessional, and I believe this location needs to seriously address these issues. Families deserve timely care, respectful treatment, and better customer service than what we experienced. Unprofessional, cruel treatment of a 93 year old patient. I took my 93 year old father to Western Dental in Compton because his dentures broke and he cannot eat properly. The staff told us they needed to resubmit the insurance paperwork, which was causing a delay. I took my dad on 4/1/2026 and is now July 9, 2026 and didn't hear from western dental. When we asked Juan the manager for clarification and advocated for my father's urgent medical need, the Office Manager Juan, became hostile and kicked us out of the office. Forcing a vulnerable, 93 year old patient out of a clinic instead of helping them resolve an insurance delay is patient abandonment and completely unacceptable. Then Juan proceeded to say my dad needed to get X-rays done. Which we were not aware and Juan said it's our responsibility to follow up, which we went to their office a few times and they kept saying it was an insurance resubmission they needed to do. The office lacks basic empathy, professionalism, and care for seniors. Avoid this location at all cost. We are filing formal reports with corporate and the Dental Board of California. If I could give zero stars I would! Juan the "manager escalated the situation and kicked us out. Turning away a 93 year old patient in need of urgent dental care is shameful and unprofessional. Quality of Service is poor. Customer service is horrible. I honestly think they are billing for work they are not doing. The office staff is horrible. They told me to come in early to fill out paperwork which I did and then they came back and said oh we don't have you with an appointment but yet they tell me to come in to fill out paperwork . And then after completing the paperwork I sat and waited for over an hour and then they didn't know what the hell I was there for but yet I made an appointment and stated with my issues were . After getting my x-rays and then having a dentist to come tell me what he thinks the problem is they did nothing I sat and waited and then finally they came and saw me and tell me what I needed and then said they will send somebody into the room to give me a consultation or the schedule a consultation for braces again I waited an extended amount of time and they never came back. I left out went to go sit in my car and called the office only to be told they are at lunch . So apparently they must have forgot that I was sitting in a room waiting for them . A complete waste of my time and lack of time management at this location. Let me start off by saying I should've known something was up because I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 pm. They called me earlier today to say my appointment was at 3:15 pm and I told the lady on the phone and that it was actually for 2 pm. She said "okay just show up at 2 then". Okay? I show up at 1:55 and they tell me to take a seat. 2 others for the same time show up and they were called in within 10 minutes or so. I figured I was soon to be called but I was wrong. Called me in around 2:30ish just to tell me if I wanted to see the ortho first while I wait (I had an appointment with them at 3 pm). Even then, they had me sitting there for 15 minutes until someone came to inspect my teeth alignment and later provide me a price for braces. I go back outside to wait and by 3:05, I get up to tell Ivette that I've been watching people come and go for their appointments in a timely manner and asked when I'll be called in since it's been over an hour. She said everyone is here for different treatments and I'm a new patient. Okay?? Certain treatments/returning clients get first pick? She said she'll check what the reason for the wait is and at 3:20, I'm finally called in. I get my x-rays done which took about 10 minutes and they sit me down to wait for my cleaning. At 3:55, a gentlemen comes and inspects me for cavities for about a minute or so and says I'm good and to sit tight for my cleaning. 4:05 comes and an older white lady in glasses comes in to tell the hygienist is not in office today. She proceeds to give me some paper ad to purchase some gel thing to help with cleaning my teeth at home for the price of $1095. She asked when I would like to come back for an actual cleaning and I said I won't be returning because I waited over two hours without being told the hygienist wasn't there to do my cleaning and waited for absolutely nothing. This disrespectful lady had the audacity to say "no we got your X-rays done" AND FOR WHAT?? She didn't even bother to at least apologize or acknowledge the lack of consideration for my time. She just said "if you don't want to come back, then have a good day" with a twisted facial expression and walks away. And she was wearing a mask so the fact that I could even see it through the mask says a lot. I walked 20 minutes there too because my car broke down and needed to see a mechanic before they close at 4 pm and now I can't. The worst place to go for dental care. read more

The so called doctor was fixated on telling me I need 2 root canals, and god knows what else. Before I left I asked again about my wisdom tooth, and the answer I got???.. There is poor communication between all the employees as there is no system set in place as who is next, who is still waiting, etc. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and was not seen until 5:30pm. This is the worst place ever, I had some work done here that was bad, some denture's they took the impressions Then went back had two teeth pulled that was awful, the took the denture place in my mouth 2 minutes after never ask how they looked did they fill ok or nothing and place the bottom in a bag and gave them to me without anything. When I got home the dentures did not even fit. I had a good visit today. In anticipation of my appointment for my cleaning and my one cavity, I have canceled three times lol today I decided to just go in and get it over with before it gets worse. My dear people everyone is afraid of the dentist, but if you have a good dentist, or a good office, you go get it done. No matter your fear of dentistry. I have seen my new doctor probably 3×times and I rescheduled each time. I was wondering who is going to work on my teeth lol and behold I went in today and I saw this young doctor. He had Achilles so he was wearing a boot on his leg, well, he was determined to do his job, so he was there. He has good work ethics from what I see. He came in the room not shortly after I was called and he gave me anesthesia for the shot to numb my mouth and I swear he was so precise and so easy going with this needle and with the medicine I said that one shot is just not going to make it. I possibly am going to need more shots for this cavity. But this young man looks to be about 24 years old he just knew what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. I cannot believe it, my former doctor whom I love Dr. Molette is awesome this dude is following in his footsteps, and he probably hasn't even met him. He put the medicine right where I needed to be. It was so crazy, I am a crazy patient, meaning, I have jumped at a doctor. I have grabbed a doctors hand very strongly many times, so he could stop because it was painful lol, this doctor went right at it. I did not flinch I did not feel a twig of pain. Now let's see how the next phase goes with my teeth but for this visit, I laughed and said thank you Dr. Frankenstein you did it I am still alive lol and I didn't even catch his name but he's there and he's a good doctor just to say he's the youngest doctor you'll see when you get there lol, good job Doc...! Now I know I talk very dramatic, but this is how I feel I like my outcomes of a doctors visit to be a good one, so there you have it. read more
