I had a very frustrating experience at Happy Teeth. My appointment was originally scheduled for 9:00 AM, then moved to 10:00 AM. As I was arriving, I was then told there would be another 45-minute delay. In reality, my son was not seen until 12:17 PM. He will be having work done for an additional 1.5 hour which we know but imagine he's been fasting this long. So inconsiderate when they are suppose to focus on children. The repeated delays and lack of clear communication were unacceptable. While I understand that offices can run behind, this level of delay--especially after multiple schedule changes--shows poor planning and overbooking. When you're paying $1,250 for a service, there should be basic respect for patients' time and better organization. My child had also been fasting, which made the long wait even more difficult. There was very little urgency or acknowledgment of how significantly behind schedule everything was. We were given a Starbucks gift card while waiting in the lobby, along with several other parents. It felt like a routine gesture rather than a sincere apology for the delay. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this office based on our visit. It's a bit of a hit/miss depending on which dentist you get. Some recommend lots of work (fillings) while others say it's ok to monitor. I don't think we've ever gotten the same dentist more than twice. They treat the kids well and my kids are always excited to pick a toy afterwards, though their toy selection could be better both in quantity (options) and quality; we always end up throwing it away after a month or so when it breaks. It can get pretty busy with longer waits in the afternoon. We usually try to do a morning appointment. read more

I have been coming to this Dental office since about 2019 for my son initially. We were refer to later on get braces which was a blessing for my son. Everyone loves his smile. Then when my girls were old enough I too took them here. The facility is alway clean with friendly staff. They provide excellent service when it comes to dental cleaning, what recommendations are needed to maintain a healthy oral hygiene as well as concerns that arise. I have three children so I've been through palatal expanders, braces, and fillings. They too also offer financing which has helped out. I would highly recommend. Side note: the kids also like the small gift they get towards the end of the service. They look forward to looking through the toys. read more

I have been coming here for about 17 years for all 5 of my kids. I love Dr Hamze. She is really nice and has done lots of fillings on my children over the years. All the hygienists are so sweet and patient with our kids, especially my daughter who struggled for years at the dentist. The office is absolutely adorable and very inviting for all the children. Hot air balloons everywhere, murals and tv screens in the waiting room and exam rooms. They also gives stickers and prizes to the kids which they love getting at the end.
