Dr. Eaddy is the worst Dr. ever. His assistant (Linda?) is a joke, she would not return calls…read more Stay far away. He just tried to push spine stimulator surgery on me. When I said I didn't want it right now, he was not interested in helping me anymore. He ordered a pre test CT scan I tried to get disc to them as requested. In an email they said to bring at next appt. I told them we never set one up. They said they emailed me, they never did (not in spam). Also, never told me result of scan (assuming they even looked at written online). However, they still wanted to schedule surgery. Couldn't get them to call back. After leaving messages telling them I was not interested at this time, they had spine stimulator manufacturer call me twice. See something wrong with this? Also, always had trouble getting them to renew scripts. The latest renewal they just denied with pharmacy without calling me back to tell me after leaving message. I became aware of denial on pharmacy web site. Pathetic!!

This fellow bills himself as a triple board certified Pain Management and Addiction Medicine…read moreSpecialist. He had me on kept a benzodiazepine and upped my previous pain medication from a previous Dr, MSContin to Methadone, for 5 years. During that time he never once found any indication from extensive DNA, Blood or urine tests that I ever had anything but what he prescribed and used my medication in a manner other than what he prescribed, nor did he find anything else in my system. Well a burglar came in and stole as much of my medication as he could find, but knowing that my appearance would suggest to some junky that I might have something he\she wanted, I had broken my prescriptions up in a fashion that insured I would not be left high and dry should that ever happen. That enabled me to make it in to my next appointment where I informed him of the robbery but that I would be able to make it to my next refill date without requesting early refills. The $3000 a month drug screening he ran every month showed that I indeed was telling the truth. His reaction was to Baker Act me and then dump me into the streets, and yet he continued to assert that he was still my pain management physician long after I fired him, giving written and verbal notice. Unable to get another physicians help, i suffered a seizure which resulted in a brain injury, and extensive hospitalization. Yelp does not list his clinic, Nextstep, and I'm guessing he is flying under a new name due to the large number of people he has mistreated. In the meantime, his office at Fl Coastal Spine and Pain has begun sending me bills for many years ago, claiming they were unpaid. This is utter nonsense as you are not allowed to see the Dr unless your balance is fully paid. It doesn't matter if your insurance did not pay for it, you must pay that amount up front then and there. They know they have you in a desparate situation once they get you on that stuff. The insurance paid after I paid, and I never got my money back, nor have I recovered from the damage this guy did. I am now friends with others that he did similar things to.

"Ketamine Infusions; The Best Treatment I Have Ever Received for Pain."…read more ** NOTE ** I waited for over 3 weeks from my last infusion before I wrote and posted this review. I did that because I wanted to see if the results that I received would last; and they have. "God is Good!" "Pain; I Was in Pain!" The pain had gotten so bad, and I was living such a very low quality of life, I felt like I wasn't going to be able to go much further. The Pain I was suffering; Fibromyalgia (burning, muscle, sensitivity to touch, tender point pain etc.) Neuropathy (burning pain etc.), Anxiety, Depression, and Blepharospasm; and all kinds of different pain that goes along with all of the above. I was so desperate that I cried out to God for help. Looking for His help, I actually laid on our living room floor and I listened to the Bible being taught on the radio, for hours and hours each day, for well over a year. I listened, I cried, and I prayed! It was doing that that gave me hope once again. By God's Grace, I received a referral to, North Florida Regional Pain Management, to see Dr. Manohar. I believe that God sending to see Dr. Manohar is what saved my life! On my very first visit with Dr. Manohar, I was in so much pain that I was actually crying. I was so upset, I could barely get it out to him how badly I was suffering. I don't remember a lot about that first appointment, but here's what I do remember! When Dr. Manohar came into the room that day, where I was waiting, he introduced himself then he sat down and he listened. I was shocked! The fact that I felt like he actually cared is the reason why I went back to him. Over time, with different medications and supplements, Dr. Manohar was able to help me. He was able to get my overall pain level down from a level 8 to a level 5, on the 1 to 10 Pain Scale; and I was so thankful! And most recently, Dr. Manohar treated me using Ketamine. The treatment included 6 Ketamine Infusions, 2 per week for 3 weeks, and it has been by far the absolute best treatment that I have ever received for pain. ** THE RESULTS ** Fibromyalgia Pain: Overall pain is so much better. Muscle Pain: Went from a level 5 to a level 2 Sensitivity to Touch Pain: Has completely disappeared Tender Point Pain: Went from a level 5 to a level 2 Depression: Has been greatly reduced Anxiety: Has greatly been reduced. Neuropathy: Went from a level 5 to a level 2; "this pain almost killed me!" ** THE MOST UNEXPECTED RESULT ** Blepharospasm: The downward pressure on my forehead, and my eyelids, eased up and my eyes actually opened. This was the biggest surprise for me! I thought that nothing but Botox Injections would ever help me with my closing eye condition. Dr. Manohar is intelligent, and thorough, and he has shown me with each and every appointment that he cares and he wants to help me. And as busy as he is, never once has he ever made me feel like he's rushing when he's been in the room with me. He explains things well, including his treatment plan for me, and he has always taken time to answer each and every question that I have ever had for him concerning my care. And Dr. Manohar's staff! They are polite, professional, and they are always on their game. Meaning! They see to it that each and every patient is taken care of while they are there for their appointment, they work with Dr. Manohar (assisting him) while he's working with patients, and they do all of that, and so much more, proficiently. Watching Dr. Manohar and his Staff work together, like they've actually practiced it, has made a world of difference for me when I've been there and in pain. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend Dr. Manohar, and his staff, at Florida Regional Pain Management, to anyone who is suffering with pain. To say that I have been blessed, for all that they have done for me, is an understatement; I am so very thankful. I'm hoping that you also find pain relief soon; "God Bless!"

He flustered my husband who was fresh from his 4th surgery on his back. He assumed that my husband was an addict. He never even asked about the pain. He did how ever take a tongue depressor and broke it to a sharp point and proceeded to poke all the scars on his back. My husband could not flinch because he was in such pain from the "doctors" assessment. My husband was only trying to get established with pain management because of his chronic pain that will never go away. The "doctor" also said he was on pain meds too long and he was going to go through withdrawals. But he did not check when they were filled the last time which was 4 months ago. The Botox filled lips of the "pa" was in the room just to show her judgement. I suggest anyone who looks to be helped by these people you need to look elsewhere.
