Chairs in yhe large waiting area are large, sturdy and have arms to help in getting up and down. There is a wall-mounted TV and bathroom available in this area. I can't recall many names but during my most recent CT Chest scan, my Tech Ernie was very kind and made sure I was comfortable and had a full explanation before preceding. My safety and comfort were important to him and this made for a calm and much less stressful experience.

The facility itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The waiting area, although small, is comfortable for the short wait and chatting with others made the time pass quickly. At the time of the MRI the technologist performing the procedure not only was knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient. She explained everything and then took the time to look into my chart to answer a specific question. Overall, it was the staffs kindness, expertise and reassurance made a significant difference for me since I was anxious about the MRI. They truly set a high standard for patient care and service. She was very patient with my 88 year old mom who was having back pain. She made my mother feel comfortable and treated her with genuine care. Effective communication and coordination between providers are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately this facility fell short in that regard. I decided to come in in person to try and make an appointment and the woman at the front desk said they didn't currently have a technician at this location. I asked to schedule an appointment and she actually said "I just told you we don't have anyone so who you scheduling an appointment with?" and rolled her eyes at me. I was actually shocked because I had never been spoken to like that in a professional medical office before. I explained that I meant to make an appointment for when they did have someone working, thinking there was a miscommunication and she replied "And how would I know when that will be?" Typically I would ask for a referral somewhere else but I just left. I was actually shaken when I got to my car and called my doctors office from the parking lot. They were able to locate another office an hour away and I drove there instead. They continued to give me referrals here for imaging work over the years because it was the closest place and a few years ago was the first time I was actually able to get through on the phone to someone to make an appointment. I scheduled a mammogram and I was anxious coming in that day because of the way I had been treated previously. The same woman was behind the counter and she checked me in but the technician that did my exam was great. She was fast and efficient and when the lady from the front desk actually banged on the door while I was topless and in the middle of getting my imaging done to ask her something, the technician was very blunt with her and apologized to me for how unprofessional that was. I got my results on time and I was really hoping things would continue that way. I was torn on the rating to give in my review because the staff here that are rude and unhelpful and just never answer the phone deserve a 0 but the technician was 5 stars all that way. Last year I got another referral for a mammogram and I called for weeks, every day with no answer. Well, technically an answering service picks up and puts you on hold to connect you to the office but after waiting 30 or 40 minutes I would always disconnect. I eventually explained to the woman transferring me that no one ever picks up but she stated she was not on site and could not do anything about that. I even spoke with a manger. About a month later I had an OBGYN appointment and told them I couldn't get ahold of anyone and asked if they could help. The office staff said they were ALSO on hold for my entire visit and could not get an answer. They said I would have to go in person, so I just skipped my appointment altogether. This year I needed a CT and to my amazement, someone friendly answered right away, made me an appointment for the following week and I was in and out of my appointment in 20 minutes with a fast, competent technician. However when I called a few weeks later for a different appointment, thinking things were looking up, it was difficult to get an answer and when I did they said I would have to drive to another town for my imaging. It has been a rollercoaster with this location. Some very VERY bad interactions and a few good so know that you are rolling the dice coming here and that you could have a good experience or a terrible one. My best advice is that if you call and have a ridiculous wait time or can't get ahold of someone, don't keep trying. Just ask your doctor to be referred somewhere else and make the drive because it will be worth it in the end.

I have been plagued by chronic lower & upper intestinal and internal organ pain for @least 7 years now....... & ............ Counting, unfortunately, and that has gone undiagnosed for just as long if not longer in all truthfulness... Today's visit, is all about, confirming whether or not, there is a "Paraesophageal Hernia present in my body". My future surgeon, Dr. Antonio Coirin, MD, whom my Mother & I met earlier in this week, informed me that I did NOT have this type of Hernia, but that he'd like to have just one more diagnostic done and that was a "FLUOROSCOPY & ESOPHAGRAM", performed, outside of his office..... (Clear copy of the actual procedural Doctors order for Precision Imaging downloaded to this Yelp! review. Good News, is that they scheduled it for the very next day however, Mom & I were so exhausted from the round-trip commute to the office, and the disappointing medical news received, because, we don't reside in Modesto and the reality of the situation (was sinking in for us both) which was looking rather grim at least............................................ A little detour here now... I have photo's uploaded to this Yelp! review detailing all that I am journaling here... It just feels more complete & explanatory to me........................... This office is expansive! There are multiple long hallways that were clean and professional as was the flooring in ALL areas of this medical professional office. Nice, attractive & soothing is their choice of coloring on the walls of the hallways; welcoming ..... There is "pride" in ownership, here, and it is welcoming once you get past the "eager" ladies at the front desk............... Changing Rooms for the females (sign on the door lists it as a female-only room. As I was mentioning, this changing room where you may or may not need to remove clothing and don a gown. I had to loose the clothing but was able to keep my shoes and socks on; everything else; had to go. I'd rather keep all my clothing on but understand with "radiological procedures", the need to have ZERO metallic and/or cumbersome items not be copesetic with the diagnostics that are ordered. If your a tad-on-the-cool-side, as in body temperature you may consider wearing some heavy sock and heavy underwear. I wasn't frozen, but I was a bit chilled once the procedures began................................................. So if a male patient is looking for services here you may want to reach out to the office by phone & inquire as to that. In the end, I drank a total of 4 large containers of barium in-order to complete the Esophagram (Defined by the National Cancer Instituge (.gov) as: (ee-SAH-fuh-gram) A series of x-ray pictures of the esophagus taken after a patient drinks a liquid containing barium sulfate (a form of the silver-white metallic element barium). The barium sulfate coats and outlines the inner wall of the esophagus so that it can be seen on the x-ray pictures. & Fluoroscopy (Defined by the CDC, Centers of Disease Control, U.S.A. is: "Fluoroscopy is a medical procedure that makes a real-time video of the movements inside a part of the body by passing x-rays through the body over a period of time. X-rays are a form of ionizing radiation." So far so good as today it's now 24 hours after-the-fact and besides having pretty painful cramping, diarrhea & lower bowel pain, I feel just fine. I'm being serious, I do ;)....... The parking lot is very spacious with enough empty slots for parking. We are both disabled; me and my Mother, but we didn't see many Disability Parking Slots around. That was disappointing..... I am planning on refreshing with updates this Yelp! Business Review since we have 5-weeks of DAILY Radiation to prepare for & execute to completion..... I visited on a Tuesday at 11AM and there were only two other patients waiting in the lobby. The lobby as fairly large with plenty of seating. I visited the front counter and told the receptionist about my referral. After locating my information in their system, she gave me a couple forms to fill out. She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Once the forms were completed, I waited approximately ten minutes before I was called back by the X-Ray technician. The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.
