But unfortunately the experience was so awful especially that we know how it is in the public school since we switched from there. I will try to be objective sharing those tips with parents who are considering joining Miraj Islamic school. Well, The ugly truth is that decision makers at the school are bringing so many negative cultural impacts which many of us decided to leave those countries to stay away from those negative actions and behavior. Actually, they do not prepare the kids to participate with a discipline and working hard spirit as the public school does, Not at all. -The school has the lowest working days in the city. They always have half days with early dismiss. They are not even respecting the parents mentality and give a false, non reasonable excuses. Like after the state test. They have a whole week after the ELA for half day and they justified marking the exam is the reason which is not sense. But they have the culture of conduction false information to the parents to go home earlier and never mind the education process and how this might affect the kids and make them behind. Another 3 days after the math exam half days as well. All days in Ramdan with early dismiss. Every month has 2 to 3 days half days. *They are transferring the negative culture of being lazy and less productive as soon as you have the chance to be. They make use of Ramadan to minimize their working hours compromising the quality of the education, teaching the kids to be passive member during Ramadan and teach them to give up the education and be behind other kids. They don not encourage the open doors culture. They are still in the closed doors Era. They send you that if your kid have an issue you have to go through many doors before meeting the principal because the principal does not have an open door culture. On the other hand in public school encourage the open door culture and you can request to meet the principal any time and she reaches you out. Although the fact that its a private school and has less numbers of the students *It was very depressing the way they underestimate the parents mentality and convenience. The school administration does not consider the parents convenience and job conditions to secure their fees . Again not at all. They just consider how to have less working hours, compromising the education quality and the parents convenience. They never mind the parents to leave their jobs early as frequent as they want and they never care any consequences for their decision and how it might affect the parents. The school administration will make you regret the decision of joining this school more than imagine The school still have some good teachers, there are a community leader with a good reputation but it seems he is not involved in the decision making process. The founder sounds a nice person but it seems that he doesn't really lead the decisions. But if he put at the wrong people's hand it is still his responsibility . There are no transparency at this school and up to this time I don know who lead those bad decision. I am opened for any questions and looking forward to find some suggestion for a better school

This place is more than a place for my kid to spend a day while we are at work. Maria's teaching…read moremethod and her ideas are just amazing. She will have lessons on human anatomy and 3yr olds can sit though and actually learn. It is so great to know my son is not only safely having fun but is becoming a well rounded kid. Lessons, story times, playtimes, yoga, meditation are just some of th things she does with the kids and kids enjoy so much. I can't imagine a better place for my kid.

There are so many great things too say about how she has raised our daughter. She puts so much effort into raising all her children, from caring for them like her own to her daily routines and her great home cooking. our daughter would come home each day and we would notice all the different knowledge she has gained from her days at mindful nest and she would always come home well fed. Marias one of the nicest people I ever met and distills that same attitude and morality into her children. She is like a second mom to our daughter. Theres no way to ease that feeling of dropping your baby off to someone for the first time. But rest assured your child will be in good hands at mindful nest. Hands down one of the best daycares around the neighborhood.
