Arrived to the airport early and had some time to kill, so I decided to have lunch here. It wasn't…read moreoverly busy, so I was able to get a table which was located in an open area that overlooked the concourse/terminal. My waitress (Renee) immediately greeted me, she was friendly & professional and offered to take my drink order, since I was ready, she took my order, fish & chips which comes with a cup of coleslaw. The food arrived fairly quickly and I was impressed at the size of the meal. A large fillet perfectly fried and crispy. The fries were ok, but they do offer malt vinegar on the side and a the tartar sauce was good. The place definitely has that old English pub feel and appeared to be clean and orderly. I would definitely dine here again, when flying in or out of Cleveland Hopkins.

The sandwiches ($21) came with pub chips which I was good with. My husband wanted fries instead so he paid $3 more for fries. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese or aioli/mayo. I did ask for honey mustard instead and was charged $1.00 for a tiny cup of it. But did they take some money off for the removal of cheese or aioli?? The sandwich itself was good but it was on the smaller side. I can never finish a whole sandwich but I finished this one. Service was good for an airport restaurant. We did try to find a table with outlets to charge our phones and they didn't have any.

We have been coming to Brew Kettle for years since we live in the area, and honestly we love…read moreeverything on the menu. We've never had a bad experience, so I finally decided it was time to leave a review. One of my family's favorite appetizers is the fried green beans, we order them almost every visit. My youngest son always gets the poutine topped with Wisconsin white cheese curds, house smoked brisket, savory brown gravy, and scallions. It's one of his absolute favorites. This past visit I wasn't very hungry, so I decided to try the special lasagna soup and it was excellent. It genuinely tasted just like lasagna in soup form and was perfect comfort food. My oldest son ordered the Smokehouse Pulled Pork sandwich with hickory smoked pulled pork, house BBQ sauce, pickles, and served on a challah bun with fries and house slaw. My husband went with the chef's special smash burger, which he really enjoyed as well. The food is consistently good, portions are generous, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Definitely one of our go-to spots in the area.

I ordered spinach artichoke dip to go - not sure why they don't you an actual bowl/cup to put the…read moredip in?The dip was literally in a makeshift foil bowl, and was sooo difficult to eat! I'm sure it saves them a LITTLE bit of money to not order paper/cardboard bowls, but at the same time - the dip is $13! If I'm ordering it to go it should be in a bowl that is easier (and less messy) to dip the bread in. The bread is also supposed to be "grilled ciabatta" - my bread was definitely not grilled. Why not serve this dip with the same chips that are served with the buffalo dip? As a former hostess, I was also disappointed with my pickup experience. The restaurant was EMPTY (it was lunch time), there was no one at the host stand so I went to the bar to ask the bartender about my order. She asked me to wait for the hostess to clean off a table. Once again, it was COMPLETELY empty, no patron was waiting for this table to be cleaned off - but I AM here! And still, I had to wait for her to clean a table for no guests in an empty restaurant, instead of tending to me, the customer who was physically there. I have to get back to work, that's why I ordered to go, what the hell? Guests that are physically there should come first, even if my order is to go. Get it together Brew Kettle.
