hello I visited Razzle's lastnight which was a Thursday night. I went with my wife and a buddy and his gf we all ordered different things my buddy's gf got a appetizer platter my buddy had gotten the chicken wrap my wife got a personal pizza and I got 12 wings my wife's personal pizza looked good until you flipped it over and the crust was completely black I'm not trying to exaggerate this bottom of her pizza was BURNT. My wings were fine I wasn't the biggest fans of their medium sauce tasted like ketchup. don't recommend this place read more

We were there for a private event, on a Sunday evening. We had a room to ourselves, and the one server assigned to our group, Nicole, did an outstanding job of taking care of everyone as quickly as possible. She was a real trouper! I had the appetizer sampler plate, and I loved everything on it. Often on some of those, there's some thing I don't like that I have to pass off to my husband. But this time, it was all mine! Yum! Their bar was a little limited - I usually drink Manhattans, but they didn't have all the ingredients - so I had Jack and Coke all night, and it was made well and reasonably priced. The decor is vintage, and a lot of fun. I especially liked the Sinclair gas pump, the Big Boy statue, and the old-time gas station signs that doubled as lights at each table. They even had the back half of an pink Thunderbird on display, with a Music 2 license plate that applied perfectly to our event, a sendoff party for a barbershop quartet that was going to be in an international competition the following week. read more

This is a really cool place with the volleyball courts, the fake palm trees (giving it a tropical/beachy vibe), and the background music. I enjoyed that aspect. However, when you're sitting outside to watch the players on the court, the service doesn't really acknowledge you or waits on you and I thought that part sucked. Typical sports bar. We are new to the area and wanted to try to find someplace to watch games and chill. We ordered a bunch of stuff. Brussel Sprouts - good. The siracha bourbon glaze made my husband order the siracha burger. Tater Barrels - yum Siracha burger and onion rings - hubs said burger was delicious. I tried the onion rings and they were good Patty melt and salad - salad was spring mix and poppyseed dressing was good. Patty melt was great. Our beers were good AND they have popcorn. read more

Went to Razzles for the first time tonight. Nice big place, friendly staff. The only complaint is the food. Do NoT order the appetizer combo! Waste of $11 on a bunch of frozen crap warmed in a microwave!! I attached a photo. The 2 mozzarella sticks were decent, 2 chicken tenders decent but the 2 mini tacos?? No way!! My friend ordered the Tuesday special "Jumbo wings". What a joke!! Regular wing dings!! Frozen fries, that were just warm. The "coke" was stale or not real coke. Maybe it was "cola". I thought it was a nice place. Patrons are very friendly. Evelyn the bartender was more interested in serving her husband and the regular drinks. She was not that friendly - when I asked about perch if it was Lake Erie or not she was very rude to me with the answer NO ITS NOT LAKE ERIE. This place is quite large with a 2 floor patio with casual plastic patio furniture, indoor and outdoor bar and 4-5 sand volleyball courts, lit at night, that appear to be recently renovated. Their beer selection is what you'd expect for a suburban bar. 15 taps at the outside bar (about 2-3 crafts) and about 5-6 taps inside. Food (most entrees are sandwiches with fried appetizers under $10) and drinks are very reasonable priced. There's valued specials like $1.50 tacos on Wednesday nights and the ground beef in them is not greasy. Their 'signature burger' - A Razzle burger is two 1/4 lb beef patties) in between 3 buns with McDonald's sauce. These are the places' saving graces. The drinking water is from a well and is horrible. None of the 14 people in my party finished their glass of water after we ran 10 miles immediately before coming here. This is frankly unacceptable. To be extremely charitable, it's enterprising, as the customer's alternatives are buying bottled water and Gatorade. It's disrespectful that you would serve it to your customers. Excessive iron is my hunch for the cause. I'd buy a water testing kit to bring here next time but you already lost about $1,500 of service from me and my 15 teammates for rest of this summer. read more

Razzles did not have a good night today. I walked into Razzles sat at the bar with a friend. First thing, I noticed was the bad smell of rotten eggs, it was not pleasant. Second thing, the bar maid ignored my friend and I. There was about 5 people in the bar. We had to flag the bar maid to order drinks and food. My friend enjoyed her sandwich. My pizza was ok, I have had better. The bar maid was busy talking to the regular patron and ignoring us. Both my friend and I have had much better service outside. My son and I go up for wings every Sunday before the NFL games and have made the wings a tradition - we are from Buffalo. Stopped in for 2/$5 Tuesday Gyro Special and was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. Hubby and I decided to split the special. I was satisfied after 1 but he enjoyed his so much he decided to order seconds! Our server was fast and friendly. We found out they have many different league activities going on there from volleyball to pool leagues as well as electronic bowling, golf leagues. They also offer Keno. I ordered a Tito's and soda with a lemon. 15 min later.. vodka soda, no lemon. Asked for a lemon. She didn't bring any. I went to the bar. The bartender ignored me. Then a manager came up and said my friend couldn't have a bottle of water with her from the outside. We talked amongst ourselves about it and the man came back over like we were still talking to him. What a great place! Family and I live right down the road, decided to stop in the the other day and glad we did! Food was amazing, drink prices cannot be beat! Our server was Marissa, oh my god she is such a treat! Highly recommend meeting her!! Had the whole family in stitches of laughter, she even did a Cher impersonation after my oldest played jukebox. Most importantly one of my other children suffers from Down syndrome and it can be hard to attend public places from time to time, this Bartender catered to everyone on so many different levels. Had a not so great experience at this location. We waited 10 minutes+ to get our drinks, which were flat, and were never offered refills. Ordered a vodka soda and could not taste any vodka. The staff is nice but the owner does some poor business practices. Was at a volleyball tournament there and no outside water was allowed, that is okay as long as you provide a water cooler. He did, which I was like cool, but the water was horrible, spit it out as soon as I tasted it. I found out he uses well water because it tastes bad and he wants to sell $2 bottles of water and $3 Gatorade. Serving water that tastes like that is wrong. I will never support Razzles business based on his drive for money and lack of customer service and poor human decency. If you are willing to serve bad water to force people to buy water or other beverages, what other short cuts are you willing to take to make money on the food. Judging by the other reviews I assume most people are not happy with the food. Stay away! read more

We go here a lot. If you're going in just for a drink it is great. If you plan to order food, make sure you sit at the bar because you may not be seen by a waitress at a table. The servers at the tables are always terrible. Order food at the bar though the service is usually pretty great. The food is pretty delicious and cheap.
