I went here for stitches. I had Alex do them and she was great. Really personable and helped me a lot. The nurse as well was nice!

Not open on Saturday's or Sunday's...are you kidding me. Absolutely useless. Why call it Urgent care when help is needed on the weekends and then your only option becomes the hospital's emergency room!!! read more

The website indicates that they are open on Saturday and Sunday, and there is even a sign in the window stating that they are open. When you go to the door it's locked and the lights are off. This is the second time this has happened to me in the span of a year. What kind of urgent care isn't open on the weekends? That's the point of urgent care, to be there when your Primary Care physician isn't available. read more

I'm fully vaccinated but developed swollen lymph nodes, a runny nose, and sore throat recently, so I wanted to get a COVID swab to rule out a possible breakthrough infection. I have an infant daughter at home and want to be sure I don't expose my family. I made an appointment online, and nowhere was there any mention of COVID procedures for the test, or what to do at the office. I arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, mask up, walk to the door and read the giant sign instructing people with COVID symptoms to return to their car and call the main number. The phone number was mostly obstructed, but I was able to guess it was the main number by making out a few of the numbers that were visible. I called the main number several times and it went to voicemail every time. Seeing as how I'm going to be late for my appointment now, and I have no recourse, I mask up and walk inside, and find that there's no one in the reception area. Someone waiting tells me to ring the bell at the desk. I ring the bell and someone in the distance asks me to wait a minute. After a few minutes she comes and asks how she can help, and I tell her that I'd like a COVID swab. Apparently unaware that calls are going to voicemail, the nurse asks me if I read the sign on the door. I explained what happened and she tells me to go back to my car and call again, and she'll pick up. I get to my car and call and after calling a few times and getting voicemail, the nurse picks up and tells me that if I want a swab, I'll have to call some number and wait for an order number, and then they can swab me. I don't know what the process is, and if that's even accurate but why is this practice waste anyone's time like this? Why is this information not their website when making an appointment? Why is no one answering the phone when your policy is to have possibly COVID infected people wait in their car and call? I don't even blame the nurse. She looked like the only medical professional in that office, and she looked overwhelmed. Taking everything into account that happened, it raises so many warnings to stay far away from this place. After my first experience here, I'll do just that. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff was outstanding. The receptionist Trisha was super friendly and sympathetic. Amy the nurse was also great. She was very caring and explained everything to me. Dr Emenari was awesome. He took the time to listen to me and continued to include me in his conversation as he explained my diagnosis. He then reviewed my treatment plan throughly making sure I understood what he said. He was friendly too not in the least aloof or condescending. All in all an excellent experience read more

I went to this place because of a UTI. The nurses were very nice and comforting and so was the female doctor on duty that day! Unfortunately, once you get a UTI you become susceptible to getting them again. So two months later it comes back and I go back to St. Luke's in Clinton. The nurses at the front desk remembered me and were really nice and felt bad for me that I got it again. The doctor on duty that day was a male and once He was alone in the room with me he asked me why I kept getting UTI's. I was confused, I never had a doctor ask me why I had an infection. He said "it's my understanding that you were here a few weeks ago with the same problem", I told him it was 2 months ago not a few weeks and he then corrected me going "well yea, 5 weeks". He said that if I keep getting them as often as I was I should go to my primary doctor or planned parenthood. To me it felt like he was talking down to me and basically saying that I was getting the UTI's from sex which wasn't true. I stopped going here for this reason. I don't remember the male doctors name but he needs to learn more on woman's health and not talk down to me when I'm going to him looking for treatment. Side note: those were the only 2 UTI's I've ever gotten in my life. So he was being dramatic read more

I was sick a few days ago and went to my primary care physician and they told me I had a common cold. Which I knew it wasn't. They gave me a few mess but said wait a few days if you don't feel better yet. I was horrible about a week later. So I didn't feel like driving to my normal doctor. Went here for toe walked in 2 minutes later she said I had bronchitis. I felt better in a few days. My normal doctor couldn't even figure that out. They are good here. read more

Gave it a few chances but as much as i wanted this place to be good they are not staffing or supplying the faculty correctly. Long wait times. We've been seen three times by a PA whose diagnosis has later been clearly refuted as nonsense by a primary or specialty physician. They have no ability to draw blood, and seem constantly out of test supplies for strep or flu. No X-ray, no IV fluids. They need to get a good supervising physician and a few physicians working in the facility to oversee incompetent PAs. Try RWJ urgent care in Flemington, fantastic! They caught several serious issues St Luke's missed. Doctors are fabulous, short waits. They do bloodwork and X-rays so they can treat a lot of urgent issues that normally send you to EMergency room. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.. I went in there a few days ago because my shoulder and neck have been bothering me for a few weeks and it finally became unbearable.. I told the receptionist what my problem was and before I could even finish my sentence she told me to go to the emergency room.. I asked "are you serious, why?" And she replied that my problem was most likely heart related and I could be having a heart attack. Now I'm in tears thinking the worst on the drive to the hospital.. get to the hospital and have an EKG done.. no problem with my heart, blood work results were fantastic.. diagnoses: PINCHED NERVE in my neck.. so thank you to the receptionist who refused to let me see a doctor and pushed me out of the office in tears.. I will NEVER step foot in that place or recommend it to ANYONE.. EVER. read more

I went to this facilty a year ago this month for what I thought was an ear infection. The physician who saw me looked inside my ear and said it looked great. She said my pain might be caused by TMJ and that I should go see my dentist for a difinitive diagnosis, which I did. A couple weeks later I receive an EOB from my insurance company saying they won't cover a TMJ diagnosis. I called the insurance company and said the physician recommended I see my dentist to see if what I had really was TMJ. She did not say I absolutely had TMJ. My insurance company told me to call the provider and have the visit recoded so they could cover it. In my effort to try and shorten my explanation of this 12 month saga, I repeatedly went back and forth with this facility's office manager and St. Luke's billing department to get resolution. I kept being told that based on the physician's notes the visit was coded properly, which means they were totally missing my point. My point was that the physician's notes did not match what the physician actually told me. I requested to speak to the physician but of course that was denied. I was told my case would be reviewed by a grievance board instead. Several months went by and finally today I received a call and was told the board is standing by what the physician wrote in her notes. So it was my word against her notes and of course I lost. I asked the caller if anyone spoke to the physican, and she didn't think so. I asked what else I could do to get this resolved and was told the board resolved it already by denying my grievance. In summary - DO NOT go to this facility, or any other St. Luke's facillity for that matter, unless you want to risk getting a physician that tells you one thing and then writes another in his/her notes. St. Lukes should be ashamed of themselves - no patient advocacy at all! This is another fine example of how America's health care and health administratiion systems are broken. read more

I was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis on Saturday afternoon 3:15 went to pickup my inhaler, nebulizer meds, and antibiotics at Shoprite and was told my insurance didn't cover the inhaler. So they called St.Luke's no answer we assumed they closed at 4. So Shoprite pharmacy left a voice mail. I called St Lukes and so did Shoprite pharmacy today Sunday and as of 2:30 they have not called in a different inhaler to Shoprite. Next time I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to RWJ urgent care in Flemington. read more

I went there on Wednesday with my boyfriend. First of all the fact that you have to sit there in a very open space to give your person information is unprofessional for a business like this, when they have so many privacy rules. The waiting people in the waiting room could have wrote down my boyfriends s.s. # and have his email with no problem. And also no one needs to know what we came in there for, but the registrar and the doctor, but all the waiting room knows that too. We only had 1 couple in front of us. We waited and was never called, because a big lady that was short of breath, but still breathing and walked in the back was taken and after that apparantly there's only 1 doctor in the back, so we had to wait a half hr, with no one in waiting room all that time. We had to leave,because boyfriend had to go to work, but was told we had to wait anyway, till that 1 person that just needed some oxygen and a breathing treatment was taken care of first.Maybe they should hire me as a doctor. Also I was offended, because the 2 staff members were talking about giving another staff member another chance, but never explained what she did. If you're going to talk that loud, at least tell us all the info. Lol. I recommend never going here again, but will go tomorrow to a place in Flemmington, recommended by another person unhappy with their slow service and misdiagnosis. read more

I would give them 0 stars if possible. My daughter was sick and we went there...twice. The first doctor told her as he walked in the room you have allergies. Never looked at her throat, ears, nose. Had her purchase allergy meds. She came home and continued with her brutal cough for two more weeks until we went back. The second doctor was much more thorough which almost makes it worse that she diagnosed her the same and told her to get 3 different items at the pharmacy. After two more weeks I took her to an allergist thinking something must be wrong since this awful cough that made her feel completely lousy for almost half her summer and throughout our family vacation was still not gone. The allergist, who was fantastic, told us instantly she had a bad sinus infection and it's no wonder she still feels lousy and can't stop coughing based on the diagnosis and treatment plan or lack of. After now spending a lot of money on 3 doctor visits and major allergy and asthma testing which all by the way came up completely normal, she is now feeling better after being on an antibiotic which was all that was clearly needed from the start. Don't go here! The Dr. Is In may be an older building and longer wait time but the doctors there have never mis-diagnosed anyone in my family and we have been there many times. read more
