When I started to question the costs I was given diff excuses trying to justify why my glasses were sooo expensive, even when having vision insurance. They told me that buying the same glasses with my insurance would cost me more based on the funny math used for the lens and bundling pricing. Highly recommend taking your prescription to another company or online to save you a lot of money! Sad!

The old office where I had been a patient for around 13 years was horrible with patient care and treating people in a kind manner. I just don't think that flies anymore in this day and age. Dr. Weigel is very knowledgeable about contact lenses, the price points, the advantages and disadvantages of many different brands. It seems he keeps up with what is current in the market. I have astigmatism and my prescription is not minor, and he was willing to work with me on what contact lenses suit my needs. He is comprehensive and kind. The optical shop in my opinion has several frames to choose from that are fashionable and current. I am very happy with the care received, selection of eyewear, office staff communication, and level of customer care. :)

The form I was asked read and sign, pre-appointment, could've been straight out of a comic strip... It was a copy of a copy of a copy, it appeared. Black and white, double-sided, and really streaky vertically. Almost impossible to read a line of it, especially given that I was there because I misplaced my last pair of readers a couple of hours before I walked in. So I asked the receptionist about the content, and the purple highlighted sections where I was to sign or initial, assuming it was typical pre-exam patient release form legalese. (It was.) BTW, I went in for a preventative annual eye exam, and as I only wear readers, I'm unable to speak to the experience of purchasing glasses there. Overall, a meh on the exam.

It's nice to deal with the same person year after year. We definitely recommend you try Costco Hearing before you invest thousands at other hearing places, which in our experience, sometimes seem like you're dealing with a used car salesman.

I know each store is based off of what is requested and sold, but generally, this is a meh store. Basic essentials - its great! But any and all the cool, yummy Asian snacks, poke - they are just not here. Parking is not bad here, and the gas station is never crazy busy. My husband's biggest issue here is with the food court lol. He says its unorganized but it seemed fine.
