When we decided to do a remodel on our kitchen I was pretty nervous, but Aaron handled everything…read moreso well. Between my ideas and his suggestions we worked out a great plan. Everything went mostly according to plan (thanks COVID) and really we only had a few time setbacks due to that. Just a day or 2! The people he sent to do the work were totally competent and easy to get along with. Showed up early and stayed late. Most surprisingly was that there was zero mess. I was still given a functioning kitchen every night. The job they did was beautiful and the end result was better than I even thought it would be. They removed old tile, put up new that they helped me choose, did those gorgeous wood shelves and repainted all our cabinets. Gave us new hardware and kept everything spotless while they worked. When I had a small issue they came out that day and fixed it, and then went on to do the same minor fix on every drawer! We were super impressed. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm posting 1 picture to give you a peek!

He never saw the space, but we sent lots of photos and all the dimensions. It is incredible that he could do it sight unseen. All the cabinets fit perfectly, the moldings were exactly the right size and closed the space right to the ceiling. Our appliances fit exactly right. Nothing really went wrong! The cabinets are high quality and shipped directly to our condo from the manufacturer in Minnesota. Jamie was always available by phone to answer questions. It was a very positive experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!…read more This "company" is extremely unreliable! I mistakenly hired them to remodel our kitchen and lay tile down. They never showed up when they said that they would. They also do not care about the quality of work that they do. They use the word Veteran as a way to get business. "Your cabinets are factory assembled and do not show up KD (knock down or flat packed in boxes). Your cabinets have a full 5 year manufacturer warranty on assembly and a limited life-time warranty by Aim High Kitchens and Cabinets." That is a statement listed on their website at the bottom of the page. EVERY SINGLE cabinet that we had installed came in a flat packed box and they had to put them together at our house. The cabinets also have quite a bit of imperfections on them, like they were dropped during the building process. Most importantly, there was never a contract, or a timeline given to us. At the beginning we put down a deposit, and then we were told that we would pay the rest at the end of the job. All of the tile was finished and then Keith asked for the rest of the money before our cabinets and countertops were even close to being finished. He told us his company was in a tight money spot and he needed to be payed up front. I asked around to all of my family and friends to see if that was something that happens, and EVERYONE told me not to do that. Keith just thought that we were younger and could be taken advantage of so he tried to take our money and walk. Now almost exactly 2 months later from when they started this job it is still not finished. We have plywood for countertops, and many cabinets that are not complete. We fired Keith and his "company" and hired Lowes to finish the job. Funny enough, the first thing Lowes did was write out a contract with us! Don't follow our mistake and please please please do not hire Keith!

Let me begin by saying what an awful contractor this guy is. Do not hire!! Repeat, DO NOT HIRE. Hired in February, demo began in June and almost October and our kitchen is still left unfinished. The owner hires sub-contractors as his "crew" which are a bunch of clowns and by no means finished carpenters. The owner Keith Scott is never around to supervise on job site so we were left having to communicate constantly by text messages & photos because he rarely ever came by. Kitchen cabinets not installed properly; some not measured correctly; cabinets damaged during install; never submitted a warranty claim with the manufacturer for defective doors until 9/5; incorrect measuring of the spacing of cabinets over stove is off as much as 2 inches on each side and not aligned with our cooktop/stove; new $22,000 flooring product damaged extensively during install (splintered boards, cracked boards, scratches, gouges and unglued, mis-aligned gapped pieces), the list goes on & on. He blames everyone else but himself for the poor quality of work. Our kitchen was left unfinished by Aim High and we have lengthy written and photo documentation throughout the entire process to prove what happened to us. Unfortunately, he happily took our money and we are left without a functioning kitchen. We are now having to seek legal recourse for breech of contract. Aim High Kitchen & Cabinets is every homeowners nightmare. Stay away from this contractor!!!!

So like most other homeowners looking for granite installers, I did my online research. I ran…read moreacross the big boys in town, you know the ones often referred to you by the granite warehouses. We even had a couple come to our house for estimates. Both were more interested in telling me what granite I wanted and how I needed to buy from their "preferred" distributor than in listening to me and my wife. I was very unhappy with both of them and knew there had to be a better company in town. I ran across Jacksonville Countertops on both Yelp and here on Google reviews and EVERYONE had great things to say about Chris and his team. My first meeting with him went great, he was courteous and professional and gave me a price THOUSANDS less than the other installers. One had calculated that we required four slabs of granite and was charging me for 164 sq/ft. When Chris measured it, he came up with 114 sq ft and required only three slabs!! Seriously, is that that much abuse in this industry? Do they think that homeowners cant calculate square footage? Chris didn't leave my house before I agreed to hire him. His reviews were fantastic, his price was the best, and we hit it off like we had known each other for years. When he returned a few days later to take measurements, he had the latest and greatest laser measuring system. Gone are the days of the old wooden templates. I was quite impressed and immediately felt even more comfortable that I had hired the right guy. Installation went smooth, he and his crew did it all in one day with perfect fit and finish everywhere. We couldn't be happier with the service, quality and the end result. We are doing my daughters kitchen soon and without a doubt, we will be using Chris and his team. My advice: Go to Granite Depot on Phillips Hiway and choose your slabs, they have the best selection in town. Then call Chris and let him take it from there. You will not regret it!

He listens and works his magic to make sure I am absolutely happy with my slab/sink selection and his installation. His price is better than both HD and Lxxe's. Plus, I get to pick out the granite I like by looking at the actual slabs instead of a sample square. With the latest technology, Chris was able to precisely fit this L shape countertop with the sink cutout as 1 piece. Countertops came out more beautiful than I expected. I am 100% recommending Chris and his team for your countertop project.

My name is Michelle and I am posting a review for the company closet kitchens & more located at…read more10930 US1 N. suite B Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. My significant other and I came to the storeroom to get information regarding an estimate and information about kitchen remodeling we were ready to proceed picked out cabinet color and countertop. The initial experience was ok we were greeted by staff in a friendly manner and was quickly informed by Paige who said she has been in the organization for 3 years Paige shared that a $250.00 measurement and design fee would be needed before proceeding/ Andrew the staff member would have to come and get the measurements for the kitchen we paid the $250.00 fee and were very excited for the new experience of soon getting a new kitchen remodel . The staff member Andrew came to our home took the measurements off what we thought was the kitchen and appliances and drew a diagram Andrew was at our home for about 40 or so minutes. A few days later Paige texted me noting that we "the customer" need to provide details about measurements "12 items or so" such as our refrigerator, range dishwasher microwave, sink, ect....I explained to Paige that Andrew the staff was suppose to get all the measurements for $250.00. Page mentioned over the phone that she just likes to verify the information because often times the measurements are not correct from staff and she wanted to get the measurements from me the customer. I mention that were paying $250.00 for the measurements/design so we expect that the staff Andrews measurements are correct. I mentioned to Paige that I want a copy of the total measurements which was never provided. This was a sign that something was not right after we paid $250.00 and measurements of our appliances had to be verify by myself which was very time-consuming. The next step in the process was to come-into the store and discuss the design we came in to the Ponte Vedra location Wednesday, April 12, 2023 to discuss the design we thought everything was going ok we got a basic estimate which was around 10, 000 until additional fees began to add up the price total ended up to be almost 18,000--19,000. My husband and I wanted to proceed however, we were told by Paige that all money needs be paid up front for materials which total 18,000----19, 000 we shared our reluctance and asked if some money could be paid and the remainder paid after the job is completed "we were told no and that Paige would reach out to her supervisor." We told Paige that we needed one day to think about the direction/ payment and I would call her in the morning. The next day I reached out to Paige to let her know we were not comfortable paying all money up front Paige said there was nothing she could do she already let her supervisor know and the supervisor would call me back. No phone call received so I came back up the closet, kitchen, & more location to speak to the supervisor. I spoke to Robert Musella "they mentioned he is the supervisor" Robert mentioned he was sorry for not getting back sooner and that he apologizes for the mis-information because Paige is new only in the organization for 3 months. Paige was fairly new only working in the organization for a few months and she was not knowledgeable on the process/ miscommunication Robert mentioned that we do not have to put up all the money up. I mentioned to Robert my appreciation however, at this point we were not comfortable with proceeding because we no longer had trust in the companies ability to provide quality service and the only thing I wanted was what we paid for 250.00 for measurement and design fee he refused and later agreed to just refund the $250.00 back. . I mentioned to Robert that I did not have the credit card with me and would it be ok to come back the following day to have the $250.00 put back on my husband's credit card. Robert agreed I sent a message to Paige letting her know we would be getting the money back. My husband came in and I also came back to the store to receive a credit for the $250.00 paid. We were told by staff that they were not able to assist, and they were not going to reach out to the supervisor to inform the supervisor of the request or to schedule a better time to come in the get the money back. 4/24/23 12PM: Staff Andrew gave me a phone number for Robert which was not the correct number listed on a business card. I went back into the store and Andrew corrected the number said it was to reach Robert when I call the number it was to the same staff members I was speaking with at the desk where Andrew was already at the desk....Andrew mentioned that there is nothing he can do see attached

Initially -- I was hestitate to use this company, many had negative feedback on them - but someone said to give them a chance - I should have listened to the majority of reviews - when you see them all over online -- WORST company, worst customer service ever! LISTEN. I bought 2 bathroom vanities (granite) - when they installed them - they needed to turn off the water. Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have. First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation. Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?! I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water! I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The installers as my witness. Seriously?! She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it? Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered. Do yourself a favor - find another company!!! These people are awful!

We have 2 different heights of backsplash because they measured incorrectly and didn't bother to fix before they installed. They broke off the plumbing flush with the wall when unhooking under the sink. Their response: "You're going to need a plumber for that" There's a piece of molding they removed and it's just lost. multiple scratches and paint tore up. all this on one simple countertop. now learned that Lowe's no longer uses this contractor and I can see why.
