Being able to do things without pain has been so amazing. I went on a trip and knew that I wouldn't have been able to do a lot of the things I did without Pilates. I have flat feet and an extra bone in one foot. My whole body is misaligned because of it and I have had several injuries that are exacerbated by the severe pronation. Working out has always been difficult, pulling muscles easily, spraining my ankles constantly, and knees slipping out of place with barely any force. Pilates has made it possible for me to strengthen, align, and improve every part of my body, allowing me to live a more functional life, all while in grippy ankle socks. I can't wait to see how the next six months go! The instructors are really nice as well and the community is amazing. Emily, I know it's early for a review. Im just obsessed and wanted to make your morning! Cheers!

Through a few private lessons with Greyce (who introduced me to the whole concept) I'm constantly looking forward to more reformer sessions and potentially group classes. I was initially having a wonderful time going to Club Pilates when I first got my membership…read more I recently decided to cancel my membership with the intent to return once Covid restrictions become better, however due to my recent experiences with Club Pilates, I wish to never return. On December 2nd, I decided to cancel my membership as Adams county went to Covid level red. As the gym is very small I felt incredibly unsafe going to a gym in general. I called the main number listed here on google and they said in the voicemail that the primary way to contact was via email, so I emailed about cancelling my membership as I was no longer attending classes. I heard a response back on December 3rd asking if I wanted to freeze my account or cancel it, as I was unsure how the pandemic was going to pan out I decided to cancel my membership. I didn't hear back until December 7th and they proceeded to respond saying that they responded asking me what I wanted to do with my membership and I proceeded to state that I wanted to cancel it already in my previous emails and that I was the one who didn't hear back. No email response. I called the number they gave me on December 16th and sent another email. I get a call back on December 17th confirming my membership was cancelled (and I won't get a refund) and that I have my membership until January 2nd. I was okay with that, until December 21st when I got charged again for my monthly payment (that was supposed to be cancelled). Why does it over 2 weeks to get a membership cancelled for it to not get cancelled? The fact they say they contact me (I am getting zero responses and no one is answering my calls). This is by far the worst experience I've had with a gym. All I wanted was to cancel my membership but my Club Pilates app and my bank statements are saying otherwise. This was just a battle of email and phone tag. Now I'm down $159 for something I'm not even using for. This is a money hungry company and if I'm gonna spend $159 monthly one something, it's definitely no longer Club Pilates. They just care about money and themselves. This is your sign to look elsewhere for a gym that cares about their people and not your money.

Pure Barre as an exercise modality, as well as this particular studio, are absolutely outstanding…read more I joined eight months ago as a mostly sedentary office drone / occasional weekend warrior. It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

I get you give your employees the opportunity to go to classes. Yet it is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to reschedule or make the deadline before you have to pay. I dread getting a hold of anyone there. Maybe start a text option or stagger your staff times. Don't get me started on "a manger will call you, the owner will call" just answer the call.
