As you know they have moved over to Russell Street a few years back. It's a big, lovely location and they have all kinds of flowers and plants; lovely gifts for friends, family or yourself. The arrangements are beautiful but be aware of the delivery fee depending where it's going. Staff is easy going and helpful, if you see something online from their site they can do it but it may not necessarily be the exact same flowers due to what's in stock.. no worries as it will be beautiful. I went in to get a custom bouquet for my senior pictures and the workers were soooo kind, caring and helpful. I went in with a different idea of a dark/sort of gothic type of bouquet, and that's exactly what I got! The worker that made my bouquet helped me pick out flowers that were the type of vibe I was looking for, even though there wasn't too many darker options. My mom ordered me a floral arrangement from here for my birthday. She accidentally gave them the wrong address, and then gave them the right one, however my address is very confusing for delivery drivers because it doesn't actually have a street sign. Despite this, the delivery driver tried for almost an hour to find my address, even though it was past their closing time. I absolutely would not have blamed this company for giving up and trying again the next day, but they did find me and I got my arrangement! It is so pretty and came with yummy macaroons and a really nice hand cream. I am a new customer and I thought I would treat myself to a beautiful bouquet of flowers! The bouquet cost $48, and contained 6 double two-toned green tulips, kangaroo feet and greens...exquisite! I was told the tulips would open in a day or so, but after 4 days with no movement, I called the shop. I was told to dip the flowers upside down in warm water for 15 minutes to help them open. I did this, as well as the usual protocols of trimming and changing the water daily... but the tulips never opened. When the tulips began to rot half way down the stem, I returned them. A rude and cynical woman in her early 20's -- tall, thin, auburn-haired--told me, "We have new employees that don't know a lot about these tulips. They don't usually open much." She continued saying, in her arrogant voice, that the only thing she could do was to replace the tulips. She gave me 5 ordinary white tulips to replace the 6 exquisite, unusual double green imported tulips that were $5 or $6 a stem. I asked about the greenery that was turning brown and she insisted it was alright and sent me on my way. I recently ordered 2 floral arrangements to be delivered to a dear friend who would be performing with the Rochester Philharmonic at Kodak Hall. Through a series of mishaps, the bouquets ended up locked in an admin office over the weekend. At that point, I thought I was out of luck in getting them delivered to the dressing room. When informed of this, Marty and Walt at StacyK immediately suggested that they return to Eastman School of Music and see if the flowers could be retrieved from the locked office. While not easy to accomplish, Walt was able to retrieve the bouquets and went to the extra trouble of delivering them to my friends at their hotel to ensure they received them. They did and were absolutely delighted with the 2 beautiful arrangements. I'm very appreciative of the efforts by Marty, Walt and Riley who also aided in trying to get things "just right." read more

I ordered a small fortune (well over $400 worth of products) for valentines 2017 because they had a decent selection and some cool vases and I simply ran out of time to run around. Unfortunately when it came time for delivery the flowers were destroyed (smashed and flattened, broken and wilted), and one of the arrangements was the laughing stock of an entire office. My 3 year old could do a better job. I ended up having to re-do the succulent planter by going to the garden factory and spending $35, 10% of what the whole thing cost. If you live in the Rochester area and need flowers (or some other clever off the beaten path gift) there is absolutely no other place you need to go. First of all - Stacy and the rest of the girls that work there are all amazing people, incredibly friendly, and great at what they do. Every time I go in there and buy flowers or anything thing else they spend so much time with me (because I ask 1000 questions) figuring out what goes well together, what looks good, what is new, etc. Then they take what different flowers I have picked out (or they picked out for me) and work magic with them twisting them all together into an amazing looking arrangement. They always have different random kinds of flowers and plants from all over the place, different stuff all the time, all different colors and anything else you could imagine. And above all - I am never shocked by the price that I pay at the end. With the type of service that they give I always expect it to cost about twice as much as it actually does. We hired Stacy K for my sister's wedding. I plan weddings in Los Angeles so I was in charge, which is a lot of pressure!! My sister wanted Game of Thrones style and I wanted it to not be cheesy =). Being that I'm not local it was really difficult to coordinate a lot of the smaller details. After one phone call with Stacy, we hired her immediately. She was able to translate exactly what style we wanted into the elegant, wooded, whimsical feel that my sister wanted. My sister isn't a "flower" girl. She really had no idea what type of florals she wanted or didn't want. After communicating that to Stacy she came up with an AMAZING overall theme, using organic elements, vines, branches, lanterns, anything that would translate into our theme and she NAILED IT!!! I had been meaning to stop in to Stacy K for a while and I finally got my chance when my husband and I decided our weird foyer opening was screaming out for a hanging plant. The shop is located in a back building, not on the street front, so it was just a little hard to find but not too hard. There is a small, off street parking lot behind the building. It's fairly large inside and there were a lot of people working and putting things together but someone was able to help me right away. I said I wanted a "just because" bouquet for my wife for around 20$. The person helping me (I think it may have been Stacy K) said, oh I love "just because" flowers.
