We contacted ClearWater to get a second opinion/quote after having HPS come out and tell us we needed a new tank and well pump, that everything was shot. Our realtor referred ClearWater to us. ClearWater came out the next day, 2 hours earlier than anticipated and saved us $8k dollars. They found that the previous company (HPS) put in a new box but didn't connect it correctly and that is why the pump was not working. After ClearWater connected the box correctly, the pressure gauge went up and the tank filled. The 2 techs spent so much time dumbing it all down so I could understand everything, explaining what to look for when it's not running correctly and showing me what repairs should be done, how it would benefit us and advised that there was no need to pull the pump from the well and replace. We had such a great experience with Bob and the team from Clearwater. This summer was so hot, and we are out on a farm on only well water (no city water here) when our well pump stopped working. Clearwater prioritized our call because we didn't have water and got out to us fast. It was amazing to see the process to replace a well pump! The skills Bob and the Clearwater team have as well as the machinery to complete these jobs are top rate. We are so grateful to have had such a positive experience with Clearwater and to get water back so quickly in such an blazing hot summer. Clearwater has a 24 hr. emergency line for folks in need and though we weren't in an emergency, I am glad to know that if I ever am, I know who to call. Oh my greatness, this company is outstanding! I just got off the phone with David, the owner. Being a single woman, most contractors try to take advantage of my ignorance. But, not David. He took the time to go over my water test with me and "Patiently" explained his take on it, calming my concerns. He made it very clear, he gets calls like this all the time. Now mind you, he could have easily took our conversation in a different direction, advocating for a whole house water filtration sale. Instead, he advised I first get a second opinion, through a local water testing company. Who does this, anymore? I called Clearwater PUMP Service because my water pressure was very low. The technician from the company Luis came out and informed me that my well pump and electrical wiring would need to be replaced costing about 8,400 dollars. I then called a plumber and he found out the problem was only clogged aerators in my sinks due to the high mineral content of the well water. The problem HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WELL PUMP. I highly recommend AVOIDING this INCOMPETENT group. This company is obvare not reliable or trustworthy. It pays to get a second opinion especially when there ate companies like this. read more

We have been customers of Clearwater since at least 2017. However, this past weekend was yet another example of how fantastic they are. We had lost water, and Joe took our phone call over the weekend to troubleshoot. He was able to get our water back on by walking me through troubleshooting over the phone and by Tuesday their team was out fixing the underlying issue. Joe, Corey, Mario and others on their team have all helped us out with after hours support throughout the years and we couldn't appreciate more their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to help ensure we have water. read more

This team is AMAZING!! They were our knight in shinning armor today. We arrived home at midnight last night to zero water on our 5 acre property. I called them this morning and they worked their schedule to arrange for someone to be onsite between 5-6pm tonight. I offered to pay extra (in my mind those are after hours) and was politely told that was unnecessary and there was no way he'd charge me more. It's 440pm and our problem has been solved. Nothing worst than not having water. My well pump failed so I called Clearwater. They responded in a timely manner. They diagnosed the problem and picked up all the parts needed to replace the 20 year old pump. Within 3 hours my well was back in operation. Clearwater is the only well company I will ever use. I didn't even get to use these guys, because they talked us through some trouble shooting over the phone to get our pump started. I feel as though many companies would still come out and charge a service fee, but they worked with us to help us find a solution we could do ourselves. They spoke to both me and my husband, left voice mails with advice, and followed up to make sure we got it all taken care of. They went above and beyond, and I intend to use them again if I have any well issues in the future. read more

These guys really took care of me today. I've been trying to get my well pump up and running this week and found that due to improper winterization the cast iron casing had a significant crack. I emailed a few places in town early this morning before hitting the zoo with 30 1st graders. By the time I was home I knew that Clearwater had the parts I needed at a very reasonable price.
