Between us both did a lot of extras and went heavy bc of the 1/2 off. Ashton our nurse was phenomenal. No problem with either IVs and she was really knowledgeable and really great. I would personally ask for her again. We called ahead for an appointment and the front desk staff def needs training. I felt like I was interrupting their day only to be told they were not busy and we could pick the time for our appointment. When we got there, they were really busy. People were dripping, freezing, everything. It's an awesome set up and we will both be back. Pretty sure we saw an NBA player in there. That says a lot. The IV room was really clean, the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Overall, we were both really impressed. So far, I've met AJ, Trea, two Dani's and Maya. Each of the staff members truly like what they do and you can tell they all get along. That's real important when you go to a wellness spa: harmony and peace within the staff. You feel the excitement and everyone wants to share what products they offer at the Restore Hyper Wellness. This is not your typical spa. I repeat... not your typical spa. When you go, please, keep in mind, you can go for assisted stretching, cryotherapy, compression sleeves for legs and hands, red light therapy, IV vitamin drips, oxygen facials, oxygen chamberand a hot sauna. Stretching and vitamin shoots and drips are my absolute favorites!! Dani is on point with stretching! Dani is an experienced personal trainer therefore, she knows what stretches work best for her clients. The IV drip Therapy is another product they offer and I must say you can hydrate and get your vitamins at the same time. How do you know what vitamins to get? Maya is the RN on duty, who administers the shot and will explain the process along with what each vitamin combination will restore your wellness. I was really interested in the Beauty Bar by Karla services as I looked online at her website so I could inquire. Karla was super busy as she had 15 min slots from 10am-2pm almost completely filled up so Lauren, her assistant was able to answer my questions and if she didn't know, she'd pop in to ask Karla between appointments. I did get a chance to ask a quick question to Karla and ended up signing up for an appointment esp since it was discounted for the event. In the midst of this, I ended up hearing my name being called & ended up winning a prize! Yay, me!! It was a month's supply of Lightwave X39 light-therapy patches! I was able to talk to Tracy, the rep who spoke to me at length about the light therapy-stem cell boosting concept to heal and repair the body. The cold temps weren't as scary as I thought. I felt alive but then I actually got a temporary headache. No worries, Owners Hayley and Chad got me rehydrated and I realized that it probably was the result of flushing toxins out of my system.
