Never gone to this golf range before. It was a lot of fun!! Yesterday, I definitely had NO trouble finding parking. Not sure how much it was for the bucket of balls, since I was the last one of my group to have arrived. I wouldn't mind returning to practice my golf swing, practice makes perfect. My mind was just not in a focused state tonight, but I managed to have a few good swings!! The ONLY small suggestion I have for Stadium Golf Ctr. is to have your range targets be more lit from the back end of the targets so I can have a better view overall!! My group pointed out that I'm actually ambidextrous when it comes to how I hold my putter despite being left-handed. At least this golf center is more economical than "Top Golf" locations. read more

The only driving range my son and I would go. Since I found this place, this has become our favorite playground. They also have batting cages, that was really fun too! Starting from low pitch 35mph and work your speed up as you keep practicing. You only pay for the card and how many plays you'd like and they provide the equipment for free ( for batting only ). My son and I celebrated Mother's Day here with a putting practice session, including a bet to increase the enjoyment; it's something we both took pleasure in doing together. I'm not one to write bad reviews especially when it's probably a small business, but the employees you hire especially the ones to interact with the public is very important. My husband took our son to the batting cages because he's been interested a lot in baseball. I usually go places with them but I had to take care of our two younger kids. From the start my husband Nolan said Coleman had a nasty attitude and was acting like he was dumb. My husband is from Hawaii so he's taught from a young age to have respect and spread aloha. He's a gentle giant so for him to tell me these things I was so heartbroken. Our oldest lives with his biological mom so these small moments matter especially since we don't see him as often as we'd like. I know we all go through things but Coleman needs to be fired or put in the back so he won't be around people. And also Coleman, you're lucky I wasn't there because I would've put your ass in place. This was our first time going here and didn't know how everything works for the batting cages so of course it was new to me. For someone going for the first time, one of the staff members named Coleman, who was wearing pink, was rude and very disrespectful. He seemed irritated that he had to help me out and how I was asking questions. He couldn't even hand me my money back after paying, but instead just throws it on the counter and doesn't say a damn thing and even ask if I need to rent bats and helmets. You would think I most likely would need to rent equipment especially if I said it was my first time. He also got mad when I asked where can I rent the bats and helmets and gave a sour condescending attitude the whole time while we were picking out bats and helmets. If it wasn't for my son being excited and enjoying the cages today I would've left the moment he started his disgusting nasty attitude. Unbelievable behavior from a grown man. read more

Love the place. However 2 things. It is 2026 and stadium still does not have Apple Pay??? I've left my wallet at home a few times and had to turn back to go get it. Also 8$ to play in the short game area is kind of ridiculous. The short game area for chipping is terrible. They shouldn't charge to use it. After joining a softball team with my friends and seeing how badly I needed the practice, I found out about Stadium Gold Center and Batting Cages from a teammate. While one of the three slow-pitch softball machines is a little wonky, it is still a great way to practice your hits and is extremely affordable compared to other nearby batting cages I looked into. Both times here I had an enjoyable experience, but it can be difficult finding a parking spot, especially in the evenings when there is an influx of people at the golf range. read more

We came only for the batting cages. The front desk helped get us set up with the card and rental equipment (which is free). Our main problem was some of the batting cages didn't have any balls sometimes so it would take your play from the card and then pitch nothing. But other than that it was fun when it worked. There were different speeds and the option of a softball or a baseball. The machine where you swipe your play card was kind of hard to read and it was confusing to know whether or not it went through. Overall we had fun but having so many balls get stuck in the nets made it so some of the machines weren't working properly. We would come back. read more

At first it was hard to tell where to go for the play cards but we asked someone in line to bat and they guided us to the pro shop. Buy whatever package you want and off you go with your card. We got the 12 plays so with the card cost if $3, it was $30 total. Don't lose it or you'll lose your plays and have to replace the card for $3 again! Then go to whatever speed pitching cage you want to and wait in line if there is any. It's helpful to have someone with you since you have to hit the black button to start outside the cage. Even the lowest was pretty fast for beginners like me and my kid but we started getting the hang of it! The balls were heavy and dense so our hands hurt when we made contact. Make sure you to use their bats that are free to use so yours don't get all dinged up! They also have a driving range side for golf that's big too but we just came for the baseball. Depending on when you stop by, the batting cages may be super busy but you typically won't have to wait long for your turn. They have a driving range and putting area for the golfers. They also have a bunker available as well, which is great for those looking to get some practice swings in. Highly recommend. read more

From the beginner to the advanced golfer, I see all types of people utilizing Stadium golf. You can come out leisurely and just hit some balls, or go into full training mode with their computer program on the upper range. It'll give you distance, ball flight, and more. They also have a short game area that you can pay extra for but stay as long as you want. It includes a really nice putting green, chipping area, and sand traps. My son took advantage of the batting cages, so it was cool for me to be able to get some practice in for my golf game and for him to work on his hitting. Right off the highway, it's not too hard to get to and it's a great place to take kids or go by yourself. They also have a full pro shop if you want to take advantage of that. Stadium golf is a pretty good place to go if you want to practice golf/hit some baseballs. Prices for golf $8 for unlimited short game area $13 for 45 balls $14 for 80+ balls $15 for 115+ balls $22 for 225+ balls Personally I really like the $8 short game area and I think its great. I usually get the $14 or $15 bucket as I do not think the $13 is worth it. I really wish they priced the 45 balls at around $8 like some other places. There are plenty of bays however at 4:30 on weekdays when everyone gets off of work it gets really crowded and you may have to wait a little in order to get your own bay. At Other times during the week/weekend there are plenty of spots in order to play. There is also a shot tracer that I have not been to Prices for Baseball: $2.75 for 1 play(20 pitches) There are deals for multiple plays. The batting cages are also pretty nice. From the times that I have went they havent been extremely crowded and you are provided both a bat and a helmet. There are 3 slow pitch softball cages and there are cages for baseball ranging from 40mph to 70mph. Overall, I would recommend going here. read more

Golf shop with a wide variety of apparel and gear. Buckets of balls range in price from $11-16. They have a yearly membership which I did and found great value in. Comes with a lot of perks like discount on range balls, private lesson and club fitting session just to name a few. Dave Stearns helped with my fitting and he did a great job. I've been a regular at this driving range for a couple of years now. Is the range that doesn't let you down when it's raining, when it's dark, or when it's packed. It's such a fun place for the whole family, but it's also a great way to disconnect from everything and hit some balls alone while you contemplate. This place is awesome! It was my first time at the batting cage! Just go inside and load a card ($3) unless you have one already. My friend and I did 12 plays which was $27. You can choose between softballs or baseballs. They will provide bats and helmets. I believe each cage have a different ball speed you can choose. Just swipe your card and press the black button for the balls to activate! Super fun and good practice! We had a fun day here, but I would attribute that more to the company I came with rather than the facilities/staff. Guy working the pro shop was a little rude and kinda turned me off to the place. I brought my own clubs, but my partner needed to rent some. If I remember correctly it's $3 a club, and the clubs they have for "rent" are very old and banged up. I only mention this because other driving ranges I've been to let you borrow these clubs for free, because it's just what they have from old lost and found. Since they charge you here, I thought that the clubs might be in better condition. $15 for a large bucket of balls which is standard. Mats are in good condition which is nice. The batting cages were cool to try out. I can't say much about it because softball isn't my thing. read more

This spot is my go to spot for a range in San Diego. There are a ton of mats so there is typically not too long of a wait. If you go after work hours you may need to wait a bit. The staff are all friendly and for 100+ balls it costs 15 dollars. Would recommend this spot. read more

This place must have been great in the 90's, but it is so run down today. The staff is always rude and just mad about everything. They claim on the website that they get new golf balls every 6 months, the golf balls are several years old and have been destroyed by the machines - they likely have the worst golf balls at any driving range in San Diego. Almost all balls are damaged and extremely old. They never clean anything so when you put your bag down, expect it to get infested with ants. Just a bad experience. read more

Took a private group lesson here with friends who were all beginning golfers. The instructor was not ready for us so we started 15 minutes into the hour. Then he left for another 10-15 minutes and said "I'm wearing many hats" No hands on. Just some basic explanation and then disinterest in our group. read more

The outside range area designated for the video golf setup seemed a bit dated and weathered, but all in all, I enjoyed myself. Solid batting cage spot! $2.50/round with 20 pitches per round, and it's cheaper if you buy 12+ rounds! Note that starting a card is $2, so I suggest saving yours! Batting cages range from slow pitch softball to 40-80mph baseball. Free helmet and bats are inside, no extra fee. I've been here twice, and the machine clogged up once. Took about 10-15min for them to fix it, but they gave everyone a free round afterwards! Overall, haven't had a truly bad experience yet. read more

This place is honestly awesome. We usually come for the driving or batting cages for kids. Lots of great amenities. The staff has been nothing short of amazing every time we come here. They're really friendly and go out of their way to help and make conversation, not something you see much these days really. Today solidified me as an ongoing, consistent future customer. It was super hot and me and my little guy clearly purchased way too many balls for the range, we hit a few each and were just exhausted from the heat, I went in and asked the young man up front if maybe we could do an exchange or something after explaining the situation and returning the balls, he instead gave us a future card for a free bucket. This review is solely for the driving range. It was my first time here and came here with fiancée Mr. W and our couple friend C&J. We didn't have a problem parking as there were quite a few spots here and there. During our time there, we wore masks, but I noticed whenever anyone hit, they did take off their mask to do so. Our friends C&K purchased 2 baskets and we found 2 open spots to hit after heading up to the 2nd level. We shared the balls and rotated among the four of us. Mr. W taught me how to generally hit as I've never done it before. After a while, I managed to get a slight hang of it, as I was able to make contact with the ball. It was really nice and relaxing to try to keep your arms straight and make contact with the ball. And just to see it fly. Everyone that we hit nearby generally kept to themselves and we didn't get any disruptions. I very much enjoyed it and was excited to learn that they also had batting cages. Generally the staff is pretty nice, today was an exception to this. I purchased a short game sleeve and was turning my equipment back in and was getting my identification back. The guy gave my id back and turned away before I could ask for some range balls, then I noticed a military discount and inquired if that included veterans. His response took me by surprise, "Active duty only, this is a military town and if we offered that everyone would get a discount ". Then I just got my bucket and left, but I have been to lots and lots of businesses in San Diego that offer veterans discounts and they seem to be doing pretty well. Love coming to this location, especially since it's right next to my work. At least when my work was open! The location is good and it's rated one of the top 10 driving ranges in the U.S. Parking is decent and the prices are reasonable. I know there is a membership but I do not come here that often to utilize it so it's just not for me. I do know that there is an active duty military discount, so for active duty out there don't forget to let them know. Also the pro shop have everything thing from the newest clubs, clothing lines, and accessories. So feel free to walk around there and ask any questions from their knowledgeable staff. So if you are in the mood to get out the house and work on your swing on the course or batting range then this is the place! Just started golfing again, after a 20 year break. I've been practicing at Stadium Golf one night a week for about two months. I must say that they have created the perfect place for hitting balls, and working on your short game. Their price on baskets of balls is very fair. And, for $8 you can enter the short game corral. This is a huge area where you can work on chipping and putting. It's an impressive piece of the property where you can hit off of real grass. The best thing is that they are open until 9pm and fully lighted. The service has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Their customer service culture is just right. The parking lot is usually 95% full and that says a lot. read more
