Even better, everything is priced at state minimum. What really sets Texas Mart apart, though, is the service. Aman, the owner, is always friendly, genuine, and happy to see his customers. Pre cut cheeses are in their cooler case, or you can try a sample of an item before you buy. The selection is a little heavy on Goudas and hard cheeses like Manchego, but you can still find goat and mixed source cheese among their selection if you hunt for it.
