Jeff told me that drilling it out could be a nightmare and may take several hours. Service person suggested an additional transmission flush for $272.99 which I paid for. I learned the next day that my car should NEVER get a transmission flush! Only a drop and fill of transmission fluid is recommended. I called them and they said they never do a flush on Honda CRVs. But my invoice reads, "Auto Transmission Flush." They said it "wasn't really a flush, but more of a multiple drain and fill." Then why do they label it a Transmission Flush and charge me $170 more than Honda Dealership for a drop and fill? Icing on the cake, they noted that they checked all the tires. But I noticed today that the missing tire valve cap was still missing. Wouldn't you expect them to finish the tire service check by at least putting a cap on it? I tried to talk to the owner but was told, "the owner is never at this location."
