They misdiagnosed our van and didn't end up fixing the real issue. They repaired a bushing and did brakes and told us the car was good to go. The car was in fact not good to go. Took it to another shop and was told the PTU was the actual issue which is wildly expensive. we wouldn't have paid for the brakes to get replaced on an older van that needed a 3,000+ fix. We would have junked it before paying for those pointless repairs and been ahead. Their communication sucked too. We had to call for updates even when we had been promised a call back by a certain date.
