The wedding was outside, and they brought a bunch of ideas to the table on how to make the most of our rental from them. We rented 2 speakers and 2 subs, and a microphone. We were able to have a technician stay throughout the ceremony so we could use the same speakers for the ceremony and then seamlessly move them under the tent onto our dance floor with the two subs. We were also able to keep the equipment throughout the weekend for the Sunday brunch we had! After contracting the owner to complete a video with date-specific content, this business decided it couldn't complete the project because it had other obligations (team sports videos to complete which were more important). I refused to pay for incomplete work which was promised by the company and requested my original footage returned ( my intellectual property by law). This company ( after pirating my website having deemed itself sole administrator) allowed my website to go dark & disconnect from it's platform. I could not even access my own website nor obtain my film footage. I was a victim of internet piracy. After speaking with my intellectual property attorney, he advised that, although I had a case, it would cost me more in legal fees than to pay the ransom money for my own intellectual property!! So I paid the blackmail money and retrieved my own intellectual property. I am sharing with you, lest you,too , become a victim of internet piracy. CAVEAT EMPTOR. BUYER BEWARE.

Ethan sends you a questionnaire to better get to know you as a couple and sends you song options for the highlight reel. I think this is such a great idea because so many wedding videos have the same music over and over again. I also happen to think wedding videos are a bit cheesy, but I absolutely do not think that about Wise Films. They are shot so creatively that it doesn't feel hokey or cheesy to me at all.
