I was at the balloon festival and car show today, 1/27/26. I was with my son and his family and my 4 grand kids. The free stuff was fun and they loved it. Thank you. But one thing clouded the whole experience. I have lived in St George since 2002 and have been to your farm for many different events however today I was appalled by the condition of your animals!! Their hoofs are neglected for the pigs and llamas, the animal pens and chicken coops were disgusting and their water was so dirty. You don't take care of your animals. Thank goodness you offered hand washing stations. read more

Discovered this farm by finding the coffee stand, Grit + Grind Coffee that's in the parking lot while searching for morning coffee. After getting coffees, we asked if we could walk around the farm. She said it's totally open and I'd probably run into her mother who is a 5th generation to run it, Farmer Sherrie. We enjoyed seeing all the animals, some who were there on sanctuary and seemed to be very well loved and friendly to us. There is SO MUCH to do here if you have children, it's amazing! I even took a turn on the slides! We eventually did run into Farmer Sherrie, and she was so delightful to speak with and she told us all about her farm and all they have to offer, and all about the local community of Washington, Utah. We loved this place so much, we went back after our coffees and grabbed our visiting nephews a 2, 8, and 10 year old. They had a great time trying out all of the playground equipment, visiting with the animals, and playing all the carnival style games. Ending it in their air conditioned gift shop that's built into the Silo by the coffee stand. We ended with some yummy ice cream sandwiches and a couple cute finds, a beautiful rustic shop with something for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend coming to visit, I rarely take the time to write a review. But hand down, this farm deserves it. Thank you for your kind hospitality and a day to remember. We come here every year from Vegas at Halloween time. We love the authentic pumpkin patch, corn maze and games for the kids!

We've been coming here for 20 years. It used to be this great small town feel local farm but it's gotten so commercialized in the past few years. We were on this tire ride where you sit in these tire "horses" and someone runs around with a rope to make the ride go around & this major B named Cris screamed aggressively at us that it's for kids only. There's no signs, nothing and we have ridden that thing for 20 years but it's suddenly a problem. And it was the way she screamed like a weirdo at us. There was no one in line and it's not like we were taking the ride from little kids, there wasn't anyone waiting to ride it. She was on a power trip tonight for sure. This will probably be our last year. Definitely doesn't have the same vibe as it used to read more

The Halloween event that put together is phenomenal! The haunted house made took about 20 to 30 minutes to get through and was absolutely worth the drive from Vegas. (It was the reason we came) It was truly frightening and nothing in ALL of Vegas frightened me how these guys did. I LOVED IT!! We love staheli farms we go every year and play all over the farm . This year was a hit alarming the price for the games for the children is a bit out of hand 6 dollars to mine two rocks was a bit lame . The mining is out littles favorite thing to do and usually we take about 6 turns this year it just wasn't even worth it . 15 bucks to get in is fair because they have a lot to do but the ticket situation is not at all realistic . I hope they adjust that portion for the little kids because they do an amazing job and are such a valuable part of Halloween . read more

Passed by many times thinking it was just a working farm. I saw online that they sold farm raised beef from half of a cows worth down to individual pieces, but you had to pre-order, and would have to go pick it up days later. Finally stopped in person. There were no special events going on. I went to the Silo where there was an interesting gift shop with shirts, hats, and a wide assortment of locally made fine arts items with a farm theme. In the corner, there was a freezer full of their beef and brauts. There was also an assortment of locally made jams and unique salsas. According to the lady that worked there, the beef is naturally fed with grains and corn. The ground beef is lean, looks to be about a 90/10 versus the 80%/20% or more you find at the store. It has that deep red natural color, not the bright red stuff you find at the market. If there wasn't a particular cut in the freezer, the lady at the desk could go back and find it for you in the back freezer. She was very helpful. Their hours are M-Sat 1-6. So go to the silo store and check out this local gem. read more

A must!!!!! When visiting St George in the fall. We took our granddaughter on Monday and wow were we so surprised at how fun and reasonably priced this place was!!! An experience like this would be at least triple the price where we are from. All the employees were so helpful and kind. There is so much to do, so come early. This place is such a rip off! It costs $13 each to get in and then they charge you extra for everything inside! You have to buy tokens to ride the pony- an extra $6 each- a token for the cow train. The pumpkins are extra- you can only walk through the sparse patch. The corn in the maze is so thin it's not even maze! It's a totally commercialized farm. We come here for Field of Screams. Have been going for a few years. The first year was absolutely amazing and mind blowing. It was actually scary - And nothing could top the Zombie Paintball, that was so much fun. The lines are a bit long, but as long as you're with good company, you don't really notice how long you're actually waiting. When you're inside, they have lots of other stuff they offer. You do have to pay additional money, but they have free things like volleyball "courts" to play. They have bonfires going. It's a nice time, but you definitely couldn't kill hours here. Maybe about 30 minutes to get through everything inside, and then the rest of the time waiting for the maze/going in. I give it 4 stars for two reasons. The first being that I don't think any experience will be as good as the first time we went, so any time that we've gone after, have been somewhat of let downs - Maybe it's because our expectations were set so high with our first time visiting, or maybe it's because the quality declines each year, but either way, that's why I can't give it 5 stars. The second being they don't allow enough time in between groups going in to the maze and the reason why they don't allow enough time is because there are so many people, but this is directly their fault for allowing too many people to buy tickets for specific time slots. You'll have a group behind you, and then you can't rush too much because there's already a group in front of you, and so it's a never-ending circle of basically trying to slow down but also speed up to accommodate everybody, which kind of ruins the fun. read more

I love love love this place. We made a special trip up from Vegas for the Halloween events. We had been here in the spring of 2014 for the Easter egg hunt. You can purchase your entrance in advance online. When we came in 2014, they were only taking cash, but this time they were accepting credit cards with an iPad. Traveled from Las Vegas to go to the Scare Field haunted house, and the Staheli Family did not disappoint. A absolute hidden gem in a all American Farm. As we entered the real operating farm lent it self to the setting, dusty, dim, and vintage. Seeing all the kids run playfully around the farm from play area to play area also built a spirit playfulness and comfort. As we waited for the sun to go down we played on swings, watch piglets race, and bounced on a football size pillow. The worries and cares of the week melted away , and was replaced by a child like freedom. As it became dark we readied to wait in line which was another fun atmosphere as the music played people danced and laughed in line. We rode on a huge tractor pulled by a tractor to take us to the scare area. We were dropped off to a dark glowing shack in the middle of a huge corn field. We were not ready for what laid ahead. The scale and setting of this hellish attraction is audacious. A open corn field infested by Satan's minions was a shocker in this religious part of the country. We have older teens and they were completely terrified, those who brought young kids could only will, coax, and beg, their kids to continue as literally no going back. The level of violence and sheer intensity should have parents considering to wait for their young children to get a little older before letting them go on this ride, For those 12 and older no problem. There is a corn maze and a children's trick or treat haunted house for those tender little ones. I am so thankful that these farmers created this for all us city folks to see, it really is amazing that this family opens their entire farm up so people like us could play and get into the spirit of Halloween!!! My family party of seven attended the event: Waffles & Witches. Witches Wicked Dee has the perfect cackle; her make-up and costume was very impressive. She was great! Candy Corn was delightful, funny, always in character and so very kind. We loved her enthusiasm and corniness. The nature witch, Autum, was beautiful and her singing voice matched. All of us enjoyed the magician, Stephen Oswald. He is very talented. A disappointment was breakfast. The waffles were cold and the butter so hard it wouldn't spread. We could not enjoy them at all. It might help to serve the food in chafing or electric buffet stations to keep the food warm. And although the tickets covered the all day play in the farm for the kids, I don't know if I would spend the $20 per person to do this again. Four stars as breakfast was subpar. read more

We went to Staheli Family Farm to buy some beef as it was advertised on the front of the property. I parked and went in to the building but could not find anyone, went to the gift shop that had a sign that said "open" but the door was locked. There was a sign with phone numbers to call however when I called both numbers there was no answer. We walked away without any beef or confidence that Staheli is a serious business. read more

After a thorough Google search for a corn maze, I happened to find this gem of a place. Yes, it's a farm, a fully functional (and sometimes stinky) farm, but during the month of October, they turn the place into a magical place just for Fall/Halloween. Where do I start? my families minds were blown when we saw the amount of activities to do. We impatiently stood in (in a very short) line to get our wristbands, and off we went. There are farm themed activities for younger kiddos such as the pumpkin patch, a dancefloor, bean bag toss, rope swing, a giant inflatable 'pillow' to jump on, pig races, a petting zoo, a huge swingset, a basketball hoop, slides/playground equipment. If you're feeling more adventurous, take a gander across the street (you get there by riding on a tractor with hay bale seats!) at the corn maze. We always wait until it gets dark out to do this. If you're feeling up for a fright, after all it IS the month of Halloween, try going through the 'Field of Screams', a hugely set up haunted house full of obstacle type paths and surprises along the way. THIS is a favorite with my family since my kiddos are older.Tip: the Field of Screams opens once it is dark, usually at 8pm. Take turns standing in the entrance line, as the line gets long pretty quickly. When we need a snack, dinner, or a sweet treat, they have a food area set up. We love the chicken fingers, fries, corn dogs, and the amazing pumpkin pie with caramel drizzle. It's a must have every year. The farm is sure to fill up a whole day, and so worth the price and the drive (under 2 hours from here in Las Vegas). This year will be our FIFTH straight year of going, and we've shared this place with so many people. Check it out! Photo ops galore, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. read more

Surrounded by new developments on what used to be an agricultural area near St George, this family farm is holding on. My family visited for the second time this fall, and their fall / Halloween activities did not disappoint. We live on a farm, but it's fun to take the kids out to stuff we don't do at home, like Farmer Mike's "Cow Train" around the feedlot or the great corn maze. These folks work super hard to make a fun, family-friendly experience that is welcoming, entertaining, and memorable. If you're in the area in October, you need to make a trip out there. I was going to this Farm to have a nice afternoon with my family and was completely taken back on the condition of the animals. The waters were disgusting, horses were too skinny and had hooves that were way too long. The pigs nails were so long that they could hardly walk, the bunnies were missing chunks of their fur and legs were hairless, ducks and roosters were in a tiny cage together with no water and the rooster was completely missing feathers from plucking them out (what they do when they are unhappy). The pigs couldn't even reach their water (it was too high up and one squealed in pain when he attempted to get a drink). The list goes on....Do NOT spend your money on visiting this farm as it is obvious they do not spend the money on the care for their animal's health. It was also extremely over priced and a pumpkin is not included in the pumpkin patch entrance fee, you have to buy the pumpkins separately. I am surprised they don't charge for parking..... Well, I'm here to write a review as to why my family and friends have decided it's not worth going back this year(we used to go every fall for the past 9 years). Last year we went to the maze, and there was an incident which I'm sure they don't remember bc why would they? They hundreds of people a day, any ways we were at the maze and one of their "actors" blocked the path, we thought he was joking but would not move, one of our friends decided to tap on his shoulder and the so called "acted" said that he was shoved, the manager was called and stood by her employee (kudos to her) and we were asked to leave. 1) the maze is too expensive, 2) it's always ruined 3) we were not listened to as a customer. My experience is be fair, and T The lady took one look at ya and scoff, I felt attached. Never again. read more

I love Staheli Family Farm in the fall. While it's getting cold in northern Utah, the temperatures are perfect down south! It's fun to explore the petting zoo, barnyard games, pumpkin patch, corn maze, and "Field of Screams" spook alley. You get free wagon rides and entertainment, and the food at the farm is really, REALLY good! Ticket prices are reasonable and value-packed. I think an evening at the farm is enchanting in so many ways. Autumn is enhanced by a visit to Staheli Family Farm. Families and teenagers love life at the Farm! read more
