Against my better judgement, as well as Yelp itself telling me I should not remove the review, I went ahead and removed it. Well, no solution to my problem was ever presented and the issue(s) listed below still remain. No matter what happens from this point forward, I will not remove this review again! Below is my original review. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. This winter I had my main drain clog about 2 days before the big snowfall, during that vicious cold snap we had. Once the snow was finished and my crawl space was able to be accessed, I called Kaleb as I'm also a veteran. He came and tried to snake it, to no avail. He also commented that my crawl space was the cleanest he has seen. After not getting the main line opened with a snake, he said the only option is to "hydrojet" my line and that would free up any clog I had. He also said that he would knock off the $100 I paid for the snake from the $550 charge for the hydrojet. Well, the hydrojet didn't work and, in fact, made matters worse as all that water (and everything that was in my pipes) went all over my crawl space, which now has a terrible odor. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he made and it cost me a total of $550 to not have the problem solved and my house smell like shit! I'm sorry, but I expected more from one veteran to another. I guess now that the weather is getting nice, I'll have to pressure wash my crawl space myself. Not an easy task, being a couple months shy of 74 and not in the best of health! In short, I hate to say this about a fellow vet, but I do not recommend this company!

Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. I added them in my phone as the first business to call for my plumbing needs.

Since having moved into our home in the Fall of 2017, we had already had our exterior line completely replaced 3 months after buying it (our first ever home). We were then, at this point, in need of our interior plumbing being replaced as well, as it had also failed due to the terra cotta deteriorating as well. We didn't want to reuse the same contractors as before, because we were put off by the competitiveness of their practice (hard-sell techniques on the phone, excessive billboard and radio advertising, etc.) Long story short, Ben and Darren replaced the interior plumbing for us, and we couldn't have been happier with their professionalism and quality of work. After that large job (they worked with our homeowners insurance, around $10,000), I knew that I wouldn't ever again need to seek out another plumber - I wish I could craft all of the home professional contractors in the exact same mold as them - it'd make homeownership a breeze ;) We just had them here again today, late 2022, for leaking coming from the main floor of our house down into the basement. Darren wrapped the job up before lunch after showing up to take a look at it in the morning. He was honest with us on our options, and honest with us about recommending the least expensive, most straightforward fix for less than $300, fully explaining our problem (a drum trap from the 1960's with a rusted out lid, which he then replaced, instead of replacing the entire trap and cutting out the basement ceiling). Hopefully the details I've provided in my review assure you of it being genuine, and assure you of the trust you can place in this fantastic team!

However, I was advised to simply turn the water back on to check for leaks and system integrity. When I raised concerns about potential damage or flooding, they were not willing to assume any responsibility if issues occurred. Given the condition of the property, I was expecting a safer process such as pressure testing or a staged inspection prior to reactivating the water system. Unfortunately, that was not offered. For that reason, I chose not to move forward with their services.
