This led to delays while waiting for a second person to show up, followed by even more delays when one of them had to leave again to get materials. During the visit, one of the workers took change from my counter and knocked my laundry room door off its track without notifying me or attempting to fix it. These actions were unprofessional and unacceptable. The pricing was also inconsistent and confusing. The Thumbtack listing indicated a $95 per hour base rate, yet I was quoted $450 for four hours. When a quote is given, it is typically understood to represent the total cost. However, the job only took about 2 1/2 hours. When I emailed for clarification and requested an itemized invoice, I was told their work wasn't really based on hourly rates, and I never received an itemized invoice at all. This made it difficult to understand how the charges were determined. While the tasks were eventually completed, the lack of punctuality, transparency, and communication left me disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable using this service again or recommending it to others.

For context I did a small remodel and there was a lot of items relocated to the guest room and garage to create room and they never made it back to their spaces or out of the house. From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana! The system they organized my items into is super easy to follow, everything is labeled, its just so beautiful and peaceful. Seriously the quality of my life has improved so much being able to use my guestroom without a thought, both closets organized and clearly visible. I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. I see now from prior reviews that this appears to be a pattern of behavior with this company--quoting one price upfront and then demanding a significant increase once the job is already underway. This practice is misleading and unprofessional. Their preference for hourly billing over flat-rate bids for residential cleaning is impractical and rather misleading.

My mother needed to move back to the east coast from Las Vegas within a four-week window. Her home was filled with decades worth of collectibles. Ginger had to figure out how to move massive sculptures and a large collection of Orr pottery. After exhausting the supply of art dealers to help us with the packing of the pottery, Ginger said, " I can do this." And she did. Her packing of the pottery was expertly done. Every piece arrived in perfect condition. This was after the boxes were moved as many as 10 times, in and out of trucks, between different facilities in the cross country moving trucks. Aside from the museum quality packing, she was resourceful for every aspect of the moving process. Ginger organized the kitchen and closet boxes with a fine-tuned number system so that when everything arrived items were easy to locate. Ginger is a wonderful person to be around.
