Had my car for 11 days before the problems started. It has been back to their garage for repairs 13 TIMES. To make a long story short: they sold me a car with a blown MOTOR. All those times it was in for repairs was them putting band aids on a BLOWN MOTOR. When they ran out of bandaids they did put a new motor in. And here's the kicker: they got the new motor with a transmission attached and just threw it in my car without checking it. So when I went to pick up my car and drive it off the lot...the transmission was bad. So...back into their repair shop and my old transmission was put back in my car..My car let me sit twice because the alternator bolt had worked itself all the way out to the firewall. That was because the "mechanic " didn't tighten the bolts. I dont even think their "mechanics" are certified. Oh, did I mention that I had to take it back after the motor and transmission swap because the motor mounts were never tightened and my car sounded like a bucket of bolts going down the road. There are too many things for me list but that's it in a nutshell. I even tried to have a mediator speak with them about doing right by me. And you know what they did? They not only refused but they LIED to the attorney general's office. They are very unprofessional and do not know how to treat people. I was more than understanding. All this happened within a span of 6 months!!! If you do decide to purchase from there, take along a licensed mechanic or someone who knows about cars. And be very very LEARY. I don't want anyone to have to go through what I went tbrough.

My new truck is better than advertised and was delivered looking virtually brand new (it is a 2017 Toyota Tacoma). They arranged for shipping using their own vehicle carrier and took my trade-in back to Chambersburg. We dropped it off in hopes to get it fixed. We were sent through several different loops and complied with everything that was asked of us. Our car sat for 3 weeks and still no diagnosis of any sorts. I go in to ask about the car and he says he's not doing it! Said he doesn't have the personal to do it. But he sure had the personal to replace it when he was getting paid! I would NEVER refer/or take any of my vehicles to him again. I had been shopping around and keeping an eye on prices for a while (about a year) on a Nissan Rouge. I am not a quick decision maker so I had plenty of time to research what is a good deal. Many dealerships advertise a price on their website and once you get to the dealership they add extra hidden fees. The price listed on Fitzgerald's website was almost what I ended up paying. I got them to go down on the price a bit (which I felt from my research was just below fair market) and once tags and taxes were paid I was pleased that the end result was very close to what the website listed and still within my budget. From what I understand they don't make traditional commission here so I felt this showed in their ability to be transparent with me.

Unfortunately, the rigid and restrictive policies applied by the local staff completely contradicted that brand promise. I was fully prepared to purchase a vehicle and offered a substantial down deposit to secure it. I informed the staff that I would return shortly with a cash/certified check for the remaining balance once my bank processed the funds. Instead of accommodating a guaranteed sale, I was told that the dealership does not hold vehicles under these terms and demanded the full balance within 48 hours. So much for transparency. As a verified cash buyer putting down a decent deposit, being given an arbitrary, high-pressure 48-hour ultimatum is entirely unreasonable. Moving large sums of money securely via banking institutions often requires more than two business days. Forcing this timeline feels less like a logistical necessity and more like an aggressive tactic to pressure buyers into in-house financing. Because the dealership refused to grant a standard, reasonable business window to clear my funds, they have effectively killed a guaranteed sale.
