Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs it. Absolutely amazing!

I recently purchased a home in which they installed a new tankless water heater. Three months after installation the hot water connection that feeds water to the house started leaking. I called and introduced myself has the new home owner. The owner of the company told me his son would call me because he installed the new system. An entire business day passed and I did not receive a call, so I texted the owner asking when I should expect to receive a call. He replied stating his son was now out of town for the weekend. I replied asking if he or someone else from his company would be calling to fix the leak. He did not reply. I waited about an hour and then called the son's cell phone. He answered and quickly asked who I was and why was I calling him. After I explained he told me he was on vacation. I then asked him if he would send someone else from their company. He replied no and if getting the leak fixed was that important I should call another plumber. I asked him if their work was under warranty and he told me no since I was not the original home owner. I questioned that since warranty service typically follows the product, not the owner. He raised his voice, told me to leave him alone and to call another plumber. Then he hung up. I decided to send the following text to his father (the owner of the company). The lack of response yesterday and today's communication does not give me a good feeling about your company. Certainly not a good first impression. And I just tried to have a conversation with your son and he jumped all over me, told me call someone else and hung up me! Clearly your company is not customer focused. Unbelievable!!! The owner of the company replied by sending me a "middle finger emoji". To wrap this up I hired a union plumber who told me the connection from the hot water feed out of the tankless heater should not have been plastic. The high temperature of the hot water leaving the system melted the connection, which in turn leaked. So, not only is this company rude and unprofessional, their decision to use a plastic fitting versus copper leads me to believe they also do not follow industry standards.

Funny thing is, I kept seeing their vans & didn't know they existed before this. It has been a process. I've gotten to know 3 wonderful guys who put up with my old house and crazy boxers. Kaleb came in as an emergency call on a Sunday night. Fixed one thing. However by the end of the week had to call again Jake came in and did an assessment. My old lead drains were finally needing replaced. We set up a day & Jake went to work. He replaced the drains on my second floor, had to remove the toilet to replace the flange. Even though one of his tools caught fire, it seemed to be ok. A few days later my tub wouldn't drain. I had to call again. jose came out and found the main drain/sewer pipe was cracked right above where they replaced the drains and the crack in the pipe was causing an issue with the vacuum. I couldn't use my bathroom for a few days because it would rain and make a large lake in the dining room. jose returned and it turned into a bigger project than anticipated. The pipe was basically cracked where you couldn't see it ( in the walls) from the first floor to the second floor half way up the wall. That man worked all day& got it done. I called again because there was another leak :( But nothing they did. All of vibrations and moving, had loosened a connection on the tub. I fixed that myself after Jake searched and found the leak. Overall pretty satisfied with 1 Tom plumbing. Jake & Jose both had large jobs ( probably not for them) but they did fabulous work. Plumbing can be expensive, but it was actually very reasonable and worth it. Hopefully I won't have to call dispatch for a while. ( But hi!)

Holten came out and I explained what was going on with the basement bathroom. We walked around talking about different way to figure out what was causing the smell and he "I'm going to just walk around and check things out" within 1 minute he yelled out "found it". Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. I added them in my phone as the first business to call for my plumbing needs.

Against my better judgement, as well as Yelp itself telling me I should not remove the review, I went ahead and removed it. Well, no solution to my problem was ever presented and the issue(s) listed below still remain. No matter what happens from this point forward, I will not remove this review again! Below is my original review. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. This winter I had my main drain clog about 2 days before the big snowfall, during that vicious cold snap we had. Once the snow was finished and my crawl space was able to be accessed, I called Kaleb as I'm also a veteran. He came and tried to snake it, to no avail. He also commented that my crawl space was the cleanest he has seen. After not getting the main line opened with a snake, he said the only option is to "hydrojet" my line and that would free up any clog I had. He also said that he would knock off the $100 I paid for the snake from the $550 charge for the hydrojet. Well, the hydrojet didn't work and, in fact, made matters worse as all that water (and everything that was in my pipes) went all over my crawl space, which now has a terrible odor. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he made and it cost me a total of $550 to not have the problem solved and my house smell like shit! I'm sorry, but I expected more from one veteran to another. I guess now that the weather is getting nice, I'll have to pressure wash my crawl space myself. Not an easy task, being a couple months shy of 74 and not in the best of health! In short, I hate to say this about a fellow vet, but I do not recommend this company!
